• Nur Saadah (2/5): The residence is not allowed for short rental or airbnb. Its against the rules at first place. - The location is easily accessible The house is poorly maintained (tv is not working), no soap provided in the shower, sofas and chairs were dirty. Lift is not convenient (taking very long waiting time), and car park is not free? We have to pay rm20 per car (Total 2 cars)

• choo (1/5): - 位置很好，方便 厕所马桶还有人用了没有冲，留着白色液体在马桶里，冲凉浴室地上超肮脏的。抵押金给了200一直吹到现在都没有退回，毛巾全部用到黑黑没有换新的。房间还有蟑螂在床上。这家公寓根本不行🙅差！！

Owner respon lambat, kunci dapat lambat, call & Whatsapp respon lambat, bilik dapat lambat, dapat bilik - actually ada orang masih belum keluar daripada bilik tu, and then owner bagi bilik lain, bilik itu pula ada kebocoran dekat tandas, tangki singki bocor, wifi problem, tv kejap ii padam. Duit deposit 200 diberi until now tak dapat. Please jangan stay this apartment. Service sangat ii teruk !! Tak disediakan plastik sampah extra. So tong sampah tak memenuhi/mencukupi untuk buang sampah

• Afiqah (1/5): Worst stay ever - Just the view, you book unit lain tapi dia akan bagi random unit based on your luck. I got unit with toilet problems. Toilet bowl pump tak function, kena isi air sendiri untuk use it. Tak worth the money lansung, pay 300 just for the view. Not a smooth stay. Staff not responsible at all bcs using foreign for handle it. Deposit needed for RM200 1 night stay. Reason to hold the deposit if incase got guest yg drop luggage at the lobby and for security reasons tapi if stay dekat sini many bangladesh and foreign walk in and out at the lobby area. Its not make sense and valid to take deposit for RM200 with the environment. And the deposit you have to begging for return bcs the owner itself delay to trf back the money to you. The deposit did not trf to company acc number but trf it to personal acc number so no reason the owner to return back the deposit by the day itself. I take 3 days to receive my deposit back after i keep pushing them. I think booking.com should take action or remove this stay from your apps for dealing with guests out of the apps.

Incredible View from the 42nd Floor One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the iconic KL Tower from my apartment, located on the 42nd floor. The view was just as beautiful as the photos online, if not even better. Waking up to the sight of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline each morning was an experience I won’t soon forget. Beautiful Design and Comfortable Amenities The apartment itself was beautifully designed—stylish, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. It had everything to make my stay comfortable: a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living areas, and even thoughtful details like extra blankets and toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. Helpful Staff and Flexible Check-In The staff at the apartment were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made my stay even more pleasant by allowing me to check in earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise after a long day of travel. Convenient Location: A Short Walk to KLCC Another great feature was the location. The apartment was just a short walk from KLCC, only across the road! This made it so easy to explore the area, visit the Petronas Towers, and enjoy the shopping and dining options nearby. Plus, the building had parking available, which made it hassle-free to park my car. Conclusion Overall, my stay in this apartment was fantastic. The combination of the amazing view, great location, helpful staff, and the apartment’s excellent design made it the perfect choice for me and my family. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, I highly recommend this apartment. It truly exceeded all of my expectations! None.
