• Mochagt (7/5): Overall ok. Can be improve - The air conditioning was sufficiently strong, and the fan controller was damaged in one of the upper rooms. I hope we can rectify this issue. The house was impeccably clean and comfortable, but the limited number of toilets, with only one attached to the toilet, and the remaining two not, made it unsuitable for more than three elderly to stay. One of these was particularly difficult to access. ( squat down ) The artificial grass floor was replaced with pebble, and the owner should kindly upload photos for the outdoor's condition to provide a more accurate reference. Staff were helpful and responsive.

• Fatin (5/5): Not a great post-stay experience - Location wise and self check in. Grab your popcorn. Rant incoming. I was informed the deposit of RM200 must be settled in order to get self check in instructions on a day before im about to check in. I agreed to pay to avoid prolonged argument . The fact that we can only proceed to check in on 3PM and check out by 12PM, less than 24 hours I’d say. However, my family arrived at the homestay around 9.30PM. It was late night. House was all dusty. We keep it to ourselves and checked out the next day around 11AM. All thrash already put inside the big bin outside the house, left the house as we entered. I informed the owner and asked for my deposit refund. They replied to me that their cleaner found a crack on kitchen window which is my family never get to use. Neither any of us even went to the backyard. But they acknowledged that the utensils even the kain buruk in the kitchen remain untouched. How they still have the audacity to accuse us for the crack? They hold my deposit and show me the picture of the house before we entered . Picture not in the best quality without date n time. I mean how you can justify? Felt the i’m being ripped off. Anyway after few feuds they agreed to refund me full amount. The good thing is they are not rude but not a great post stay experience for me. Seriously for future reference pls record the house condition once you check in to avoid this kind of issue

• Mrs (5/5): Passable - The fact that your car is just right outside the door is very convenient. The self check in and check out process is very smooth air con is fantastic internet is fast bed is hard (love it) and they provide small kids bed which my son loves it The area is quiet but is without security guard kind so have to really lock toliet on first floor is squat kind and the second floor toliet is very small overall toliet floor is slippery have to be careful. If is going with friends is not a bad choice but if the group has old people I won't recommend

When we addressed to the staff, he was rather rude & treated me like I never operated aircond before this. That bothers us more than the non functioning aircond. It is has squatting bathroom downstairs.

• Sharon (5/5): Passable - Great Location. If driving, it is convenient as location is quite central. House and room size are reasonable for about 6 to 8 pax. House could have been clearer. Fan was quite dusty and also the beds. Water was leaking in the kitchen from the ceiling due to rain. No mirrors in all the rooms. Master room bathroom also no mirror.

• Nur (10/5): Homely!! - corner lot house - easy for us to do BBQ and small family gatherings. host Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed artificial grass makes us very uncomfortable because the dust sticks to the shoes and is carried by the wind into the house. Suggestion to replace with good quality artificial grass
