Apartment had everything we needed - No parking out the front of the building, so had to park a fair distance away... leave a 95 year old lady in the car while I retrieved the keys The lockbox were in an awkward spot but I can't really think of somewhere else they could be left??? No parking allowed out the front of the building

- Tatiana (4/5): A good apartment for a short stay (when the pool and gym are open)! - Location of the apartment was perfect! Very easy to get to the CBD! The apartment is quite clean and cozy. We booked this apartment well in advance because it was advertised as the property with a swimming pool and gym. These were key features as we stayed in the apartment for one month. The host did not inform us that both the swimming pool and gym were closed for the whole period of our stay. There is construction work going on just outside the building that started early in the morning (new subway station) that is also disturbing during the day as we worked from home quite often. The cooking facilities and provided pans and pots were inadequate for a long stay (good enough for a few nights), so we could not properly cook at the apartment and had to eat outside. The wardrobes are very limited and we didn't have enough space to put out our cloths. Strong incense in the corridor from neighbors.

- Jane (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and the parking, proximity to pram, view and facilities. - We appreciated the phone assistance when we had a minor problem unlocking the lock box when checking in late at night.
We also appreciated that the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner as it’s a sunny apartment and it was very hot on a couple of days.
We loved the view of the Melbourne skyline, the facilities (including a pool) and the tram stop across the road, as well as the secure, free undercover parking, and the fast, efficient lift. The couch was fairly uncomfortable, and the shower was quite confined.
There was no bath mat & only 2 bath towels, 1 hand-towel & 1 tea towel provided for a 9-night stay. I requested a bath mat & an extra tea towel but they were never provided.
There was nowhere to put our suitcases except the living room, as there was a portable cot, a high chair, a chest of drawers, a vacuum cleaner and spare pillows & quilt stored in the wardrobe, and only 6 mismatched hangers for 2-3 people.
- Ryan (8/5): Very good - Everything met expectations, however due to ongoing works on St Kilda Road to build the new metro it was a bit noisy at night, however this is no reflection on the provider. The provider was excellent, and the accomodation very clean an tidy with everything required for a comfortable stay. Just the noise from construction works on the new metro during the evenings.

- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Neat and tidy apartment on main tram lines to almost everywhere. Hosts were responsive and provided good feedback. All facilities and comforts of home, with free parking included. Minor issues, not really complaints. Previous guest must had a pet because small animal hairs were all through carpet. Finding way from parking to apartment first time wasn't easy. 10am checkout with no possible extension due to cleaning schedule seemed a bit non-customer focused. None of these detract from a great place to stay.
- Barrie (10/5): Exceptional - Agree with other comments. We stayed for 13 nights. Great location and handy walking distance to convenience stores for all your basic needs. Apartment is very well equipped. This was not the apartment owner’s fault. We selected this apartment as it had a pool. It was unavailable during our stay as the complex’s management had closed the pool for maintenance.
- Julene (10/5): City View and Proximity to downtown Melbourne make this a must stay location! - Location is great to downtown Melbourne, we chose to walk to downtown (2 km) and pick up the free tram at Flinders.
Having a washer/dryer was fantastic as we were on a 12 day road trip. Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities. Free parking was a huge plus and the reason this came up on our search. We had a small problem with the lockbox situation, mostly because it was raining (both times we had to get in to the box), and it was almost impossible to read the numbers with the raindrops and dim skies.

- Lee (10/5): City autumn getaway done right ✅️ - As a frequent flyer, my life consist of hotels and apartments, not only is this apartment in a prime location, close to night-life, cafes and restaurants it also delivers a peaceful cosy vibe that is quite unmatched I'm my opinion, right around the corner from multiple parks, a racecourse a block away, trams to take you anywhere in the city right outside the door, and to top it off, the tree lined streets littered around you, watching the autumn trees from the window this was ecsactly the getaway iv been searching for, at a very reasonable price at that, thank you for the stay and I hope I'll be back soon if it's available :)

- Janet (10/5): Perfect location with secure parking. - really well thought out . you couldn’t wish for anything more. they had all appliances you would need even had spare batteries and an extension cord in the desk drawer. perfect for a 7 day stay. left the car in the secure car park and caught the trams right outside the front door that went everywhere .
