• Kelli (7/5): - The AC in the bedroom was very cold, which made for a nice sleep. Easy to find and staff communicated well. Great location if you want to be in it all. It was a very basic, clean stay. Street noise went into the late night. Could also use some brighter light bulbs.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the historic center, where every street breathes history. There is no better place to immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Genoa. The host deserves special mention: he responds quickly, is always easy to reach, and is ready to help with anything you need. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with children, you will find absolute comfort, cleanliness, and convenience here, along with the unique feeling of stepping back into the Middle Ages. È un luogo bellissimo, accogliente e arredato con gusto in stile antico. Qui si unisce in modo sorprendente il fascino della Genova medievale con tutti i comfort moderni di cui si può avere bisogno. Tutto è pensato per garantire comodità agli ospiti, e allo stesso tempo si ha davvero la sensazione di far parte della storia della città. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta — nel cuore del centro storico, dove ogni vicolo respira storia. Non c’è posto migliore per immergersi nell’atmosfera autentica di Genova. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario: risponde sempre rapidamente, è facilmente reperibile ed è pronto ad aiutare in ogni circostanza. Che viaggiate in coppia o con bambini, qui troverete assoluto comfort, pulizia e praticità, insieme alla sensazione unica di fare un tuffo nel Medioevo. Siamo rimasti entusiasti e torneremmo molto volentieri!
• Tanya (5/5): Passable stay with much to improve - will not rebook - Central location Large sitting room and bedroom with good wardrobe size Well equipped kitchen Comfortable bed Comfortable sofa and chair Water pressure terrible and hot water ran out at one point Noise from street and communal hallways into early morning hours prevented good nights sleep Cleaning not good enough - given a very quick once over with dust balls remaining near washer dryer, taps and cooker smeary, host walked into flat without taking shoes off (Genoa streets are very dirty with lots of dog mess); internal doormats would be helpful especially when it rains Ventilating window grate from bathroom faces onto communal hallway so your bathroom activity can be heard and smelled Bathroom towel rack too small and towels remain damp The facilities describe an additional toilet but there is only one Trouble with Wi-Fi info resulted in taking up first hour on arrival - have all the info ready on a printout; and other useful info would be good to have for guests although a book on street food was somewhat helpful No fire exit info - is the flat compliant?
