• Jurgen (9/5): If they fix the hot water problem it will be a 10! - Great location, quiet, clean, spacious. Hot water was only hot on Day 1. On Day 2 there was no hot water, and Day 3 the water was lukewarm.
• Heike (7/5): Mitten im Leben - unübertroffene Lage, viel Platz in der Wohnung, gut isolierende Fenster - aufgrund der Lage würden wir wieder buchen Nach der Buchung (!) muss man entweder zustimmen die Kreditkarte mit einer Kaution von 300 € zu belasten oder schon einmal vorsorglich 18 € zusätzlich zahlen für evtl. entstehende Kratzer o.ä. In der Wohnung finden sich dann viele Abnutzungsspuren an Möbeln und Wänden. Keine Ahnung wie genau der Vermieter das dann nimmt, aber insgesamt ist der Ton der Kommunikation nur oberflächlich freundlich. Beim checkout unbedingt darauf achten alles mitzunehmen, da wird schnell angedroht einen verspäteten checkout in Rechnung zu stellen. - leider dürfen die Balkone nicht betreten werden - keinerlei Grundausstattung (Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker etc.) in der Küche

• Berta (7/5): - Great location. Comfortable. Two flights of stairs with no elevator to carry heavy luggage. No one that might help. Cloths Dryer didn’t work, called in maintenance and no one showed up. We had to leave for the next part of our trip with completely soaked clothes.

• Chris (9/5): Excelente estadía con un par de observaciones a tener en cuenta - La ubicación es excelente y las vistas desde los ventanales aún más, todo es hermoso y cuidadosamente decorado 3 cosas no me gustaron: 1 El alojamiento cobra un depósito desproporcionadamente elevado para cubrir eventuales roturas y ofrece un seguro relativamente económico para la mismas cuestiones de modo tal que todos terminemos pagando el seguro que obviamente no devuelven, el depósito si pero com es tan elevado uno prefiere sacarselo de encima pagando el seguro, eso la verdad no me gustó nada 2 Es tan céntrico el lugar que toda la zona es peatonal, muy comodo para salir y volver a pie pero muy incómdo para llegar e irse con valijas pesadas hasta el lugar donde puede crecogerte un taxi 3 hay dos tramos de escaleras sin ascensor, con valijas se hace bastante pesado
• Scott (10/5): - An amazingly spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with a stunning view of the Puerta del Sol. We feel in love with it straight away and felt really at home. We got the hang of the entry really quickly so that is really not an issue and neither were the few stairs. There are so many wonderful places around the apartment to discover. And the metro is just a stones throw from the door. Madrids metro is just super and easy to navigate. One of the standout features for us was the support from the crew who look after the apartments especially Emilio. We absolutely loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Nothing

• Andrzej (10/5): Super lokalizacja, wysoki standard - Bardzo ładny i duży apartament w samym centrum . Widok na plac . Dobrze wyposażony. Łatwe zameldowanie . Super lokalizacja. Okna dobrze tłumią hałasy z zewnątrz. Źle zamontowany uchwyt do włączania wody pod prysznicem co może początkowo stanowić problemu.

Also very clean and nice facility The bathroom step up WA’s dangerous both stepping out of the shower and down to the sink. Perhaps a railing or two could help. No hot water or last morning either

• Annette (9/5): Excellent location. Close to all facilities such as tourist locations, supermarket and the metro. - A great location, a very comfortable and spacious apartment. Kitchen utensils could be improved on.
• İshak (6/5): Poor communication but great location - The location of the property is great, It’s right in the heart of Madrid and the apartment was properly cleaned. The communication was extremely poor. I understand that early checkin was shown as an extra service and could only be done subject to available. However, they changed this three times, after confirming that nothing will change each time. The stress I had to deal before my checkin was not great at all. Their internet was another issue I told them and the answer I got was my device should be a problem which was not the case as the internet started to work after they reset it.
• Troy (7/5): A very good location and stay at this clean, spacious apartment in Madrid. - Location was great; it is a large space for 2 adults; proximity to supermarkets and other relevant shopping was great; kitchen was just enough in size; coffee maker worked well. Living room A/C was broken - attempted fix didn’t work for more than a day and when reported, follow up didn’t occur. We let the maintenance man know (we saw him in the building later that day) that it seemed likely that the pump was broken. As it was very hot out during our stay, we had to run the bedroom A/C alot to keep the apartment cool. Wifi voucher ran out mid-stay and we had to phone and get it all reset-up - inconvenient. There were no paper towels/napkins/extra toilet paper so we had to provide all of this out of pocket. There were no everyday condiments - salt, pepper, olive oil etc for kitchen use which is a super helpful thing to do. Balcony is advertised but beyond opening the door, it cannot be used.

