Kimberley (8/5): Easy to find - Handy location for National Trust Belton Estate. Easy to find and driveway parking. Just a little tired around the edges.

Carole (9/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient home suited our small group very well. - Nicely appointed clean rooms, excellent washing machine, we arrived late on check in day, the tea bags were very much appreciated for a cuppa before venturing to the store. I think guests may appreciate instructions about garbage/recycling, what goes in which bin etc. Unfortunately the grey (recycle) bin was full to overflowing when we arrived. Fortunately we were a small group and were not home much to create much garbage. The garbage situation DID NOT impact our stay negatively or cause any problem for us.

Nada (8/5): Great find - Location near National Trust Belton House and not too far from A1. Self contained, with driveway. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and tabs. (no dishwasher) Plenty of washing up liquid. cloths, sponge and teatowel provided. Tea/ coffee salt pepper provided. Comfy beds. Shower was good and hot, miniture tolietries provided. Nice patio area with washing line. Toliet paper provided but minimal - advise to bring additional. Those with additional needs - large thershold step at front door, (didnt check garden step) single glazed door from dining area to kitchen. Stairs to bedrooms are carpeted. Those with mobility difficulties may need to bring bath step and anti slip mat for bath/shower. Nice space understairs suitable for children to have as a den /play space. Garden maintainence
Wayne (8/5): Very good - The facilities were just what we required. The house was clean and tidy. The hot water boiler wasn't working. We got in touch with the owner and they had someone to look at it.
