• Vivienne (9/5): almost perfect - spacious, clean, lots of light, good linen on beds, great location, secure and host extremely accommodating- thank you🙏 very small things: more mirrors in bedrooms, more face cloths provided (we could only find 1 between 4 ladies) , Venetian blinds need servicing - didn’t open or close in some bedrooms, milk in fridge would have been a nice touch and put more towels out we eventually found some in a cupboard (there were only 3 put out for 4 of us)

• Stephanie (8/5): It was a convenient spot for our family reunion being held nearby - It worked well for our family group The lock on the front door was dodgy with no instructions on locking it to leave safely. We were surprised to arrive to a for sale sign outside and the auction the day we were checking out.

• Gina (10/5): Absolutely perfect …the host has everything covered and the property is delightful - Honestly the contacts were better than perfect and the premise was amazing…. Beds were super comfortable, the water pressure just incredible- very private and the amenities wonderful. This is a lovely venue for anyone wanting a quiet stay close to the Mount and Tauranga ❤️ Access to the beach is close and what a delight to have 16km of pristine ocean to play in( not to mention you can collect fresh tua tua or catch schnapper from the beach ) It was absolutely lovely and a massive thank you to the previous occupants that left some simple food ingredients

• Allyssa (9/5): Really amazing, modern property, well situated. - Awesome access to the property - easy to use the lock pad. It was difficult to find the original email with the door lock code. I was using the Booking.com app and the lock code was not listed there. This is no fault of the host, more from Booking.com
