• Cameron (10/5): Perfect location - Convenient and Comfy flat for our stay. Perfect place for group of friends. Location was awesome with great restaurants and bars around. Walking distance to tram stops and museums. Bed and sofa were comfy for three people. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle, cafetiere, mini stove and dishware. We loved that there was coffee and tea provided as well as bathroom toiletries. Communication with the host was great too when we needed more towels, toilet roll and help with the heating. Definitely recommend. Sofa bed is not a bed as advertised, just the sofa but still comfy for one person.
• Helen (8/5): Great apartment in a good location. - Great location close to Trinity Bellwood Park and great restaurants. Clean, well appointed basement apartment. Comfy bed and generous shower. Good use of space. Attentive and helpful host. Steps down to the apartment were steep and awkwardly spaced - would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Aircon was preset and not changeable. There was a lot of noise from the house upstairs. Footsteps were very loud, as was furniture being moved, conversation and cooking smells. I would advise earplugs if you are a light sleeper/easily disturbed.
• Brian (8/5): A well supplied comfortable and clean basement flat that is some 20 minutes by train and metro from downtown. - A very well supplied apartment including a large first aid box. Near to tram stops and shops. Being a basement apartment there is very little natural light. Not that near to downtown other than by tram and metro.
• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is in the perfect place, it’s close to really cool streets with lots of bars and shops as well as public transport links. It had everything we needed including very good air con. There were lots of essentials such as tea, toiletries if we needed them too. The bed was super comfy and the whole apartment was very clean when we arrived.
• Ha (9/5): It was value for money. The price is not too expensive but the facility is more than I expected. - The host was helpful and allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier than the check-in time. The location is right next to Kensington Market and Chinatown in Toronto, so looking for food and groceries was not an issue. Also, travelling to key locations in Toronto is convenient. The kitchen amenities are more than enough to do your own cooking. The house is also very clean and well maintained. -The front entrance is a bit close to the garbage area, so sometimes I can smell it when I passed the entrance. Also, front entrance has no light, so I need to use flashlight when I tried to get in at night. -Aircon cannot be adjusted for temperature, it seems. It got very hot during the time I stayed there but I couldn't make it cooler.

• Daniel (7/5): A nice apartment for a couple to explore Toronto - Modern apartment that seemed fairly newly furbished in an excellent location from which to explore Toronto - it's on a quiet residential street, a short walk to some areas with a lot of cool bars and restaurants, and walkable to downtown. Listed as having a sofa bed, but it is just a sofa with some extra sheets in the cupboard, which wasn't ideal as was relying on this as 2 friends travelling. Cleanliness was listed as being a 10, but this seems high, as whilst acceptable, it definitely could have been better.
• Joanne (8/5): Comfortable and private - Private, great location and comfy Air conditioner was too cold and we couldn't figure out how to lower it. Be aware that there are two steps going down when you enter the front door
• Anthony (10/5): Awesome spot downtown! - great location with a 711 on the corner and walking distance from all the bars and clubs downtown! I enjoyed the privacy too. Clean and comfortable - A+! couldn't find the TV remote LOL!
