• Simon (10/5): An amazing stay - This would have to be one of the best apartments we have stayed in. A beautiful heritage space restored with great respect and attention to detail. The bedroom was spacious with a huge, incredibly comfortable bed, and the living room was equally comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, and we loved being able to see the water from the balcony window. The location was perfect — close to amazing restaurants and within easy walking distance of all the sights in town. A wonderful place to stay and one we would highly recommend.
• Eric (10/5): A beautiful place in a great location. - This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. It is immaculate and well taken care of, and is probably the nicest place in town. It has been recently renovated in a very tasteful style, and the owner has retained the original wooden beam ceilings, which are beautiful. It is very roomy, and is more like a well loved home. The owner, Carlos is a very friendly and interesting fellow. He was quite accommodating, as my plane was delayed, but he waited for me to arrive so he could give me a tour of the house. He takes great personal pride in the property, as he should. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The main square is very close, as are restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Parking is usually available right in front of the building, and is only 3 or 4 Euros per night on weekdays. Nothing

La ciudad es muy bonita y tranquila, al menos a finales de marzo, sin turismo masivo. El anfitrión es excelente y atendió todas nuestras peticiones. Por decir algo para mejorar aún más, puede que falte algo de menaje, como sartenes.
• Hans Stefan (10/5): - After almost four weeks, we arrived on Terceira, our fifth island. Casa de Foro was a real highlight for us. From the warm welcome with lots of information to our departure, the booking was a complete success. The apartment's size makes it ideal for long-term stays. The small courtyard, the many little restaurants, and the proximity to supermarkets... everything was just perfect. It's also worth mentioning that Maria and Carlos were always available. Carlos even offered to pick us up several times from somewhere on the island, as he was working nearby. Thanks again for everything.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. Location is perfect right in the heart of Angra close to key points of interest and many restaurants. The host was so friendly and kind and always quick to respond.

Ce n’est pas pour rien qu’elle est classée au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. - La beauté de l’appartement - d’un style à la fois classique et moderne - qui le situe dans une classe à part ! La gentillesse et la grande disponibilité de nos hôtes ! L’emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville et près de tout. RAS, si ce n’est qu’il manque un peu d’équipement pour cuisiner. Sinon, la vaisselle et les ustensiles sont de bon goût et très design !

Beautifully restored historic home with 3 separate apartments. - Very well designed with 3 apartments that each had their own bathroom and living area but the entire house was well suited fir a larger group with open large common area. Fantastic location close to all the key points of interest in Angra. Only a toaster and tea pot would have been appreciated for tea lovers.

The room is also amazing with a private garden. Location is perfect, next to the central square. I was unsure when I booked as there were no reviews at the time, but will book here again when in Angra next time.
