David (10/5): A terrific find in a great location - This was an amazing find. It was in a nice, quiet, residential area and convenient to downtown Rochester. The apartment comprised the main floor of a lovely detached bungalow. It had 3 good-sized bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a table for six, and a living room with a large-screen TV. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It had private, off-street parking and a shared washer and dryer in the lower level. There were tenants living in the lower level (raised basement) apartment, but we never heard them. Hopefully, they didn't hear us either, with two teenage boys! The owner provided clear instructions and was easy to reach, if necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
