You - If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Florence, look no further! This charming apartment offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Located in a historic building just steps away from the Duomo, it combines old-world charm with modern comfort. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with fresh, clean linens and offers a breathtaking view of the Medici Chapels. The spacious, bright living area is designed with chic, contemporary finishes and is the ideal spot to relax after a day exploring Florence. We were only two but, with a sofa that easily converts into a bed, it can comfortably accommodate up to two additional guests. Like I stated one of the unique features of this apartment is the rich history of its location in the San Lorenzo district, once part of the real estate holdings of the nearby Basilica of San Lorenzo. The building still displays the small stones with the engraved crest of San Lorenzo, which adds a beautiful touch of authenticity to the space. Please note, the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, (like the majority of the typical florence buildings, especially so well located, as it already states the presentation of the apartment itself) so be prepared for a bit of exercise. However, with all the comforts and the fantastic location, it’s absolutely worth it, I would even say imperceptible.
• Lena (7/5): Decent property but will not stay there again. - The location and cleanliness. The bathroom: shower head non functional; also freezing cold since the vent is a hole in the wall to the outside. Overall, a very uncomfortable bathroom experience in the winter especially. The sleeper couch is very uncomfortable. One can feel the metal bar under the mattress. Note: No elevator and a steep staircase to the first floor. (After that, the stairs are less scary)
