• Alexandra (3/5): Unbedingt lesen! - Die Aussicht. Vermieterin hat schnell geantwortet. Der Hausmeister war sehr lieb und war bei allen Handwerkern stets dabei. Leider müssen wir hier einmal ehrlich sein: - die Lage an der Straßenkreuzung war sehr unruhig und laut - die Anwohnerin hat jeden Tag sehr laut Fernsehen geschaut, sodass wir es hören konnten - in einer Woche mussten 3x Handwerker wegen der Küche kommen und am Ende konnten wir die Küche doch nicht benutzen 1) der Abfluss in der Spüle war verstopft, sodass wir nicht spülen konnten. Es kamen Handwerker als wir nicht da waren. Das war abgesprochen, aber was ein absolutes No-Go war, dass die Handwerker unsere Toilette benutzt haben und ihre Verfehlungen nicht sauber gemacht haben. Igitt! 2) danach fiel der Strom in der Küche aus. Hier kamen wieder Handwerker als wir nicht da waren. Wir wollten die Toilette diesmal abschließen, aber die Türe ließ sich nicht abschließen. Der Handwerker sagte, er könne das nicht reparieren, es müsse ein Elektriker kommen. 3) Der Elektriker kam und sagte, dass die Steckdose hinter dem Ofen defekt sei und man alles ausbauen müsse. Das wurde natürlich nicht gemacht, sondern auf die Zeit nach unserem Checkout verschoben. Wir mussten alle unsere Lebensmittel wegschmeißen, weil alles verdorben war. - es gab zu viele Mücken. Ein Tipp an den Vermieter: Fliegennetze wären gut, damit man vernünftig lüften kann. - man isst von Plastiktellern. Die sind zwar schön anzusehen ABER: Die Beschichtung aus Plastik löst sich und man muss aufpassen, dass man das nicht mitisst. Besser das Geld für vernüftige Teller in die Hand nehmen. - Pfannenwender, Schneidemesser für Obst und Gemüse und Frühstücksbretter fehlen. - Gut zu wissen: direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Club der am Wochenende bis 4 Uhr nachts Musik schallert. - es wäre nett gewesen, wenn man eine Anfahrtsskizze gehabt hätte. Denn es gibt einige Wege, die man mit dem Auto nicht befahren darf.

The apartment is new, impeccably clean, and conveniently situated a 15-20 minute of pleasant walk along the Arno River to the Ponte Vecchio. We highly recommend this property and intend to rebook it should we return to Florence.
