Ansonsten wäre es schön, wenn man auch die Unterkunft unter Tags geniessen könnte. Dusche im 2. Schlafzimmer bitte reparieren. Ansonsten alles sehr nett ! Danke ! Handwerker waren sehr präsent !

• Daniel (8/5): - Location and the cleanliness The property looks stunning I didnt like the quality of the sausage and the way eggs were made. Otherwise the breakfast offering is good and perhaps the housekeeper need more training. We also didnt have toilet roll in our room and had to ask for it.

We were moved without notice on arrival to another accommodation that appeared to be less satisfactory than the accommodation we had booked. No explanation was given. Building work was going on when we stayed and the pool was poor.

• Nomhle Ntomane (10/5): Remarkable one - we arrived very late but all arrangements were made, in the morning we had a hearty breakfast prepared by lovely ladies who made sure we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The rooms were prepared cleaned and very comfortable beds. The area is very safe.

• Yoliswa (5/5): My stay was disappointing due to lack of attention to detail and communication, ongoing renovations - Breakfast was fine The establishment' s communication needs to improve. On my first day I did not know where to go, there were renovations right at the Reception Area and there was no one mending the Reception Area. I had requested an earlier check-in as my flight was earlier than the usual check-in time, this was consented to. However, to my surprise, when I got there I was told all the rooms are not ready. After so much persistence on my end, they eventually let me utilise one of the rooms in order for me to change for my meeting. When I got back to the room later in the afternoon, the room was full of flying insects. As I was about to go out in the evening I requested that they spray my room and leave an insecticide so that when I get back it would be better. Upon my return, there was no insecticide, I could visibly see the small mosquitos when I switched on the light. The following morning had an online meeting in my room, the place was so noisy with construction workers talking loudly, I had to keep apologizing in my meeting for the background noise. When I eventually went down for breakfast, the waitress told me what I would have, without any options. I asked if I could have an alternative, she told me that is the set menu for that day. I was not even asked the previous night what I would like to have for breakfast.

The location was perfect simply because we were not far from a lot of things. The breakfast was pleasant We stayed 5 days for 4 night and the bedding was not changed. The one room had a signal problem so the tv was not working most of the time

• Marek (10/5): Pleasant stay. - Kwantu Gueathouse was very cozy, pleasant and safe. Nice courtyard with a pool and a relaxation area. We were very warmly welcomed! Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot! We had a birthday child in our group so they helped organize flowers and a cake with balloons! Thanks to that we were able to surprise the birthday child during breakfast. Many thanks for that! Also thanks for the transfer to the restaurants. Anyway, a very nice experience and I definitely recommend it! See you next time! :-)

• Laina (7/5): Good - The staff was very friendly, helpful and they served good breakfast on time The one thing I didn't like was that my booking was for Kwantu Guesthouse1, but I was booked in Kwantu Guesthouse2 which was not what I had opted for. I had booked the facility based on the pictures I saw only to be taken to a different place which didn't quite meet my expectations. The place is very far from where we boarded the My Citi bus, and each time we requested for a shuttle to take us to the nearest bus stop, we were told it was not available and yet it was part of the package, so we had to walk very long distances which made me not enjoy my holiday and I was very tired from the walking. The bed was very uncomfortable, both my partner and I had back aches every morning.

The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was superb. It does take some time in traffic if you are headed to Cape Town attractions during rush hour.
