• Federico (10/5): - For the price the place is very good, you won't really have a lot of things nearby if youre looking for something "touristic", but you'll find peace, calm and beautiful places to visit with a motorbike. The best was the batur hike, I loved the guide, that man is pure kindness and joy! See you again!
• Tikhon (8/5): Nice for short stay - The house is nice and bathroom huge. Almost no holes in the walls like it is usually in that rype of bungalos. Host was very welcoming. However no hot water and wi-fi wasn't available in all parts of the house. No free drinking water available.

• Margaux (4/5): Pas super - L’emplacement est au pied du mont Batur, pour faire la randonnée c’est parfait L’isolation sonore des bungalow est inexistante, on était dans un logement accolé à un autre et on entendait la personne comme si elle était dans la pièce avec nous a en entendre la fermeture de son sac.. Des personnes sont restés discuter jusqu’à 1h du matin juste devant Le bungalow était vraiment petit mais pour une nuit juste pour la randonnée ça peut aller, ça reste très peu cher On a également voulu louer un scooter mais ce service n’était pas proposé et aucun contact donné, les activités en journée comme les sources chaudes étant plus loin ce n’était pas pratique

• Connor (7/5): - Location is close to Mt Banur meet-up spot on Get Your Guide. Food was okay. Location made it difficult to get a Grab Taxi, and the taxi fares are a little expensive for that area. Shower head was broken, so you had to hold up the head to shower.

Staff was really nice, she gave me a water for free and some food really late in the night. There was a light up on the ceiling. And it didn’t turned off. I could not sleep without a sleeping mask.

• Megan (7/5): Rustic Charm and Tranquility in Kintamani - It was close to Mt. Batur Mount allowing myself to sleep a little longer before the hike. The staff helped me find a scooter rental, and help me with booking shuttles to my next destination. There was a problem in a room with the light not working. They allowed me to switch rooms and I believe they took care of the problem before the arrival of the next guest. It is close to the onion fields.there are warungs within walking distance if you don't have a scooter or car. Gojek and Grab are not used in the park!!! DO NOT LOCK THE GATE AT NIGHT AFTER YOU GO IN!!!! He will lock out other guests, that has happened to me. Luckily I sorted it out. Because it cools off at night. I really don't think you need air conditioning. During the day the flies are bad, but they don't bite you. They also used a fan outside which help keep the flies away. But as soon as the temperature drops so do the flies! I would have liked to have access to the kitchen area but upon arrival they said it's for staff only. I think I understand because a lot of people stay one night maximum two but having stayed there for several nights it would have been nice to have access to it. Especially since the staff leaves at 20:00. So have something sorted before that time, especially if you don't have a scooter. I stayed at a few different places in Kintamani, because it cools off at night, it causes dew and which does attract the slugs. Therefore only at night was I surprised with a couple slugs slugging around the bathroom
• Laura (7/5): Good - It is very close to the mount Batur. If you want to stay there for the sunrise hike it is perfect and you can directly book the guide in the Bomboo House as well. It is quite a small room and be aware that the door doesn't close all the way so all kinds of insects can get in the room.

The best part was the trekking service provided by the host. They arranged everything perfectly, from pick-up to guiding us to the summit of Mount Batur. The sunrise view was breathtaking! A must-visit place for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
• Ana (7/5): Good - If you are going to Kintamani and want to do the Mouth Batur, hiking, like most of the people, this place is only 1.30 hour away, walking more or less.My cabin was correct, big comfy mattress If you are looking for something closer to the lake this is a bit far. It is nice, you will be surrounded by farmers. But if you do not have your own transport you must walk on the small road and share the air with the motor bikes and cars passing. The owner is nice and can arrange for you the hiking, at an honest price. There is only one place to eat at a walking distance. Not much view, you must keep curtains closed if you want intimacy.

They were hammering at stone into the evening when it’s common for people staying there to be getting up at 4am to hike. The walls are paper thin, I could every word of my neighbors!

Kitchen was dirty and they recommend you to get food from their sister's restaurant around the corner but the prices don't align with the prices shown at the menu plus they'll add the extra 5% for fees on top.
• Tom (4/5): Maybe more 'budget' than anticipated - Staff were available to check us in immediately upon arrival. Very low price accomodation. The room was clean and tidy. Very basic room, front doors didn't fit properly so plenty of flies made it into the room. No AC or fan. Very thin walls mean you can perfectly hear guests in adjacent rooms. Hard to find as there was no sign for the hotel on the front door. Staff were barely present and hence not very helpful. Tricky to get around if you don't have your own vehicle.

The room we stayed in was tiny. The walls to the other room were made out of paper, you could literally hear every word from the person next door. No bright light in the room, bathroom light barely working.

• She (10/5): Country - Was really lovely place.. nice and quiet .. but can still access things pretty close.. the only thing that was a bit of a let down is I'm vegetarian and didn't have the tofu or Tempe on menu.. I ordered the noodles and it was a very small plate of 2 minute noodles not really a meal .. and very small french fries .. there would not be enough food to sustain me.. and condensed milk not actual milk.. if you bring some of your own food probably better.. the male host is really lovely and kind .. very nice bed and shower also ..

• Alia (7/5): Good stay if you're planning to hike Mt. Batur - It was one of the starting point of Mt. Batur. Chose the stay only because of that. Toilet was quite dirty. Motorbike that we rent was not perfect.
• One (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and clean huts. The staff is helpfull. We rented scooter just at the place. You can make trip to mount batur from there.

• Amy (8/5): The owner is wonderful and very helpful, the food is ok, the facilities are alright. It’s perfect for what we required t - The aim was to climb Mt. Batur, the Volcano, which is where the hotel sits at the foot of. It’s at the base so you can walk directly from the hotel at 4:30am and make it to the top for sunrise. The farmland is also lovely surrounding the area. There’s a lot of noise - because of workers nearby building, people revving engines of motorbikes they repairing… the evenings are quiet though.
