• Ben (3/5): Buyer Beware - read the small print! - Very central. Comfortable and clean. BEWARE! After booking my non refundable stay you are hit with a compulsory cleaning surcharge of €40 and city tax of €6 and you cannot check in without paying this on another website. This is in the small print before you book, but if compulsory really should be included in the booking.com fee. Secondly, I explicitly filtered my results on those properties which have parking. This property advertised there is parking but in the small print says it is an extra fee. It does not have parking, and you have to use public car parks. The closest one is 250m away and for 12 hours was €45. So my €86 one night stay turned into €177!!! This is blatant false advertising!
• Eva Marlen (1/5): Schrecklich und unzumutbar - Das Apartement ist gut gelegen Die Reinigung von das. 50 Euro muss extra bezahlt werden. Nachdem wir das Zimmer bereits bezahlt hatten, wurde die extra Rechnung präsentiert. Da meine Bank diese Überweisung nicht tätigte, kamen wir nicht ins Zimmer und könnten nicht einmal stornieren. Wir standen also 4 Stunden auf der Straße, obwohl wir gezahlt hatten. Wir hatten nur einen einzigen abend in Como , den hätten wir gern anders verbracht als am Telefon ohne Unterkunft. Wir sind empört und würden nie wieder in einem lime Hotel buchen.

• Alexey (8/5): - Lovely stay overall. The location is perfect - central yet peaceful - and the flat itself is warm, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in via the app was smooth and very convenient. One small downside: there’s no microwave, which would’ve been handy. Also, be aware that there’s a cleaning fee not included in the final price shown on Booking.com; it’s only mentioned in the “Important Information” section, so double-check before booking.

• Jemma (10/5): Perfect location for Como - The location was perfect, the facilities were great, the room was pretty soundproof we didn’t hear much and it was a busy street below, would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here for a great location in Como Overall we were very happy with the accommodation for our trip, we didn’t need to contact the host for keys etc, but the option was there. Overall, it was a very simple process and it cost effective choice of accommodation. Exactly what we wanted

• Kristina (7/5): Wäre perfekte Wahl, aber aufpassen - noch 40€ wird nachher kassiert für Reinigung - Die Lage sehr gut, auch Appartment gut ausgestattet und sehr sauben. Beim buchen und bezahlen steht nicht klar geschrieben, dass Reinigungs fee noch dazu gerechnet wird und beim einchecken zu bezahlen ist. 40€ extra!

• stefano (6/5): Como è sempre bella e piacevole tornarci, città che suggerisco a tutti - le foto della strutture sono pertinenti e reali. gli spazi interni ampi ed adeguati alla mia necessità con bambino, la comodità dell'ascensore ed essendo non su strada molto tranquillo. i materassi sono decisamente vissuti ed affossati, struttura posizionata nel centro della movida Comasca quindi comunque sempre affollato, forse meno adatto in ambito famigliare. Credo anche che la struttura sia gestita da un'organizzazione che si occupa di molte altre unità quindi servizio accoglienza online molto standarizzato, buono ma standarizzato. Appartamento comunque buio nel quale si deve tenere accesa la luce sempre.

Macchinetta del caffè con alcune capsule gratuite e bustine di the. Check in che prevede un pagamento extra di 40 euro non specificato dalla prenotazione. Il cartello sul retro della porta d'ingresso, che dichiara il vantaggio del 10% di sconto presso un bar vicino riservato a chi alloggia nell'appartamento, è falso (non vale per le colazioni, ma questo non è specificato, anzi le immagini indicano proprio la colazione). Condimenti mancanti (sale e olio). Nessuna tovaglia o strofinaccio per usufruire della cucina. L'host, una volta contattato per un problema, non voleva più rispondere e riattaccava il telefono. Saponi per le mani assente.
• Grzegorz (8/5): - Położenie w centrum. Mimo gwaru na ulicy apartament jest bardzo cichy. Ukryte opłaty. Konieczność meldowania się on-line z dodatkowymi wymogami np. załączenie zdjęcia z dowodem w ręku. Brak taniego parkingu w pobliżu. Pobliskie parkingi są zatłoczone i drogie.
• Luba (8/5): - Mitten in der Altstadt schöne, stilvolle Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht einstellen und es war unerträglich heiß. Das Reinigungsgeld und Kurtaxe kamen erst beim Checkin dazu, was immerhin den Preis um mehr als 1/4 erhöhte.

