• Klaudia (7/5): The apartment was great on the inside, but it was very noisy in our room because the windows were facing a main road. - We were lucky to have the flat just for us - no one else booked other rooms during our visit. Overall the place was very clean, spacious, had two balconies, big kitchen with a spacious dining and living area. Many kitchen utensils. The building itself was in a poor condition and it smelled funky in the stairway (but the whole apartment was clean and nice). Also the location was not the greatest. Our room had windows on the street and it was very loud all day and all night long from the road but that’s a poor judgement on our end for not knowing London :)
• Vanesa (10/5): Cómoda estancia en londres - Contar con 3 baños, amplia zona de estar y cocina muy equipada. No me gustó que tenia únicamente escaleras empinadas para acceder. Eramos 5 con muchas maletas y fue complicado subir y bajar. No contábamos con ninguna escoba como para poder hacer una limpieza mínima diaria.

• Alejandro (1/5): Pésimo - Tenía un metro a 10 minutos andando Para empezar el check-in horrible, tuvimos que llamar y escribir varias veces hasta que nos contestaron tardamos más de una hora en poder entrar, al darnos las llaves no nos explicaron absolutamente nada y el trato fue pésimo, tardamos 15 minutos en averiguar cómo funcionaba cada llave y maniobrar con el picaporte ya que para cerrar había que subirlo hacia arriba. Las escaleras de dentro del sitio para subir a los cuartos estaban en muy mal estado agujeros,golpes,moho,la pared sucia. La alfombrilla del baño sucia y los botes de jabón completamente vacíos aunque se supone que todos los días venían a limpiar …, la nevera vacía y olía muy mal. Compramos el cuarto con baño privado y nos dieron un cuarto con baño compartido. La zona en la que nos hospedamos era bastante insegura no inspiraba absolutamente nada de seguridad,no recomiendo para nada este sitio habría preferido gastarme un poco más sin duda

• Iemina (1/5): Esperienza da non ripetere - Niente Non c’è stata comunicazione tra l’host e noi, né prima del nostro arrivo, né dopo. L’appartamento era situato in una zona non particolarmente bella. Le scale per raggiungere l’appartamento erano molto ripide e c’era puzza. La nostra camera era sporca. Il bagno non era stato lavato, il water era molto sporco e il pavimento era molto appiccicoso e pieno di capelli e sporcizia. Si vedeva che non era stato lavato e non era stata neanche passata l’aspirapolvere. Siamo stati 9 giorni e ci hanno lasciato un asciugamano molto piccolo per farci la doccia e basta e quando ho scritto per averne un altro in più il mio messaggio è stato ignorato. I cestini della spazzatura in camera non erano stati svuotati, anche quello del bagno. Il tappeto in camera era sporco, la carta igienica non è bastata. Lo shampoo era praticamente vuoto e ogni volta che entravamo in camera, dopo essere stati via per tutto il giorno c’era puzza. La camera si affaccia su una via molto trafficata e non era assolutamente insonorizzata. La cucina in comune era sporca, il forno e il bollitore erano inutilizzabili per la sporcizia così come le pentole, sporche.

TV remote in the Living room had no remote, the sky box underneath it had no leads. Lamps with no bulbs, lamp nowhere near socket to plug in. Could do with more towels, tea towel and bath mat.

Completely conned and 4 days later still no refund - Nothing, as no one was on hand at all to let me into the property or to answer any phones or let me have any access info. Tried calling numerous times and had to cut my trip to London short as I had to catch a late train back! Zero customer service whatsoever ever
• Cali (10/5): - We had a very good stay! When we arrived, the cleaning staff was still there finishing up. The apartment is located in Whitechapel, which is convenient for getting around the city, although the area itself is not very central at night. The building and stairs are a bit old, but the apartment itself was in great condition and we had no issues at all. It was fully equipped — kitchen with all the basics for cooking, cleaning products, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, hair dryer, etc. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend it! Walking around the area at night felt a bit unsafe to me — nothing dangerous happened, but I just didn’t feel very comfortable.

• Julia (5/5): - Der Mc Donald‘s neben an. Der Lärmpegel dort ist enorm, bei den Betten drücken teilweise die Federn durch, sehr viele Verschmutzungen und Schäden an den Wänden, die Toilettenspülung funktionierte so gut wie gar nicht.

