• Maria (7/5): - Locatie was OK en er was voldoende ruimte met de nodige voorzieningen. In één van de twee badkamers kon je niet douchen omdat de doucheknop niet werkte. De kranen waren ook heel stroef. De ramen sloten niet en er kwam veel koude binnen . Misschien zou de gastheer/vouw eens moeten langsgaan om dit alles te controleren en de nodige reparaties uitvoeren of laten uitvoeren. En geen enkel contact geeft ook geen goed gevoel.
• Luca (8/5): - L'appartement est assez spacieux pour une famille de quatre personne et très lumineux malgré le fait qu'il soit semi-enterré. La route juste devant avec le parking gratuit est un vrai plus!
• Jackie (9/5): Nice apartment, great location and spacious comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Great showers and a kitchen you can cook - Very well equipped, clean and comfy. Very steep and narrow steps down to the front door made it very difficult for my elderly dog but we got him up and down with support.
• Sahhi (9/5): It was a lovely stay, neat and clean, only shower draining is bit slow when shower, water log so bit upset. - Location, cleanliness Furnishing, bedsheet, sofa cover, pillows and cases needs change.

• Rosie (9/5): Clean apartment close to the beach - Clean and had everything we needed, cute little kitchen and living room. Felt very homely! Great location only a few minutes walk to beach and Hastings pier. The bed in the back bedroom could do with a fresh mattress. It was tricky to access with a baby as steep steps down to a basement flat.
• Michael (7/5): Great spacious flat with lovely sunny garden patio and all the basics. - Great location. Amazing back garden/patio which is a real suntrap! The hosts are really friendly and helpful. All the basics are there and adequate but not always great quality and a bit shabby in places. Can hear heavy footsteps of the person in the flat above (and they also seemed to have visits from noisy children on most days we were there - usually later on in the day so maybe they don’t live there all the time?).

• Matthew (10/5): Great find for a beach getaway - We had a great stay at Zaneta's apartment. Immaculately clean, spacious, stylish, very warm and cosy. Having the garden was a real bonus too.The apartment is very close to the restaurants and shops and just a few minutes stroll down onto the beach and Warrior Square. Zaneta was really helpful in accommodating our slightly late check in. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Hastings!
• Diane (9/5): Super place to stay! - I had an early morning work meeting in St Leonard’s so decided last minute to stay here for the night. The hosts were super accommodating and answered my questions regarding location etc very promptly. They also gave me some great local restaurant recommendations. A really good location, 5 minutes from the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, bars and all of the quirky/arty shops of St Leonard’s. The property is gorgeous, 2 spacious and tastefully furnished double bedrooms, both en suite. Great modern kitchen and lovely sitting room with dining table. The whole apartment was very clean and lovely and warm I had a great nights sleep and I felt very safe and secure, which was important to me as I was alone. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bed linen was of good quality and there were plenty of towels. There is a lovely little garden with great views and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. I will definitely be back for a longer visit!
• Kaday (1/5): I didn't stay due to access issue and this place was basic and not suitable for winter. - Nothing! The entrance to this property is down some very steep and dirty narrow steps to the basement with a rickety broken iron rail and at 77 on my own with a large suitcase I value my life to much to even try the descent so I was forced to found alternative accommodation in St Leonards and never stayed in this place at all. I am sure the entrance would not pass a health and safety risk assessment and there should certainly have been some advance warning about access as it is a serious issue. Photos will be provided once I find out where to post them. No facility for them on this property - surprise surprise. Hastings in February is an extremely cold location and this year the temperatures approached zero. The covering on the cheap beds was thin and inadequate for the time of year, maybe great in mid summer and the mattresses were paper thin. I cannot imagine how cold and uncomfortable this would be to sleep on but due to the access problems I did not have to find out. I was not expecting luxury but this was pretty basic. Key entry number was changed at the last minute at the bottom of a message with the original key number. I did not spot that for quite a while and had a right fiddle and frustration.

• Jane (10/5): Comfortable, cosy home from home - We loved this apartment, tucked away in a street just off that beautiful square in the middle of Saint Leonards. My husband and I had a last minute event, so we booked it quite late, and the staff were so accommodating in meeting us. It is a really comfortable, clean and cosy flat. As it’s November we didn’t sit in the garden, but I can imagine in the summer would be a lovely place for evening drinks. I think we’ll be back!
• Amy (6/5): Has potential - The apartment was very spacious and was located a stones throw from the sea, which was really great. There was free on street parking, which was hugely convenient. The water pressure in the 2nd bathroom shower was outstanding 👍 The place appeared clean, until closer inspection. The oven was filthy. When it heated up and I opened the door, the smoke set off the smoke alarm. There was renovations going on next door so the patio outside was full of builders dust and chunks of concrete. I swept the outside thoroughly because I was concerned my son might hurt himself. The windows inside were dusty but outside was filthy. I ended up cleaning them because i couldn't stand to look at them. The 2nd bedroom has a large hole in the bathroom wall. The walls throughout the apartment have scuff marks. Its such a pity because the location was great and it was really spacious, but these things have put me off from renting there again.
