We knew we were in luck when Felice greeted us at the front door of the cool, airy apartment building and escorted us to the his property within…a peaceful haven of color, comfort, and beauty, graced with an incredible gallery of his own exquisite art. The room itself was delightful…Quiet, comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The bold use of color in our room and the well appointed common area was energizing. Felice was the perfect host…kind, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator. Location is excellent…just steps from Termini Staton and every shopping need imaginable, a block from the Aquarium Park; a 5-10 minute walk to close by museums and historic sites, and an easy a afternoon stroll to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Not a single complaint.
• Stephen (10/5): A lovely place to stay with a warm welcome. - The location was ideal to either walk or catch the metro to see all the sites. There were also plenty of restaurants in the area. The property was immaculately presented and comfortable. Our host Felice could not have been more friendly and helpful. This very much added to the experience.

Tegelijkertijd ook een goed opstappunt om met bus en/of metro de rest van Rome te bereiken. Een prima locatie om Rome vanuit te verkennen. Kamer is netjes, schoon en gehost door een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Het bed was voor ons twee was wat smal, maar lag verder wel goed. Het ontbijt is uitbesteed bij een ander hotel twee straten verderop en kun je voor 10.00 uur nuttigen. Jammer dat dit alleen zoetigheid betreft en niets hartigs.

• Kirsten (10/5): Super fijn klein hotel! - Super makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit het treinstation Termini en Felice is makkelijk te bereiken en hij antwoordt heel snel.
• Gary (9/5): The value was exactly what we wanted and the concierge made it even better. - Breakfast was a voucher at a local restaurant that was a block away and was coffee and a coissant. The place was across the street from the main train station of Rome. That meant we could get on the Metro easily and we used that several times. We didn't have a car because our rental car didn't start till the end of our stay in Rome. The concierge was very accommodating and allowed us to keep our bags in storage until our room was ready. The concierge was an actual artist, hence the name, and his artwork was displayed on the walls and was very good. We would have liked a better breakfast

El anfitrión es maravilloso, súper atento, y Roma es una ciudad preciosa para visitar y the Painters house es genial. El desayuno realmente no merecía la pena, es bienvenido, pero tras un día es preferible desayunar en algún otro lugar. Aún así es bienvenido. La ubicación no es la mejor de Roma, que aunque es relativamente céntrico, la zona tiene mucha indigencia y mal aspecto en algunas calles concretas.

• Zuzanna (9/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung bei einem netten Gastgeber. - Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer mit einer zur Verfügung stehenden Küche. Es gab Tee und Kaffee, die wir uns nehmen durften. Den Kühlschrank durfte man auch nutzen. Felice ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und netter Gastgeber. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder bei ihm buchen, wenn wir nach Rom fahren würden. Zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung super. Fast alles lässt sich zu Fuß besichtigen und die Nähe zu Termini lässt auch die weiteren Ziele schnell erreichen. Alles in allem war es klasse!

Er hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben 😊 Nach dem Ausschecken und späterer Abreise haben wir die Koffer in der Wohnung lassen können und sie problemlos zum späteren Zeitpunkt( ( nach 7 Std.) abholt. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen, alles top. Danke für alles 🙏 -

• Taura (10/5): I do recomend it because of how clean and good location it is. - Very clean, calm surroundings. We were during a rain, so we were missing a place for drying close. But turned on the AC for warming the room and hang the clothes on hangers in front of it. All dried well.

В районе двух-трех кварталов от ЖД грязно и воняет туалетом, много бомжей. 2. Окно очень-очень плохо изолирует звук. Слышны разговоры, какие-то крики, загрузка мусора и проезд всех машин. 3. Грязный кондиционер, внутри видна плесень. 4. Не хватает полотенцесушителя в ванной 5. Это квартира из трех комнат расположена на втором этаже, под нами находилась дверь, которая постоянно громко хлопает. 6. На полу холодная керамическая плитка не хватало коврика или тапочек.

• RaduCana (10/5): Excelent - Apartamentul se află lângă gara centrală a Romei: Termini. De acolo am putut ajunge oriunde în maxim 30-40 min pe jos mergând lejer, însă am folosit foarte mult transportul în comun atât autobuzul cât și metroul inclusiv seara târziu. Camera a fost foarte comodă, curată, baia dotată cu tot ce am avut nevoie. La bucătărie ne-am putut prepara un espresso în fiecare dimineață și am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit pentru a servi o gustare și un pahar cu vin. Gazda foarte primitoare, răspunde foarte repede la mesaje și ne-a ajutat mereu când am avut nevoie, ne-am simțit bineveniți. Partea cea mai bună e că ne-am putut caza singuri mai ales că am ajuns seara târziu. E puțin gălăgie noaptea mai ales seara dar asta ține de cartier, nu e vina apartamentuli... Micul dejun nu e grozav dar o cafea și un corn sunt mereu binevenite și au marcat mereu startul zilei noastre de plibmare.
• Ashling (9/5): Will be back ☺️ - Fabulous stay in a great location. The room and apartment were spotless and the decor was very quirky. Super comfy bed too - always important! Felice was an exceptional host and couldn’t have done more to help us. I’ve seen a lot of recommendations advising against staying near Termini but we found it absolutely fine, very convenient for travel and fabulous food market in the station. Would struggle to find anything!

When there was an issue with the water head in the shower the owner replaced it to a new one. overall a great place to stay in rome The location is overall good but the street itself is not the best street (homeless people etc), This is not something that the owner can change.. and still the place is a great place to stay

Small Kitchen you can use and your room has got a private bathroom which looks like new. The bed is very comfortable. It is a bit cold, but you have got an air condition to heat up the your room.

Het ontbijt was ronduit slecht helaas. Dat is ook het enige minpunt wat er was. Dit kan op een simpele manier een stuk worden verbeterd volgens ons.

• Janja (9/5): - First of all, Felice was a great host. He was available for all questions and he helped us with recommendations what to visit and where to eat. The bedroom was good and the common room was even better. I really liked it. Also, we liked the location. Colosseum is really close and it takes 25 minutes of walking to get there. You can basically get anywhere by walking. There are a few restaurants close. Termini station is 5 minutes from the apartment. I liked everything. I would just recommend you to be careful because there are lots of pickpockets near Termini.
