- MAS JULIZA (10/5): It was a pleasant stay, convenient and nice hotel. - I like the room space which is quite big, good enough for my family of 4. The bathroom was so nice too, with the big bath tub. My kids love it so much. The staffs were helpful and considerate. My toddler have accidentally pressed the mini vending machine inside the room, the item that we don't need. We told the staff and she said it was okay and she reset the machine while we were away without charging us for the item. The communication with the staffs was quite hard as they don't speak English, only Japanese. We got confused upon arriving at the hotel because they were few nearby hotels with the same name Hotel Fine. We arrived at a different Hotel Fine at first. There were no one at the reception as we arrived a bit late at night. I spoke to the staff using the phone at the reception. But we both did not understand each other. It took some time for at last the staff came out and showed us the way to the correct hotel lobby.

- Anonymous (1/5): Active love hotel - It’s a love hotel, I wasn’t aware of this until after check in. Rooms are not sound proof, woke up a lot during the night to a lot of “noises”.