• Johanna (5/5): Bilder täuschen, sehr lieblose und ungepflegte Unterkunft!!! - Die Lage war für den Peis der Unterkunft gut. Generell hat die Unterkunft sehr viel Potenzial ist aber sehr runtergewirtschaftet und sporadisch. Das Bad war gut von der Größe. Ich glaube das ist eine der schlechtesten Bewertung, die ich je geschrieben habe. Das Apartment hat sehr viel Potenzial und war bestimmt mal sehr gepflegt, wenn man sich die Bilder ansieht, diese spiegeln aber den aktuellen Zustand und Service in keinster weiße ab! Ich weiß das London sehr teuer ist und man Abstriche machen muss aber dennoch haben uns einige Punkte sehr gestört: Check-In Infos gab es nur auf Anfrage von unserer Seite aus! Wir wurden dann aufgefordert Bilder unsere Pässe per WhatsApp zu schicken und mussten dann rumtelefonieren, um unsere Schlüssel zu bekommen. Alles sehr unpersönlich! Die gesamte Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp und wir mussten teil ewig auf Antworten warten. Auf die Frage ob man das Gepäck nach Check out aufbewahren kann warten wir bis heute… Im Zimmer war es unfassbar heiß und es gibt nur ein Fenster was geöffnet werden kann. Zimmer kann nicht wirklich verdunkelt werden und es ist sehr laut (auf letzteres waren wir allerdings eingestellt, da es an einer Hauptstraße liegt) Es gab nur 1 großes Duschhandtuch pro Person. Auf Nachfrage ob man noch ein kleines für die Hände etc. bekommen könnte wurde uns gesagt es gäbe keine (auf den Bildern bei Booking.com sind welche zu sehen…). Uns wurde dann ein weiteres großes Handtuch versprochen, welches wir nie bekommen haben. Die Unterkunft war zwar geputzt worden was man an den Streifen und Schmieren auf dem Boden, im Bad, Spiegel, Türen etc. erkennen konnte aber wirklich sauber hat es sich nicht angefühlt Der Teppich im Zimmer war verschmutzt und hatte viele Flecken Auf unserem Bettlaken waren am Fußende Blutflecken, was uns erst gegen Ende aufgefallen ist, weil sie gut versteckt waren. Generell war das Bett eine Katastrophe und kann eigentlich nicht zu zweit benutzt werden da die Matratze total durchgelegen ist und man jede Bewegung des anderen merkt.

• François (7/5): - Accueil sympathique et serviable, espace collectif assez grand. Bien placé pour nous. On trouve à cinq minutes Brick Lane, très sympa (communauté Bangladaise) et d'autres quartiers. Nous n'avions pas compris que l'appartement comportait trois chambres en tout dont une était louée séparément à d'autres personnes. C'était bizarre mais correct au final. Le gérant a mis du temps a nous transmettre le bon jeu de clefs mais nous étions en avance. Sur les terrasses, les pigeons ne manquent pas…
• ALEKSANDRA (7/5): Quite ok - Kitchen fully equipped ! Very nice and clean, big fridge, really comfortable! Firstly, the room is too hot because it is positioned directly under the roof! There is no air conditioning but only the fan. We had strangely hot days during our stay in London, so the hot in the room (that was very small) was unbearable. Secondly, there are definitely too many stairs (like fourth floor without elevator!) that were not specified anywhere. People with health problems should be informed in advance because this accommodation is definitely not suitable for them.

• Sydney (8/5): - Great location, such a good view also staying in the deluxe room! It was worryingly warm, I had read the reviews about the heat but I’m quite a cold person so thought nothing of it. However it felt as if the heating was on full but I checked all of the thermostats. This made sleeping and getting ready pretty difficult and it made me feel nauseous. If they sorted AC, I’d probably stay here every time I visit London. The cleaning of the room wasn’t great but not bad enough to stop be booking again.

• Chris (1/5): Hate to say it but just go with a big hotel chain for same price without the headaches - or stains! - Never left a bad review in my life - so this is a first! Stains on furniture, street facing window with no blind, third floor with no lift and no notice of this, cupboard door hanging off and other damage throughout, overall unclean, rough neighbourhood covered in graffiti and sketchy at night, all this but priced similar to a premium hotel in a better location! Tried contacting owner to be understanding but to also get any sort of refund for both nights we booked but didn’t use and just got ghosted.

• Alex (10/5): A Wonderful Stay with Stunning City Views - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room offered beautiful views of the city — a real treat to wake up to! The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, which I always appreciate after a long journey. The bathroom was spotless and surprisingly spacious, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. All good
• Bavesh (7/5): Good - The room is very good, clean with private attached bathroom. The room is on Level 3 and will be difficult if you have suitcases to pull up the stairs. There was a window blind missing allowing light inside the room at night and was not fixed.
• Davide (1/5): Disastrous experience - difficult to say. the room was too dirty to be true. Disastrous Experience - Avoid this place like the plague! As soon as I entered, I immediately noticed the filth everywhere: hair scattered on the floor, chewing gum stuck to both the ceiling and, even more horrifyingly, on the bed linen! The carpets were covered in brown stains that looked and smelled incredibly unpleasant. To make matters worse, the room was not equipped with air conditioning, making the environment suffocating and uninhabitable - a real gas chamber, as I felt. I strongly advise anyone against staying at this place. The cleanliness is non-existent, and the hygienic conditions are appalling. An experience to forget, or rather, to avoid at all costs!

