Guest Reviews
- Ines (10/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden - Sehr sehr schöne ruhige Lage
- Matthew (8/5): Great lodge in a great location - The location was great for a start point for our nc500 trip as it was located 10 minutes from the town of Inverness. The lodge was very modern and clean with great views. Very spacious rooms and suited our group of 4 perfectly. The driveway leading to the lodge off the road was a little rough and could be improved. The outside hot tub was too small for 4 people.
- Alba (10/5): - Everything. Every detail was really well looked after; it was one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in. We really enjoy staying in this lodge!
- Lori (10/5): Hidden gem - Loved the furnishings. Very sweet hidden gem Nothing that changed our experience but we could not find hand soap nor body wash or shampoo.
- Diana (7/5): Mooie locatie als je rust zoekt - Schitterende en rustige omgeving. De douchespullen waren lege flessen. Oogde leuk, maar leeg. 1e huisje lag vol met wespen. 2e huisje 2 wkn later (rondreis) was weinig aanwezig.
Kleine moeite groot plezier.

- Margaret (10/5): Peace, solitude and nature - Location amazing. Great facilities . In main bedroom only one small opening window- problem at night.
Need more coasters to.protect beautiful furniture
- Florentino (9/5): Fantastic home in the woods - Beautiful property in the woods 20 minutes outside Inverness. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great view of adjacent meadow stretching out to the sea
- James (10/5): Fab - Outdoor hot tub. Remote, but near amenities
- Sue (9/5): Lovely place to stay but forget the outdoor Hot Tub. - I stayed at Lodges Silver Birch cabin with my adult daughter and my husband for two nights. It was in an amazing location amidst natural woodlands and a distant view to Inverness. The cabin was spacious and cosy. Lovely spa bath inside. Beds were comfortable. Nice and secluded. One thing that we were disappointed with, was the outdoor hot tub described in the ad for the cabin. We were under the impression that it would be ready to jump into on our arrival. Heated with electricity and a filter etc. But it was empty and when the Host came over to show us how it all worked, we realised it was a do it yourself scenario with a wood burner to heat the water. This would need time to heat, stoke and maintain. After a long day of driving, that was not realistic. So I think more info in the ad or leave it off all together. It was the main reason we booked this accommodation.
- Christi (9/5): Lovely property and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect to unwind enjoy nature - The amenities and friendliness of the host. The beds were not as comfortable for me as I would like
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional - The location was exceptional, set among trees and beautiful countryside. Very private.we didn't get time for the use of the hot tub but an excellent idea in that location. The lodge was very well equipped and comfortable beds. Only wish we had booked more time there. We visited Callodon and had a great afternoon there. Would recommend.
- Serena (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location and lodge, very clean, easy check in process and easy to find, had everything we needed and more. Welcome gifts of Prosecco, milk and butter were appreciated. Only thing was the extractor fan in the kitchen didn’t work but everything else was perfect!
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Nice quiet area. Hot tube outside and inside. Very comfortable beds. Lovely view. Wooden stove. Kitchen fully equipped. Free range eggs supplied by the owners. 100% we will come back again.
- Ronald (10/5): Perfect ending to our trip - Beautiful property! close to the airport. Hosts were very accommodating, and responded quickly to our request. Wish we could've have stayed for more than a night! We were only there for the last night of our vacation, but didn't find anything negative about the place

- Azad (8/5): Perfect Location and Comfortable House and a good base for exploring the region - Nice spacious accommodation. Comfortable furniture. Easily accommodates four. All the necessary information provided. Great location and views. Shower didn't drain properly and fridge door needs adjusting as can easily be left open.
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Everything!
The location is off the beaten track - time to unwind.
The spa was amazing, and the views 😍.
I got up early enough to see the sunrise 🌅
We got to see deer and rabbits 🦌🐇
We had a fire 🔥
The local treats were delicious 😋
If this was the only place I stayed when I visited Scotland, I wouldn't be unhappy.
Close to Inverness for shopping.
It had everything we needed.
