• Kouvaris (7/5): - Ότι πληρώνεις, αυτό περνεις. Για ένα ένα βράδυ το χρειαστηκαμε για να μείνουμε στο κέντρο. Είχε πολύ φασαρία από το δρόμο. Αλλά ο οδηγός μας είχε ενημερώσει ότι όλα όσα είναι στο κέντρο έχουν αυτό το πρόβλημα.
• Bouthaina (1/5): Albtraum Hostel - Sauberkeit, Hygiene, Ordnung und Freundlichkeit haben stark gefehlt im Hostel Bab Am khair! Baustelle mit Strom und Wasser abdrehen!, Schrecklichen Zustand den Räumen mit überall, Staub, Ziment kaputten Wände Badezimmer kaum Türen und kaum Informationen, dass das Hostel in der Renovierung ist und noch nicht fertig war!!! Wir mussten die Polizei anrufen, Anzeige machen und das Hostel zwingen uns ein neues Zimmer geben, weil die zuständige Person und kaum Geld zurück bezahlen wollte und ständig gelogen und Geschichte erzählt, dass das Problem mit Booking war!!! Unterkunftspersonal vom Portier bis Direktorin waren unhöflich, sehr belastend: ständig anrufen, an den Türen klopfen um 7 Uhr in der früh oder nach 22 Uhr am Abend! Beim Putzen gehen viele Sachen verloren und verschwinden wichtige Dinge! Eine Dienerin Namen Dina war besonders unhöflich und unprofessionell. Sie hat ständig telefoniert, Geld verlangt in jederzeit und Stunde, verführerisch versucht sie ständig hinzuschauen im Zimmer während wir uns anziehen oder schlafen auch vor der Türe schiebt sie die Türe um reinzuschauen und zu kommen! Wir haben erlebt wie andere europäische Gäste das Hostel auch verlassen mussten wegen den unangenehmen Überraschungen wie zum Beispiel: Stromausfall, kaum Warmwasser oder kaum Wasser überhaupt. Balkonen sind offen, dass Kinder von anderen Zimmern reinkommen und springen! Kein ordentliches Wasserschlauch für Klimaanlage, dass überall Wasserschaden waren und bei den unteren Nachbarn die Decke kaputt geworden ist. Es ist zu laut und ständig Verkehr und huppen 24 Stunden und die Baustelle ist draußen bei der Gebäudeseite und innen in Hostel so ist der Lärm kräftig mit Bohrmaschinen, Hammerschläge etc .. Wir konnten kaum Ruhe finden und unsere Termine leider nicht geschafft und die wichtigsten Aufgaben, die wir erledigen müssen haben wir verschieben müssen: das heißt neu kommen, neue Flüge, neues Hotel etc...

• Herta (10/5): Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt zu einem guten Preis - Diese Unterkunft ist günstig mitten im Zentrum gelegen. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend, besonders Mustafa ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

• Pittis (6/5): Está bien...peeeeero.... - La ubicación y la atención del personal, Mohamed y Mahmud El personal es encantador pero este mensaje va dirigido a los dueños del hotel. Tenía mucho olor a humedad, el baño estaba dentro del cuarto, dividido por apenas un panel de plástico, x lo que cualquier olor, ruido y demás, se compartía con mí pareja. El piso del baño era un estanque...Ramses II debió haberse bañado en ese lugar y dejado un par de pelos. Tiene dos empleados que son superhéroes que te resuelven todos los problemas, muy bien por ellos. Al dueño le pedimos que le habiliten un poco las cosas. Para los nuevos huéspedes, si no encuentran el cartel, es justo el que está roto por la mitad... Atención! Lean bien!!! La cama, más que cama era un capullo donde quedabas encerrado al medio. Está bueno si te gusta dormir apretadito con tu pareja. No abrir placares... Están avisados !!!

