• Martyn (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend staying here. - Good location, flexible check in, good air con. It was dirty, the shower screen was broken so the bathroom flooded, broken mirror, the balcony is only big enough to stand on and the sea view is through the gap in the buildings down the street. There was scaffolding being erected during our stay outside the Appartment making this worse.

• Renata (10/5): Einfach SUPER! Perfekte Lage, ruhig, Hafen in Greifnähe. - Die Lage mit perfekter Sicht auf den Hafen ist beeindruckend. Innert 10 min ist man am Strand oder der Altstadt. Das Appartement war sehr ruhig. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden alle 2 Tage gewechselt. Es war keine Duschschlauchhalterung angebracht. Beim Duschen musste ich die Brause permanent in einer Hand halten. Schwierig beim Haare waschen.

• Limongi (7/5): - Interno dell’appartamento moderno, soprattutto il bagno e la camera da letto. Appartamento dotato dei comfort e del necessario. Le foto fanno intendere che ci sia la vista centrale sul porto. In realtà è una vista esclusivamente laterale, perché di fronte la finestra ci sono i palazzi. Il check-in e la consegna delle chiavi sono stati problematici e caotici in quanto abbiamo interagito in totale con quattro o cinque persone diverse, dovendo infine anche aspettare l’arrivo di una di esse.

• Ioachim (1/5): The apartment does not match the description – the façade is under renovation, the balcony is unusable, and the view is - - We chose this apartment specifically for the beautiful view it advertised, and we paid accordingly. However, when we arrived, we were extremely disappointed to find that the entire building façade was under renovation, with scaffolding completely blocking the balcony. There was no access to the balcony, and the view—which was a key reason for booking—was entirely obstructed. We ultimately refused to stay, as the property no longer met the conditions we paid for. The host was understanding, but unfortunately, no prior notice was given about the renovations, even though we booked months in advance. We should have been informed during the free cancellation period. To make matters worse, the apartment itself did not match the photos. It was not very clean, the furniture was visibly damaged, walls were dirty, the TV was placed on a chair, and the kitchen was missing basic utensils. This review is meant as a warning to future guests: the listing is currently not accurate and does not reflect the real condition of the property. Until the renovations are completed and the profile is updated honestly, I would not recommend booking this apartment.

• Sue (8/5): We enjoy our stay in Salerno but whilst it is handy for taking day trip we found the town to be underwhelming and quite - Roomy apartment which suited our 5 night stay. We were pleased to have a washing machine. Several things needed attention. Shower leaked badly, broken mirror, hot water took a long time to come. Couldn’t get coffee machine to work. Location wouldn’t suit everyone as it is a 25 minute walk to ferries and train station.
• Rowena (8/5): Good stay in a large, pleasant apartment in the lovely city of Salerno. - Comfortable apartment in an old characterful building a short walk from the harbour, seafront, and plenty of restaurants. Salerno itself was a revelation and we are so pleased we stayed there. Handy for various ferries to explore the Amalfi coast it was a much more reasonable place to eat out than the more touristy places like Amalfi/Positano. Reasonably well kitted out apartment, very neutral decor. Comfortable bed. We were not disturbed by any traffic noise or neighbours. I was expecting a washing machine which wasn't present. A floating shelf looked very precarious and so we took all the glasses off it as we didn't want to be responsible if it collapsed. The shower head bracket had got broken, the shower pressure could have been better. It was badged as luxury but it felt like a renovation by numbers and there was not a lot of soul, it was perfectly adequate but I'm not sure I'd have described it as luxury. Having said all that we did have a good stay and we would probably go back. Compared to some of the other stays we had in similar accommodation there was absolutely nothing in the way of a welcome pack, which might have been nice.

• Radosław (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable room and a large bathroom, well-equipped kitchenette – including a refrigerator, and a washing machine outside the room (for the use of all apartments guests). Fantastic view from the window of the port. It’s a bit noisy at night from the street/parties, but not so much that it’s impossible to sleep. The main bed is comfortable, but the second bed/sofa could be more comfortable. We had a fantastic holiday there. Great location, close to one of the ferry ports to the Amalfi Coast and a bus stop. The train station and the second ferry port are about a 30-minute walk away. The host was very helpful, and we received a voucher for breakfast at a nearby café, where we then enjoyed breakfast on our own. Important – the apartment has fast, fully functional WIFI. It’s a shame there’s no electric kettle. Nothing else.