• Lila (7/5): - Appartement super beau, confortable, propre… Dommage qu’il y ait quelques désagréments importants… Pas de place de parking… Nous avons payé 50€ la nuit à côté. Les climatisateurs ne marchent pas, ni la chambre ni le séjour. Et surtout, les frais de ménage se rajoutent pendant l’enregistrement en même temps que les taxes de séjour ! Donc pas prévisible quand on réserve notre logement ! Comme un piège…
• Milos (9/5): - The building and apartment have been relatively recently renovated, the apartment is spacious (for 2 people), no noise is heard. the location of the apartment/building is excellent Parking space is not guaranteed in the garage, so it may happen that when you arrive there is no space there. especially inconvenient on the first day...). around the bathtub, there are spots of mold/dark areas, which can be easily corrected. There are no leaflets/brochures about Como or Lago di Como in the apartment. the hot water pressure in the bathroom is weak, it is difficult to take a shower. A dishwasher is missing.

• Julian (9/5): Nice and spacious apartment in an excellent location. - The location is good for easy access to the lake and ferry crossing. There are many eateries nearby and even though it is on a busy street it's very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and the owner has provided ample towels and toiletries. The kitchen is very well equipped and there's even a coffee maker. I wasn't very impressed with the checking in procedure as it wasn't flexible enough, i.e. no early check-in unless we pay, which left us having to drag our luggage and hang around town for about 2 hrs. It took us quite a while to speak to someone about how to get into the apartment. Also, we had to pay extra upfront for cleaning even though there was no cleaning done during our stay. The cleaning should be a standard requirement for all accommodation, e.g. hotels, b&b, guest house and should not to be passed on to the customer as an extra charge.
• Almog (10/5): Ok - The place is renovated, clean and air conditioned, which is very important in the summer heat and has available elevator. The location is great, right in the center of town, and a few minutes walk from the Como s. Giovanni station, so we preferred to arrive there instead of the Como Lago station. The amenities in the apartment were a nice touch for a vacation apartment. The cleaning fee paid separately and not included in the total cost, and the price isn’t updated on the information, so if you see the total price - add a significant amount of more than 40€. When I thought we will arrive earlier I asked 3 times if there’s a place to store our luggage, they didn’t respond - just texted the link to pay for the extra charge and check-in. They will not let you in the apartment even 10 minutes before time, though it was available and ready - they texted almost two hours before check-in, no one knows for what reason they will let you know but leave you out in 37c. degrees, even when I called - they told me to wait on the line and held me 5 min without responding back until I hung up!!! Never experienced such a rude behavior from a property, and I’m traveling a lot.

The communicaton with owner was on very high level, no problems, very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect

• Taras (7/5): Good - Located next to the main square Probably because of check in on 31/12, and fact that this is apartment, not a hotel with proper reception, we have got for our group just one blanket. This was a problem, given quite chill nights. And despite our requests, all what we got was one extra quilt, so I had to sleep without any quilt or blanket )
• Jones (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Apartment super quite, bright and comfy. Centrally located, near everything. The listing should specify the parking is not free and a couple of blocks away. This is only if you go by car.

• Suzanne (10/5): Devine accommodation - A modern, spacious apartment in the centre of Como. Third floor, easily accessed with a lift. Every little detail had been considered to make the guests stay comfortable. It was lovely. The host was not responsive to communication and failed to deliver an essential missed housekeeping item, even after promising to do so. We stayed 2 nights and even at checkout the item had not been stocked in spite of multiple requests. Instructions for the air conditioner should have been provided, the remote control did not work.
• Alexa (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very well located and not a far walk from San Giovanni station. Well equipped apartment with toiletries. Great communication to access the unit. The lift was very helpful too as it is on the third floor and the automatic staircase lights don't stay on very long. Very happy with our stay.
• Claire (7/5): Good location - We stayed in Como for a week and the apartment was perfectly located, just off the main square so close enough to be in the heart of Como but quiet enough to relax and sleep well at night. The apartment is spacious and clean and well-equipped. Most of the kitchen equipment looked like it had hardly been used. The washing machine was a great help given the length of our stay. A couple of observations (which were flagged to the point of contact during the stay): (1) the air conditioning in the bedroom was extremely noisy (you needed ear plugs to sleep) and we were told to put it on the lowest setting; however, that was still loud and also not effective in cooling the bedroom (it was August and very warm), so we didn’t sleep well. (2) the power supply to the apartment cut out of you had the oven on with anything else, which meant you had to access the main power source coming into the building on the ground floor to turn it back on (none of the fuses had blown in the apartment). (3) the property appears to be managed by a hotel company and the communications (via what’s app) were curt and not very helpful.