Retki sujui hyvin ja ei tarvinnut itse sählätä kaupustelijoiden kanssa pyramideilla. Saimme kokonaisuudessaan hyvän kokemuksen. Wi-Fi ei toiminut juurikaan huoneessame ja saattoi olla pitkiä aikoja muuallakin toimimatta. Sängyt tuntuivat huterilta.
• Shoko (10/5): 最高！ - この宿に出会えて本当に良かったと心から思います。スタッフの方々がとても親切で、滞在中ずっと温かい気持ちになれました。到着が深夜になってしまったのですが、快くチェックインに対応していただき、旅の疲れが一気にやわらぎました。さらにタクシーの手配まで丁寧にしてくださり、土地勘のない場所でも安心して移動できました。特にスタッフのムスタファさんがとても親切で、タクシーの運転手との交渉や見送りまでしてくれたのが本当に心強かったです。ムスタファさんのおかげで不安が一切なく、安心して過ごすことができました。家族のように接してくれる温かさと細やかな気配りに大変助けられ、第二の我が家のように感じるほどでした。また会いたいと思えるスタッフであり、こうした心に残る出会いが、この宿を特別な場所にしてくれたと感じます。 お部屋や施設も清潔で快適に整えられていて、安心してくつろぐことができました。便利な立地に加え、スタッフの温かさが加わることで、ただ泊まる場所以上の特別な滞在になったと思います。 今回の体験は忘れられない思い出となり、まさに旅の支えになりました。信頼できる宿として安心を求める方にぜひおすすめしたいですし、私自身また必ず利用したいと感じています。旅のハイライトになった素敵な宿でした。

The hotel is a bit old and there are some problems with the cleaness of the sheets and blankets, and with the plumbing of the bathroom. Also, there is a lot of noice from the street since there is traffic and honking all night.

Private WC!? No place to hang 🚿, after shower water all over the room, and obviously to go to WC you always need to remember to put your shoes. Pillows were very dirty. No cover or any kind of linen for the edredon. Dusty room. Window didn't close property, time to time would open alone... Face towel it was washed but didn't seem clean. To expensive for what offer (that is nothing).

He is very helpful, committed and friendly. I would always come back. The hostel is centrally located, everything is easily accessible.

Very goods and comfortable beds, the room had a balcony to the streets with a table and chairs, breakfast included and very tasty, a little freezer with water and sodas, you can wash your clothes for a very cheap price. I specially want to than Mustada and Nuron for their service.

Staff was welcoming and helpful..Mustafa was cheerful and kind ..Best thing with the hostel is they have 24 × 7 staff at reception.. Nouran and Omnia was really helpful..Thank you Nouran for assisting in booking uber to airport ..She happily cleared all my queries ..Highly recommend this hostel for solo travellers both male and female ..Located exactly at city centre have all options for shopping and food ..Once again big thanks for the reception staff . • Brian (8/5): Very good - Were taken great care of by Mustafa on reception. Great host. Breakfast was good too Make sure you nook the room with a balcony. Thr smaller room at the back is a bit dark and dingy. We upgraded to the balcony after first night.

• Kaustav (6/5): Pleasant - When I arrived at the hostel, I was disappointed to learn that the property was under maintenance, and we had to be shifted to a different hotel. The entire process took about an hour, which was frustrating after a long journey. However, I must commend the receptionist, Mustafa, for handling the situation so well. His professionalism, efficiency, and calm demeanor turned a potentially bad experience into a manageable one. He went out of his way to ensure everything was sorted, and all the positive aspects of this review are solely because of him. While the initial inconvenience was unfortunate, Mustafa’s excellent customer service made up for it to some extent. Without him, this would have been a much less favorable review.

• Hajnalka (8/5): Very good - friendly staff, good location, they organised a trip to Giza which was also good we reserved a room with a bathroom but the bathroom was not a real bathroom. It is just separated from the room with some metal wall. But it was not a big issue because the shared bathroom was ok :)

O busy Street -, therefore loud but Good for us since we needed to take the train the next morning.New manager started two Weeks ago he said . He was very motivated to make our stay great. And changed the sheets again, as we asked for it. Still new sheets did not Look super clean, maybe just old.
