• LUCA (7/5): Soggiorno a Milano zona Studi - La posizione. Staff da remoto efficiente nel risolvere i problemi. Struttura carina e con arredi essenziali ma fornita di tutto il necessario. Anche se viene specificato, l’appartamento al quinto piano senza ascensore risulta decisamente scomodo. Il riscaldamento centralizzato purtroppo non è sufficiente e l’appartamento risulta freddo soprattutto al mattino. L’acqua calda non esce facilmente dal bagno e bisogna coordinare prima l’apertura del rubinetto in cucina altrimenti non parte lo scaldabagno. La porta d’ingresso è troppo datata passano spifferi e rumori.
• ВИРГИНИЯ (6/5): - Добра локация, сравнително чисто. Местоположението е много удобно и начина на настаняване и освобождаване. Неудобството е, че няма асансьор и се намира на от последните етажи. Стара сграда и стари мебели.
• Vincenzo (3/5): - Buona posizione: metro M4 sotto casa Quinto piano senza ascensore. Condominio pieno di polvere per via di lavori in corso. Acqua che usciva fredda e impiegava diverso tempo prima di uscire calda. Inoltre la pressione non era al massimo.

• Chiara (3/5): C’è di meglio - Era più o meno vicino al fabrique L’appartamento si trovava al quinto piano ma non era menzionato il fatto che non ci fosse l’ascensore. Inoltre, si moriva di freddo e i proprietari non rispondevano al telefono.

• García (6/5): - El alojamiento es amplio, céntrico y estaba limpio La calefacción no iba, hacía muchísimo frío, escribimos al alojamiento y nos dijo que la ponían según la normativa del ayuntamiento pero escribimos que no funcionaba directamente, además de que era un espacio amplio y solo había dos radiadores pequeños, uno en el comedor y el otro en el baño, en la habitación nada. Por esa parte una decepción.
• garcia guillen (7/5): - La calefacción la tienen al mínimo, además de que solo calienta la mitad del radiador, por tanto la casa tarda mucho en calentar y se enfría enseguida, para dormir había que abrigarse bien.

• ЗАХАРЬЕВА (8/5): - Чисто и комфортно. Тихая квартира прямо возле метро Писала хозяину о дополнительном постельном белье, но хозяин на связь не вышел. У меня был не стабильный интернет и зайти в первые две двери было сложно.
• Leona (7/5): - It was very clean, the location was amazing The sofa was broken which makes it so hard to sleep (they said that they fixed it), the bed in the bedroom is a couch. Only one person can take a shower because there was not enough hot water until the next day. The drains don't suck the water enough it takes time. The windows didn't have good isolation which lowered the room temperature making it cold

• Nemanja (8/5): Great - It was really clean, location was good - close to metro, you have everything you need in apartment, and it is really safe and peaceful around it. I would recommend it to everybody. Only things that I didnt like were that there is not elevator so you have to walk to 5th floor and a little bit complicated getting into apartment.

• Mª José (7/5): Alojamiento en una zona tranquila y segura - El alojamiento está en un barrio a 45 minutos andando del centro de Milán muy tranquilo y seguro. Tiene una boca de metro justo en la puerta. Tiene varios comercios y cafeterías cerca. La ropa de cama y las toallas son completamente nuevas. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. No conocimos al anfitrión pero la recogida de llaves es cómoda. Nuestro vuelo no pudo aterrizar en Bérgamo por una tormenta y aterrizó en Bolonia. Llegamos a Milán a las 3 de la madrugada y no tuvimos problema para entrar en el alojamiento. Es un apartamento antiguo y algo desangelado. Necesita un cambio de colchones, de almohadas (incomodísimas) y de puerta. El piso es un quinto que resulta ser un sexto porque hay entreplanta. No tiene ascensor pero eso ya lo sabíamos al reservar. Éramos tres personas y el gel de ducha/champú fue muy justo.
• Camacho (5/5): Está bien pero es un poco incómodo con respecto al calor y la cantidad de pisos que hay que subir - Era limpio y el lugar estaba muy bonito bien ubicado Un poco confusa la entrada, no tiene ascensor y son 5 pisos es bastante cansado, en el apartamento no había aire habia solo un ventilador pegado al techo y hacía mucho calor y si la ventana se dejaba abierta se metían todos los mosquitos

• Radosavljevic (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is totally fine, about a 40-minute walk to the city center, and there's a metro station right in front of the building for those who don't walk :) It's a nice neighborhood, and there are markets, restaurants, bars, a park, a pharmacy, etc. nearby. When it comes to entering the accommodation, we arrived around 2 AM and couldn’t unlock the building door either by call or online. A neighbor who happened to pass by at that moment unlocked it for us. Everything else was totally fine.

• Татьяна (9/5): Pleased with the facilities but it was cold. - I liked price, the location near the subway. View from the window, large size of the apartment. Comfortable big bed. The apartment had all the amenities. Did not like the cold floor and low temperature in apartment. Broken shower and the fact that the owner was not in touch and did not respond to messages, both in the mail and on the app. Didn't like that it was the fifth floor and there was no elevator. It was very hard to lift the bags.
• Ramona (8/5): Very good - We liked that the metro station is right next to the property. It was also pretty easy to enter the property at first and get the keys. You have pretty much anything that you might need. Regarding the sofa bed, a part of it is broken which makes it impossile to sleep on the left side of the bed.

Location is great, neighborhood was quiet, subway station is right around corner and supermarket across street. Apartment was bit cold (especially during night) even when radiator/heating system was on.