• Stripeytiger (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and clean apartment, well equipped and couldn't be more central and convenient to walk to all the attractions. Lots of great eating places within minutes walking too. Nothing to complain about at all. We needed to ask for a code for the (captive) WiFi, which could be displayed in the apartment or provided in advance. Also there is a Google Chromecast attached to the TV which would allow you to use Netflix etc, but it doesn't work properly. However, this was not advertised and I wasn't expecting it, so it has not affected my review score. Nothing major, 10/10. !!

• Russell (10/5): fantastic large & luxurious apartment on a beautiful plaza in the heart of Madrid. - Luxurious apartment on a grand plaza in the heart of Madrid. Large apartment with super comfortable beds, good AC, functional kitchen, large bathroom with great shower plus a laundry machine. The master bedroom king sized bed and the queen sofa bed were excellent. Just like in the photos, the large balconies overlooked the plaza, but have excellent sound-proofing for quiet sleeping. Communication with hosts was superb. Everything about the apartment was great, but would be nice to have sugar/salt&pepper provided. Note that it is not forbidden by law to loiter on the balconies over the plaza.
• Graham (8/5): Location 11/10. - 11 out of 10 for location. Was worried about the noise but apartment windows are great and keep the noise out. Lots of room with kitchenette. Bathroom great with washing machine. I would stay here again. Sorry, but the bed was not comfortable, and only a double bed. My wife used the bed and i used the sofa bed which was a little more comfy. Only other thing was it was a couple of floors up with no lift. 2 large 25kg bags up and down were not pleasant.
• Mark (4/5): Excellent property if you dont want to shower for three days!!! - Excellent property with everything you needed for a luxury inner city stay. Excellent location, quality property throughout. However, read our review of the property managers below ! We had a major issue with the shower in the property and could not get it to work properly for the three days we were booked in!! We phoned the property managers as listed on our booking confirmation on the first day and were told maintenance would attend to the issue on that day. We emailed later on the same afternoon and received NO RESPONSE to our email or phone call from the property management , AirBNB or Booking.com Appalling management of this property and totally unacceptable we were left with a shower which was basically inoperable for our three night stay.

The El Sol metro station is right at your door where you can travel to all points in the city. The host was very responsive and provided timely information. The mattress and pillows were a little hard for my taste.

The air con in bedroom turned off between 1 and 3 times every night. Made for disturbed night sleep as was very hot. Did notify agents who said they would come but never showed. Plug in kitchen sink had a hole in it so couldn't easily do dishes by hand but dishwasher was great

• Yulia (9/5): Great location , worth your money - Location is great ! Apartment has everything you need ! The place is Very clean and stylish ! Highly recommend! We were surprised there was literally none of English speaking Tv Chanel . Madrid is international city and I am sure a lot of English speaking people stay there . Check out is 11 am and when we asked for a late check out ( 11:30-12 noon) we were told NO because the cleaning team will come at 11 am and they have guest coming at 3 pm . There is no way the cleaning might take 4 hours , so we were a bit disappointed they wouldn’t let us check out a bit later:( we have stayed there 4 nights and left the place perfectly clean .

There are 32 steps up to the lift, and another 14 steps to the apartment My wife is 78 years old and uses a wheel chair. 3 I am 80 years old' (in good shape), yet found it very hard to carry the suitcases and wheel-chair floors up The local office gave me hard time' refused to transfer us to an appropriate location claiming we should have seen their remark regarding steps before we ordered. There is no such remark anywhere in their brochure
• Julkoti (8/5): Comfortable stay - Easy check in. Comfortable and spacious apartment in the city centre overlooking the main square. Great storage space, plenty of seating in the living room, large bathroom with a really powerful shower was a bonus. Nice decor and clean interior. Perfect for a couple. The only suggestion would be to put some tea, coffee sachets and sugar in the kitchen. We only stayed 3 for nights and had to make a trip to the shop on the first day to buy all these things.
