• Milena Stojanovic (10/5): Excelent - Beautiful apartment located just 5 minutes walk from the city center of Catania. Many bakeries nearby where you can grab delicious pastry's for breakfast with coffee in the morning or any time of the day. The host Peppe was incredible and we are both very grateful to him for all his assistance during our stay. He went above our expectations to make our stay even better and helped us with arranging the taxi to reach the airport on the way back. Coming from Germany where its super quiet most of time it took us some time to adjust to the noise from the outside but even that could not change the fact that the accommodation and service was 10/10. Thank you!

• Dr. Beate (8/5): Wohlgefühl in Catania - Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ein toller Kiosk, in dessen Freibereich sich der Abend wunderbar ausklingen lässt. Wir hatten zwei kleinere Zimmer, die genügend Stauraum boten und ein Badezimmer. Unsere Fenster gingen auf den Hinterhof, so dass wir trotz der vielbefahrenen Straße Ruhe hatten. Mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher standen dem Kaffee- und Teegenuss keine Hindernisse im Weg. Das "Butlerpaar", das sich um Wohnung und Mieter kümmert, spricht deutsch, ist äußerst liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Nichts.

• Costanza (9/5): Ottima esperienza! - La struttura è in una posizione strategica per andare nelle zone più centrali ma rimane in una zona più autentica e meno turistica. I pavimenti della camera sono bellissimi, e ci sono alcuni dettagli molto carini. Un’altra cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato è la gentilezza di Peppe, che ci ha fatto trovare dei biscottini e ci ha procurato ulteriori cialde di caffè come da noi richiesto :) La vista della camera non era bellissima, e il bagno era un po’ piccolo

• Damian (8/5): - Good location, very close to the historical center. Spacious rooms with nice ceiling paintings, although at first they caused the feeling of emptiness (there aren't many items or furniture in the rooms). View on the small, but busy street, but it's Italy - which street is not busy? Helpful owner, easy contact. AC in both rooms. All required equipment (towels, hangers, fridge, etc) available except the washing machine or kitchen. Included breakfast meant coupons to nearby cafe (1 per person per day, all available at once) - a snack (pizzetta, arancino, etc) plus a drink (small coffee or juice). Rooms felt empty with lack of furniture (bed, 2 bed stands and one TV stand in one room, sofa, 2 tables, 2 chairs, a cabinet and a fridge in the other) and very high ceiling. On the other hand bathroom/toilet could fit one person tops (about 5sqm including shower space). Huge and empty space also meant fairly cold nights (we run AC to warm up just before sleeping). Not sure if this is standard in Sicily considering the yearly weather, but there was no central heating, while the temperature in the night was as high as 7-10 degrees Celsius outside - it wasn't bad, but it's something to consider for those who don't like chilly mornings.

• Kim Verbeek (9/5): Prachtig appartement op goede locatie - Het is prachtig. Mooie oude plafonds en tegels op de vloer. Heerlijke douches en fijne bedden. Ook de locatie is top. Je wandelt zo het centrum in en op korte afstand kun je de auto parkeren in een parkeergarage. Inrichting was heel stijlvol! Eigenlijk niets maar als je iets moet noemen. We waren met z’n vieren en er waren maar 2 stoelen bij de tafel (wij spelen graag spelletjes dus dat was een beetje lastig) en ik miste toch wel een klein keukentje zodat je thuis ook iets kan drinken. We hadden nu geen glazen. Maar we waren weinig ‘thuis’ dus was niet heel erg.

There was a special treat by the coffee left for us, which was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed people-watching from the balcony and the crazy driving, lol. It was only a 5-minute walk to the city center. The area wasn't ideal for us.

• Iris (9/5): Amazing location, property and very nice host! - Excellent host who was very helpful when we needed information, accommodated to us needing to check in early. Very nice and friendly. The apartment is very big and there is a lot of space in the rooms, located a short 10 min walk from Piazza Duomo. There is a washing machine home on site! 100% recommend 1. Not a big problem at all, but there are no plates and cutlery so if you want to cook dinner, you will need to buy some. There is a shop next to the property that sells forks and knives and plates! 2. The only issue with the property is that there seems to be a smell coming from both bathrooms at so you need to leave the light on to allow the vent to work

• Saugat (10/5): Gorgeous apartment, great location and a very communicative owner - 1. Very kind and communicative owner. We were a bit delayed but there was no problems checking in. He was communicative , right from the beginning, which is very appreciated. 2. The apartment is huge and gorgeous. We were a bit sceptical initially because it seemed like a new property with not so many reviews, but thank god, we booked it. It is very aesthetic, clean and is in a very good location. You can walk to Piazza Duomo is less than 15 minutes. 3. There was enough coffee pods and tea bags and tasty pistachio cookies. We loved them. 1. The door of the building is a bit cumbersome. It takes getting used to (to lock). 2. A little rack in the smaller bathroom for keeping toiletries would be great.