Provided of everything is required for a stay away from home. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Seaview from the balcony was a great bonus. Taps in sink and shower lose, require stronger fittings. Toilet seat also not fixed on both extremities. Balcony window and shutters not opening properly. Minor adjustments to a good overall, they don't hamper your holiday, added for owner'info.

• Mark (10/5): Fantastic, modern place in a great location. - Great apartment, modern, spacious, good storage (we were on a long trip so had lots of things), great location for the ferries to Amalfi from Molo Manfredi - the ferries go from two locations in Salerno, the other is near to the train station - and Salerno Old Town is a short walk, with great food and drink options. Vietri town is about a 30-40 min walk along the main road too. We walked up a few times, it's paved almost all of the way. The trade off is it's about a 25 min walk to the train station, which was fine for us even with luggage. It's better to walk there along the waterfront then turn in, as there's much less in the way of traffic and crossings to deal with. Roberto who was our contact for the day was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. We had a great stay! Like I say, I was really happy with the place and would stay again. A minor point of improvement would be a full-length mirror somewhere.

It was brand new, and everything exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was included at a charming local café, which added to the experience. It was modern and clean and Roberto was lovely and very helpful. We arrived in the evening and this wasn’t an issue. We were given vouchers to get a breakfast at a nearby cafe. The property is quite a walk to the tourist port, train station and historic centre.

• Constantin (10/5): Very spacious, new and clean apartment - like at home! Amazing city and apartment, so stunning.... - Ciro was very confident, discret and helpful. His apartment is very nice and there it's available all you need, you really feel as at home. He have provided us cards for breakfast (for several days) into a bar which is one street to the port ,even if the reservation didn't include this kind of service. After 4 days we asked for details of the place where can let the sorted garbage and someone arrived imediately to remove this and also has changed the bed sheets even we didn't requested this. As a electrical engineer I have liked so much how the electrical system was designed (enough sockets, a lot of switches which can turn on/off the same bulbs from different places of the apartment and the electrical actioning of the shutters/bath window). The apartment is very close to the comercial port (5 minutes walking) and to the old town (10 minutes walking to Via Mercato which is gourgeous). Nearby the bar for breakfast is a bus station to the Salerno Stazione and the touristic port (named Pertini Scuola Barra) in about 5 minutes. Also, at 5 minutes walking is the bus station for Vietri/Maiori/ Amalfi (named Teatro Verdi). we didn't' stay much more in our vacation :(

A more affordable way to see the amalfi coast as we got ferry’s across to Positano etc. which was very accessible from Salerno. Could have had a few more glasses/wine glasses but no other complaints.

The apartment was very well furnished One of the lamps was not working, the hand wash container was empty and the floor was very dirty. We had to ask the owner to clean the floor and our feet and my crawling baby’s body were black after just a few minutes of being there

• Guste (10/5): Exceptional - The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional! The accommodation was so beautiful and the cleanliness was on an other level. You know its good when you find yourself saying "I would love to live in this apartment". The aircon system in this apartment was beyond perfect and a true life saver (in both the living room-kitchen area and an other in the bed room!). The room has balcony that looks down a cute little lane and you have a lovely view of the harbor and sea on the left hand side. The room is not the only gorgeous part of the accommodation, the whole complex is stunning, you feel like you are in an Italian movie. The accommodation is walking distance from the centre and from a little beach (that in the night time has a little shack/bar that you can drinks and drink on the beach and promenade). Now leaving the best to certainly not last is the host Antonio, I can not speak more highly of Antonio. From his hospitality (he gave us the most delicious restaurant and bar recommendations, told us where to get the ferries from) to being an absolute life saver and helping us with booking a taxi to the train station so we could make our train in time. If I could give our stay and Antonio a 20/10 we would. We will definitely stay here again! Potentially our new annual trip! The only thing we did like is that we didnt stay longer. Next time though! :)
• Linda (10/5): Nice spacious place but check where you’d want to go for location convenience in advance. - Entire modern apartment to myself. Location near the port was not where ferries come in so it was very far to walk there and also a 20 minute walk from train.
