• Zaibun (1/5): - I had to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances which prevented us from travelling to Kuantan. Although the reservation conditions were that to cancel you must pay for the first night, fair enough, I decided to still request a free cancellation as I was cancelling only a matter of hours after the reservation. However, I got absolutely no response from the property whatsoever. That's poor management and I don't even know if they've registered that I'm due a partial refund. I hope booking.com looks into this.

• Hisham (8/5): Good hotel right at the smack of Kuantan - Didn't take the breakfast package. Easy parking within hotel compound. Don't let the run down external facade deceive you. Interior is nicely renovated, clean, furniture a bit dated but works well, comfy bed Improve on Wi-Fi connection. During period of stay tried to complete a bit of work using laptop, Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, but manageable

Room : 1. must have carpet. 2. TV channel; no main Malaysia channel such as TV3 , RTM or Awani to look for news. 3. No breakfast available in hotel. Unable to contact reception due to no guidance attached to the telephone in the room. Reception staff not informative. During my stay there is seven main event occured in Kuantan. Suppose the hotel must provide template to inform customer that there is event in Kuantan. The rest acceptable.

• radzmedia (1/5): SCARY!! - Location near to my event. The room was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. I stayed on the 6th floor, and it was genuinely a terrifying experience! The room felt haunted, and I was disturbed by what seemed like paranormal activity throughout the night. I couldn’t sleep at all. It was a very frightening stay at E-RED Hotel.

• Low (8/5): Overall pleasant and comfortable stay - The location near to eateries and the quiet surrounding at the corner with plenty of parking space, the spacious room the comfortable bed and the cleanliness. Room service for extra drinking water and toilet rolls were provided in a jiffy. There is no hand wash at the basin this is a basic necessity to provide. The room was not ready and we can only checked in after 3pm but when we wanted to request for late check out by one hour there were extra charges. Should be flexible and compensate us for the late check in
