The check-in process was a bit confusing, additionally the booking page notes check-in as 3pm, I'd asked for early 2pm check-in and was told this was okay but on the day of check-in I was then told I could not check-in until 4pm. When I questioned this they said they could try have it ready for 3pm and normally they would charge 20euro for this early check-in (first I'd heard) but if I promised to "give a 10 star review" they would waive the fee. I think this was an unfair way to treat a customer and I only had a very short stay in Budapest so having check-in pushed back to 4pm disrupted the plans I'd booked.

- Edina (5/5): - Mindenhez közel volt, nagyon kedves és készséges volt a szállásadó. Ahhoz képest, hogy forgalmas utca, nem volt zavaró, jól helyezkedett el a szoba. A felszereltségben írott hűtőt és kávéfőzőt hiányoltam-amely nagyon megnövelte az ott tartózkodásom költségeit.

- Hetvildas (1/5): No warm water, incovinient check in and poor communication with host! - The location was good, the common kitchen is well equiped, good internet. The communication with the host was very bad, there was an issue with Booking app messages, so we tried to reach them throught phone. They weren't responding our calls and communication thru texts were very slow. There wasn't warm water because the heater wasn't working. It seams like they dry the sheets at the common area by the elavator, which seems unhygenic. We were super tired, we didn't notice that the check in proccess was so inconvinient, and the bad communucation and problem with the lack of warm water, was too much!

- Li (8/5): Very good - The location is fantastic, in center of the walking street. It is a little difficult to check in for foreigners if from China, I think. We can not download the App and self check in successfully.
- Amirhossein (7/5): Good - The location was quite good , the room is almost clean , I havent seen any staff everything done online , The room was small but lovely , At first we expected that the room has kitchen but the kitchen was shared with three or four other rooms , While people were walking on the aisle or talking i could hear them easily , specially during late night , which was annoying and the other rooms was really closed to each other , And finally the hair dryer did not work properly , we were disappointed , because we trust that the equipments are in good conditions.
