• Suzanne (10/5): Submine stay - wish it could have been longer - We liked the stylish and comfortable facilities. Our room was small but immaculately clean with a great sized bathroom. The gardens were extensive and the pool beautifully maintained. Dinner at the restaurant was superb, with the three resident dogs adding to the relaxed but classy vibe. Thoughtful touches throughout such as carafes of iced water and lemonade epitomised the emphasis on quality of service. Nothing to dislike.

Poor room cleaning services. Had to ask the 2nd day to clean the room and replace the towels. Personnel should speak good English in such an establishment

L'electricité et la salle de bain dans son ensemble sont à revoir. Manque de prises, manque de place pour poser nos affaires.

• Josefa (5/5): Enttäuschend - Tolle, große Anlage im provenzialischen Stil. Gepflegter Pool. Nettes Frühstück. Unaufmerksamer Service, sehr wenig orientiert an den Bedürfnissen der Gäste. Anlage liegt ein einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Daher sowohl tagsüber am Pool, als auch nachts viel Lärm von der Straße. In der Dusche dauert es gute 20 Minuten bis das Wasser warm wird. Die Spülung der Toilette läuft durchweg und hört auch nachts nicht auf zu plätschern. Das Restaurant am Hotel ist leider unterdurchschnittlich. Keineswegs kocht hier ein Koch. Die Tomatensoße besteht aus dosentomaten und insgesamt hat das Essen nichts mit guter mediterraner Küche zu tun. Das Hotel war insgesamt okay. Ein erneuter Aufenthalt dort kommt für mich nicht in Frage.

Отдельное спасибо что разрешили использовать холодильник в ресторане и да есть очень удобный в красивом холле на рецепшене. Кухня выше всех похвал, если на выходных заранее бронировать столик! Бассейн и зона лаунджа бесподобная . Нас очень сильно покусали мошки, заери, 10 дней лечимся , нужен обязательно фумигатор

Un soir nous n’avions pas réserver le restaurant et ils ont quand même réussi à nous prendre pour dîner malgré le peu de place à l’intérieur. Un grand merci. Enfin, Les repas sont très bons tout comme le petit dej! La proximité avec la route (bruyante) et il faisait froid dans la salle d’eau : un petit soufflant n’aurait pas été de trop!

• alice (2/5): DANGEROUS DOG Lives at the hotel and not my children. Do not stay here!!!! - The swimming pool was lovely. There is a dangerous dog who lives onsite. The dog bit my two children age 5 and 8 and ripped my dress. I complained angrily to the owner and she apologised and did not really care.

• Laurent (9/5): Tout s'est bien passé. - Lit confortable, chambre disposant d'un balcon avec vue sur les oliviers, beaucoup de fauteuils disponibles à l'extérieur, personnel attentifs et sympathique. Joli parc, chiens admis, restaurant et piscine sur place. Beaucoup de documentation disponible sur place sur la région et les villes environnantes. Carte du restaurant un peu réduite mais nous avons toujours bien mangé (2 repas / 5 nuits) ce serait bien de prévoir un plat végétarien.

• Annie (9/5): A beautiful Provençal hotel, a perfect base for exploring - This is a charming hotel with a beautiful garden, pool and restaurant area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were even upgraded to their last terrace room which was clean and comfortable, complete with a little seating outside overlooking the olive trees. It is great spot for exploring the Provence area if you have a car. It is close to the main road so there is some general noise of traffic in the day but it didn’t bother us, the area is otherwise very peaceful. A mini fridge in the room would be good but not essential!

The beds were super comfortable, the shower was amazing and the hotel provided all the bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Having a small patio to yourself was also a very nice experience. The room was a little tight. And closet space was limited. Otherwise, everything was fabulous

• lazymurmur (9/5): Eleganza italiana in stile provenzale. - La location è favolosa, immersa nel verde, silenziosa e curata nei minimi particolari. Distributore d'acqua negli spazi comuni. Camera e bagno spaziosi e arredati in bellissimo stile provenzale. Staff affabile. Presenza del bidet in bagno, ma non del relativo asciugamano! Tutto aveva un buon profumo. Colazione molto varia consumata nel ristorante adiacente, ai bordi di una piscina. Non c'era il frigo in camera ma c'era la possibilità di chiedere allo staff di usufruire di un frigo esterno. Dato che è un casale di campagna, avrei apprezzato la presenza di zanzariere alle finestre. Ad ogni modo, non abbiamo avuto alcun inconveniente in tal senso.

Door de hevige regenval had een van de kamers op 2 verschillende plekken lekkage.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla presenza del bidet nel bagno! Consigliato Il bar chiuso fino alle 18.00 non potendo usufruire di bevande e snack nel pomeriggio. Il fatto di sentire il rumore delle macchine in lontananza mentre mi aspettavo più silenzio .

• Anna (5/5): - The property and its gardens are fantastic. Pool is great. Only one type of fruit for breakfast. Mattress Was not so comfortable. The shower is difficult to use to wash my hair and it splashes water all over the bathroom.
• Bianca (9/5): Sublime! - La beauté du lieu, la déco des chambres et espaces communs.. un vrai petit paradis. Le coin piscine avec des transats un peu partout sous les oliviers. Les étendues d'herbes. Les divers petits coins pour se ressourcer. Absolument tout le personnel était adorable!! Les toutous sont aussi les bienvenus et nous avons vraiment apprécié cela. Peut-être juste la proximité du restaurant et du parking à la piscine et à notre chambre.. Nous avions des tables juste sous notre fenêtre et il y avait aussi beaucoup de va et vient de l'extérieur. Donc il faut savoir que c'est un lieu qui vit mais qui en vaut largement le détour en couple ou en famille !

• Mirjam (7/5): Beautiful hotel with great potential - The hotel is located at a central location, close to Saint Remy de Provence with easy access to cities such as Arles and Avignon. Also the hotel location is very beautiful. The pool is big and very nice. The restaurant offers excellent food we think the location has much more potential. Some things are not working such as the shower at the pool which is an easy fix. There are many dogs that are walking around which also means dog shit on the grass. A pity that this is not observed and taken action on immedialtely..Also, the beds are of low quality. I got up with pain in my back every day. The staff is not always very friendly especially when you provide critical feedback. If the hotel would be given a little bit more care and attention then it will be really great! We simply hope that you take the feedback as a gift to improve so you improve guest satisfaction and a ‘fully booked status’ during high season (I have worked in hospitality for several years). • Meret (9/5): A charming and peaceful property with excellent amenities and welcoming staff—only let down slightly by a weak shower an - I really enjoyed the location—peaceful and tucked away from the street, surrounded by greenery, which created a very romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for unwinding. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with great food and service. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. The only downsides were the shower—it took a while to get hot and the water pressure was quite low—and the size of the family room, which felt a bit small for our needs.
