• Lucky (3/5): Great location but PATHETIC SERVICE OVERALL!!!! - Location and the spaciousness of the property is a true value for money. The Host, His Manager & your Helpdesk should learn to respond to Customer's request. None of my requests were attended nor even a mere update/feedback was provided, they were all dead-cold. We had no working iron, had a filthy Extra-blanket (no working aircon) and uncleaned room (but yet charged for cleaning services), the sad part we did raised & followed these issues but no response despite these being escalated to the so called Mngr by our Hosts "Andrew". HORRIBLE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE from the ICON TEAM!!!
• Eleonore (1/5): Bad - Couldn’t even move in. The person for the check in was rude and late. The place does not have AC, no TV, the sofa and table are broken, there was a mess on the balcony and it was dirty.

• Annique (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very central and near to most shops . The plugs were not working . The AC was not making the place cool enough. The agent was late and I was waiting for almost 20min.

• Nikola (3/5): Poor - Apartment smelled of smoke. The adaptor for Netflix wasn't working and the toilet leaked.

• Tania (3/5): Unpleasant and not hygienic - pity - Location is great, especially for CTICC and the apartment has a lot of space, wifi was good especially for working. Information provided by the host was well received in advance and clear instructions. There was a cockroach infestation, space was not properly cleaned. Dust everywhere, food on the extractor fan. There was no plug for the kitchen basin to wash up not a wash cloth, just a dishtowel. The bathroom water tap not working. The place reeked of smoke, all the bedding, clothes smelled within an hour of being there. Anything you put down (eg bags) would smell like smoke. Had to hang out all the bedding outside just to be able to bear the smell. The couch was so dirty that I had to clean it off before attempting to sit on it. Curtains dirty and stained. Had to aerate all soft furnishings to try get some of the smell out.

• Ryan (7/5): Beautiful yet had some small issues. - The place was Beautiful, very easy to find as well. -Book in details I had to ask for, it wasn’t sent to me. -Not enough glasses to drink from. Even though we were only two. -Two aircons yet non worked!!! Big dissapointment. -No burglar bars on bedroom window, so window couldn’t be open if I wasn’t there, which made the room warm. although the complex seemed safe. -Wifi at times didn’t work in the bedroom.
• Fenny (3/5): It really was unpleasant - -there was 24 hour security for our car and parking was very safe - it was located in the CBD - it was easy for us to gain access to the keys The place itself was dirty The couch was dirty I didn't want to sit on it and had to use my blanket to cover The curtains were dirty so many brown food stains, it's terrible to look at The water in the basin of the toilet did not work and I informed the host on the day of arrival, we stayed there for 4nights and 5 days but to date I'm waiting for him/her to send someone to fix it as he/she claimed to do. We literally had to get water from the kitchen to brush out teeth daily. The duvet for the bedroom was also dirty, it's only the covers that were clean Lastly the place had roaches which absolutely gave me chills as I did not even want to make use of the facility. Honestly this made our stay very unpleasant and I wouldn't not come back to the place again
