Elissa (5/5): Could be improved a lot! - The hotel is very beautiful, it has a great mountain view. The junior apartment is very spacious. The apartment wasn’t air-conditioned as specified. Only the living room had an air conditioner while the bedrooms had ventilators which are very loud. It was hot outside and very noisy until 12.30 am because of a certain party so we couldn’t open the windows to get some fresh air(if any). They told us breakfast is from 8.30 to 11.30 but actually table was ready at 9.10 and they were done at 10.30. We also needed a lot for the staff to get us our drinks. To sum up, bedrooms are not air-conditioned and service is not good.

Rawad (8/5): Good place for a short getaway - We spent a nice morning at our room's balcony, overseeing parts of the region. The music by the pool can be heard all over the hotel, which was unnecessary given that there was not that much people in at the pool. It would have been nicer to have it turned off as we could hear it at dinner.