• Hawkguigan (8/5): Value for money, comfy enjoyable short stay. - Location is great only a short walk to Aldgate station and Fenchurch street etc, the apartment it's self is very clean comfortable and if you get the en suite apartment 5 the view of the city is brilliant. For what you are paying it's a bargain and I'll definitely use them again. The iorning board was broken, but I got by with my travel steamer.

• Vincent (7/5): Helpfull staff,clean rooms,clean bedding,towels..VFM...? ..yes, for me - Helpful staff,clean,smart accomodation...ideal for what I wanted Maybe I should have asked the staff ....it was a hot day when I stayed there and I couldn't get the windows to open in my bedroom....there was a fan in the cupboard but it would have been good to open the windows ...even if just a jar ..it was quite high up and still hot in the room at 11pm. I slept with the bed covers off which helped ...and made it more comfortable ...without using the fan provided.

• Ching-hua (8/5): Good value for money! - The newly renovated property with stylish furniture brought a wow effect which we first entered. We stayed there to join a half marathon in London the next day, and the location of this property was perfect in terms of being close to the start line. The check-in progress felt a bit dodgy. I was asked to send over our identity via email and WhatsApp before arrival, which I did the day before our booking. While we picked up the key, I was asked again to provide my ID, and my driving license was taken out of sight for a few minutes.

• Patricia (6/5): Good place to stay if you want to go to an event around the area - The property was well decorated with modern design and good sharing areas. It was close to the venue we were going The Troxy so that was very convenient. You have many shops and markets around if you need to find food or anything else. The host was really helpful providing all the information we needed it to arrive to the place and very responsive with any enquiry. We have bottle of water in the fridge which was very helpful since the day was quite hot I understood that we were going to share the bathroom but I didn't expect that each room in the flat was rented to different people. So it feels a bit awkward to be in the property and with not desire to stay around the sharing areas. The property is at the very top of the building and it was far too hot making really hard to sleep with a window that we couldn't open much. We had a small fan that didn't help much. Also when we arrive to the property we were given just one small towel even though we were two. They facilitate the other small towel after asking

• Gareth (4/5): It’s clean and comfy and ok but it’s not private like it's sold to be, the owner isn’t friendly - The bed was comfy and the actual room was really clean When I booked it said private bathroom, it wasn’t we had to share with other rooms. Didn’t like how the owners were coming and going in the flat our room was part of, didn’t feel very private. Given absolutely no information on how to get in, even after messaging on here. Then when I rang up the owner was rude and just barked at me about sending id which I informed him I knew nothing about. The corridor leading up to the room needs desperate need of bringing up to standard. Also because it wasn’t private at all I had to knock on the woman in room 3’s door at midnight as she was talking at the top of her voice to someone on the phone on loud speaker, I then had to go speak to a couple at 2am who had come back and were talking loudly under our window on the communal balcony. Also the washing machine was running right outside our door at 11pm when we returned back making a heck of a noise.
• Joshua (9/5): Superb - The property has been renovated to a very high level and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were great and extremely helpful when needed. They kept checking in which was nice. There is plenty of space in the room and the en suite bathroom was clean and spacious too. There is a kitchen downstairs so you can prepare your own food and two outdoor balcony areas. It is conveniently located, just a short walk from Whitechapel and Aldgate East underground stations. There are loads of decent places to eat nearby too. The only downside is that the bedroom became almost unbearably hot during the night and only one of the windows would open. Could be improved massively with an air conditioning unit. Aside from that I highly recommend.
• Dan (8/5): Great property, modern, spacious and clean. - Imran was super helpful when I was caught short finding a last mintue room having been delayed into London. Coming out in the middle of the night to provide me with the keys and give me the tour of the appartment. The appartment itself has been completed to a high spec, very modern and clean. A great place to stay. The surrounding location, which I know can't be helped, is not the nicest and is in quite a busy part of town. It is close enough to the city but still an Uber away from any of the main locations. The only thing within the property that I thought could be improved would be the TV's - without standard TV available (or not that I find anyway - it was limiting. I had to log into my Netflix account or Disney+ account to watch something when all I was after was the news or a morning programme to start the day. Not a deal breaker by anymeans though.
