• W (7/5): Fijne locatie, vraagt meer aandacht. - De locatie en de parkeergarage. Toegang steile trap, niet heel erg schoon prijs kwaliteit uit balans.
• Johnny (10/5): Sentral fin leilighet med parkering - Sentral fin leilighet. Det manglet ikke noe som helst. Får rask respons om en lurer på noe👍 Fin koselig terrasse. Samt stor takterrasse. Parkering i kjelleren, helt topp. Putene på takterrassen kunne godt ha ligget tørt i putekassen. Den var åpen, å putene var våte. Men terrassen nedenfor var stor nok for oss, selv om vi fikk besøk av dattera mi og hennes mann.

W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, w pokojach ciepło i przytulnie, niesamowicie klimatyczna weranda, z której udało się nawet zobaczyć zorzę :) -

• Henriette (5/5): Sentral, fin leilighet, dårlig renhold - Sentral, hyggelig leilighet. Renhold. Spesielt dårlig på bad/dusj. Trengs en skikkelig rengjøring.
• Guest (7/5): Globalement sympathique mais attention aux quiproquos. - L'emplacement est génial, on accède rapidement au centre ville. Les clés sont faciles d'accès. Pour information général : il y a un palier avec d'autres logements que le notre mais les voisins n'ont fait aucun bruit. L'isolation phonique est très bonne. L'hôte est très sympathique ! Il a répondu rapidement à mes interrogations. Je trouve que le sujet du parking n'est pas très clair, sur l'annonce ce n'est pas précisé que le parking est payant : "Vous pourrez profiter d’une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d’un parking privé disponible sur place.", or par message l'hôte me propose le parking pour 150 NOK (12.68 Euros). Rien de grave mais certains pourraient ne pas trouver ça correct. Ce qui m'a le plus déçu c'est que ce n'est pas précisé que le lit "superposé" soit en fait une sorte de lit double qui se plis. Nos amis n'avaient pas forcément envie de dormir ensemble, donc l'un à dû dormir sur le canapé ... Ce qui rend le prix du logement excessif par rapport à ce qu'on en attendait.

• vianh (8/5): Bra leilighet, men kaldt - det var veldig sentralt, utleier svarte veldig fort. hadde det man trengte av senger og hvitevarer Det var ekstremt kaldt, men vi fikk med en varmeovn, men ville ikke ha den på hele tiden for brannsikkerhet, så da ble det ganske kaldt. spesielt på badet og på soverommene
• Matteo Maria Riccardo (6/5): - Non c'era la colazione inclusa: non applicabile. La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro di Stavanger, vicino alla movimentata Pedersgata. La casa non era ancora pronta alle 17, mentre il check in doveva essere alle 15. Non molto pulita. Faceva molto freddo in casa e non mi è stato detto come accendere il riscaldamento. Non c'è nessuna vista, contrariamente a quanto detto in annuncio.

• Aleksandra (3/5): - I am disappointed with my stay. One of the bed linens had a very unpleasant, stale smell, as if it had not been properly washed, which I find completely unacceptable. I pointed this out to the owner, but nothing was done about it. The bathroom rug was soaking wet and made the whole bathroom smell terrible. On top of that, the kettle was broken. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and feel I must leave a negative review.

The location is perfect-right in the heart of Stavanger, with easy access to everything. The apartment itself was spotless when I arrived, which made me feel instantly at home. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with fresh linens and just the right amount of support for a great night’s sleep. After long days exploring the city, it was such a relief to come back and relax. The terrace was a lovely bonus, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Having private parking was also incredibly convenient in this busy area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Stavanger!

• Christian (7/5): Flat was ok, not great - Central location The bathroom and kitchen (and the rest of the flat) had not been cleaned, and the host did not respond to messages and pictures about that. The host also wanted 500 NOK more since we were three instead of two, I thought we rented the flat.
