• Julia (9/5): Schöne Ausgangslage um La Spezia und die Umgebung zu erkunden. - Die Lage ist super, nah zum Hafen und Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Der eigene Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist ein großes Plus. Die Garage zu erreichen ist sehr einfach und wurde über Videos erklärt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und groß. Das Bett ist etwas unbequem

Easy to access (once we realised that we needed to walk down to the seaside) with clear check in details Was quite noisy at times with traffic passing at high speed on the adjacent road. Clear directions to the location would be useful rather than guests relying on Google maps
• Vanessa (8/5): Ruim appartement, centraal gelegen en met eigen parkeermogelijkheid. - Ruim appartement met op paar minuten lopen een afgesloten parkeerbox. Met kwartier ben je in het oude centrum en met 5 minuten loop je al langs het havengedeelte. Het appartement is wat gedateerd en kan wat modernisering gebruiken vooral in de keuken en badkamer.
• Jeannette (9/5): - Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Kurze Wege zum Bus und der private Parkplatz in der nahegelegenen Großgarage waren für unsere geplanten Ausflüge in die Umgebung optimal. Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig und der private Garten wunderschön zum Frühstücken. Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Und die Nachbarn sehr freundlich, Viel zu beschweren gibt es nicht. Zu erwähnen sind für mich hier trotzdem die etwas schwierig einzustellende Wassertemperatur in der Dusche (oft zu heiß oder zu kalt) sowie die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Wenn die Nachbarin in der Wohnung darüber mit hohen Schuhen durch die Wohnung stöckelt, hört man das sehr deutlich. Ebenso dringt der Straßenlärm durch die Fenster. Da bei Nacht in den umgebenden Straßen jedoch wenig bis nichts los ist und die Nachbarin erst ab ca. 8 Uhr unterwegs war hat es uns beim Schlafen nicht gestört.

Draps des précédentes personnes non enlèves Coussins manquants au lit supplémentaire Ventilateur de la chambre cassé La société de gestion de l appartement qui n a pas pris en considération nos demandes au cours des 3 nuits passées …. LAMENTABLE
• Barbara (8/5): - Goede locatie, dichtbij het centrum. Ruim appartement op gelijksvloer met 1 slaapkamer, Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Ze hebben shampoo, zeep, afwasmiddel, .. allemaal reeds voorzien. Airco in de living. Leuke patio om even buiten te kunnen als je kindje slaapt. (Let op met de Muggen 😅) De wasmachine was vrij vuil met aangekoekte zeepresten, was niet zo aangenaam. Best vrij veel lawaai van auto's en moto's doordat de appartement zich op een helling bevindt. Ik vroeg aan de host als we zelf extra vuilzakken moesten voorzien, werd ons meegedeeld dat de poetsfirma deze zou achterlaten maar 2 dagen gewacht, zijn we zelf zakken gaan kopen. Ik vroeg om hulp om de ventilatie in de kamer aan te zetten (vrij ingewikkeld toestel) maar werd ons gezegd om de airco in de living aant te zetten dat zou koelen tot in de slaapkamer. (Correct maar duurt wel enkele uren vooralleer dat het daar ook koeler wordt natuurlijk) Maar dat was mijn vraag niet dus de hulp kwam dan ook niet om de ventilator op te zetten.

• René (10/5): Super Apartment in La Spezia :) Top Lage und mit Garage - Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Hafen und die Altstadt sind zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment ist riesig und der Garten hat unserem 3-jährigen Sohn sehr gefallen. -
• W. (8/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell und geräumig. Wir haben regelmäßig gekocht und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Auch die Klimaanlage war perfekt, da es in La Spezia während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß war. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, man braucht nur wenige Minuten zum Hafen und in die Innenstadt. Der Innenhof ist wunderschön und das WLAN hat gut funktioniert.
• Cinzia (8/5): Beautiful spacious apartment in La Spezia, centrally located with excellent amenities & car park. - The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The garden was an oasis however due to bad weather I didn't get to spend time there. The apartment is very well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The shower is very spacious. The apartment itself is light filled and very spacious. The location was excellent as it's in the city centre and located close to the ferry terminal, Piazza Europa and the shopping district. It's in close proximity to Via Prione, Corso Cavour, Viale Italia and Via Veneto for nearby shopping, fresh produce market (Piazza del Mercato Corso Cavour) and supermarket Basko. Bonus car park for those travelling with a vehicle which is a Godsend because of the difficulty in parking in the city centre. I stayed 9 days, 8 nights and it would have been good to have more than 2 towels, only one for hands and one for body & only 2 rolls of toilet paper. It doesn't hurt to provide these extras that people need. Given the cold weather, it would, have also been good to have warmer blankets. I ended up using 3 trapuntine, which are lightweight coverlets in Italy, to keep warm. I also didn't like that until I was only notified when I arrived and had entered the apartment, that the induction cooktop was not working and the replacement for this was an electric heating element one would use for camping. The owner wanted to have it fixed early in the week I was there which was just inappropriate. You can't have strangers entering a rental property whilst it is being rented out. Repairs and maintenance should be carried out between tenants renting the property, not when they're actually there. Clearly the induction plate had been broken for a while, it didn't just happen given that they had already organised for the repair. At the very least, a partial refund should have been offered as all amenities were not available. Please note, the car park is not on site as suggested. It is located underground, a short distance walk away.
• Alice (9/5): Very comfortable apartment but toilet smelled urine - The location is great to walk all around. It is very close to the center and all shops and restaurants. the apartment is very comfortable for one person. Near the toilet, it smelled strongly urine and the last day, some water came out from the floor near the toilet. The host was slow to respond and didn't send anyone.
