• Georgiana (9/5): Alle Mura di Verona is your home away from home! - What a beautiful, spacious apartment. Clean, big rooms, great WiFi and it was only a few minutes walk into the old city. The hosts were excellent - very helpful and responsive and always available! Here's a tip: you can't drive or park in this old city area and parking can be expensive. The best parking is Centro which is a 6 minute walk from the apartment and only €10 a day, compared to others that would go as high as €25 /day. So drive if you must, then leave your car at the parking as everything else is within walking distance or there are busses. Another tip - do not take Uber - they are more expensive than the official taxi service and taxis are easy to get with a simple phone call. Verona is a lovely city, great food, friendly people, historical sights and good shopping! To be honest, the only thing that could have been better was the weather! We had quite a bit of rain!

• Almira (9/5): Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung an Toplage. Da buchen wir wirder? - Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat eine Superlage - alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die zwei Badezimmer sind extrem praktisch. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu erwähnen. Einzig ein Küchentuch hat gefehlt - oder ich konnte es nicht finden

• Diana (10/5): - начиная от месторасположения, заканчивая всеми удобствами в квартире- все было прекрасно! заселили пораньше( за что огромное спасибо) ключи в кодовом замке были, без личной встречи, очень оперативно отвечали в вотсап, у меня возникла 1 проблема с кондиционером , он начал протекать ( но мне лично это никак не мешало) , единственное что нельзя вкл много электро-приборов , так как выбивало пробки, но и это не проблема на -1 этаже их можно самостоятельно включить, есть стиральная машина, кондиционеры очень хорошо делали свою работу, смарт тв, так же есть вентилятор, который очень спасал бы , если бы я жила с кем то на 2 спальни . Так же есть лифт(очень неудобный, НО ОН ЕСТЬ) с багажом не будет проблем) мне все очень понравилось, рекомендую брать без раздумий. Хватает в доволь всех кухонных пренадлежностей, посуды, кофемашина, тостер и микроволновка . Я очень довольна осталась. Так же отдельное спасибо, что разрешили без проблем вернуться и забрать второй телефон который я забыла в кровати. Очень приятный и услужливый владелец! 10/10! все было супер, но не помешал бы второй кондиционер в другой спальне ( но спасибо за вентилятор, он тоже справился)

• Nadia (5/5): Could've been much better - spacious, quiet apartment, very well equipped, comfortable beds, (good mattress, terrible pillows). Lovely bathrooms, (1)The terrible arrival, As asked, we said what time we would arrive 7-8pm and arrived at the right time. Booking.com had said our host would be there to meet us. Nobody there, no instruction as to how to get in. Fortunately, got into the building when another resident came out as it was incredibly hot and we had been travelling for 12 hours. I phoned the host who said as we hadn't arrived between 3 and 6 pm, they didn't meet guests! and then we suffered a 20 minute discussion to get the keys from a locker behind the lift. the Wrong locker number given initially, then instructions to open the lock box inside the locker which was difficult to open in the first place. Got 3 keys out eventually. Then instructions about which key fitted what. It wasn't a very clear line and we were very tired and heaving luggage around all this time. Eventually got in. (2) No information in the flat about eg transport, restaurants, groceries or facilities. Turned on the A/C ---no A/C in 2nd bedroom and it's 35 degrees or more. Host casually says this is mentioned in the description given by Booking.com. IT IS NOT. I requested a fan as it was impossible to sleep. Host suggested i sleep in the living area!!! Fan arrived the following day which did help a bit. By then we had slipped in water in the doorway from the living room. The A/C unit above dripped water constantly. We laid 2 towels down which had to be wrung out 4 times a day. This was obviously not a recent problem as the architrave above the door had come away (and was hidden in a cupboard we noticed when the cleaner came) having been detached by the water. The host said it was impossible to get anybody round to fix this. instead of a reduction in accommodation fees ----as the apartment was NOT as described and hardly fit for purpose , dangerous to slip in the water which we had to cross all the time as the doorway was central to the accommodation----we were allowed a free late checkout.
• Laura (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic. A short walk to everything. Silly little thing, but the air conditioning did not work properly and leaked. Also, only had air in one of the bedrooms. In weather that’s not too warm however, it wouldn’t matter.

• Robyn (9/5): Good modern apartment in good location. - Good size comfortable apartment for 2 couples. Great location as only a short walk to attractions. Bar next door and small grocery store 2 doors down. Aldi is an easy 5 min walk away. The building has a lift, so you don't need to haul luggage up steps. Pier did a great handover and was on to getting the internet fixed for us. Only 1 set of keys for the unit.
• Sarah (7/5): A very nice location. Nice host with good communication. - We liked the quiet building and neighborhood. Mold all under the bedroom window. You could smell it soon as you walked in. Kitchen wasn’t very clean on arrival. Taxis are near impossible to get, they don’t want to pick up at the location.

• Olga (10/5): Perfetto! - Very good apartment and extremely helpful host. Good location, was very convenient for us while attending Opera in Arena. Well equipped apt itself and even pillows for Arena are available. The host was very nice and attending while we delayed on arrival. Gave very useful recommendations about places of interest and good cafes/restaurants. Especially Cafe Carducci was absolutely magic for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay next time in Verona. Nothing negative.
• Christina (10/5): Our host Pier was generous with his time at our arrival, explaining how everything worked, places to go, things to do. W - Location, while not a great street appeal, was perfect for accessing everything on foot, close to great restaurants, and just outside the walls away from the crowds. Apartment building was secure, and mostly quiet. Very fast wifi. Lift, though small, worked well. Plenty of cupboards, drawers and mirrors. Washing machine was a bonus and worked well. Every detail had been considered for easy living. Laminated map with highlighted recommendations for restaurants etc was really helpful 2 good sized clean bathrooms, small showers but manageable. Kitchen was not very clean. Reliance on guests leaving it clean obviously is not enough.

Well equipped kitchen. There was only air con in one bedroom. However, by day two a fan had been provided which solved the issue.
• Colin (9/5): Perfect location for the Opera - Perfect location for the opera as the arena is less than a 10 minute gentle walk away. The host was there to meet us with the keys and gave us tips on local places of interest and places to eat. The apartment was as advertised and very good.
• I (9/5): Superb - Close to most tourism spots. Spacious rooms. Friendly owner who gave us many good gourmet tips. The shower is a bit small. No toiletries (soap, shampoo…etc).
• Dana (10/5): Nice, clean, comfy apartment in a great location in Verona. - The location is excellent, close enough to the major sites to walk, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. You can definitely prepare a dinner here. The lift is tiny! really only suitable for two people or to send the luggage to and from the 2nd floor.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location. - Very spacious the pictures do not do it justice, great location, quiet area, lovely balcony, good facilities and good communication with Pier. He also let us drop our bags early and leave them after checkout. Perfect place would defiantly stay again even with our baby! Bed seemed a tad hard but it’s personal preference!

• Kavita (10/5): Fantastic location, comfy beds, good sized rooms and a huge living space - Such a hidden gem of a property, we were lucky it was still available when I was looking to book. We were a group of 4 (2 couples) so it was brilliant to have 2 very good sized bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. The host met us on the check-in day and gave us so many good tips and recommendations for Verona. The location is fantastic, about 7 minute walk to Arena and Piazza Bra giving us the convenience of being near the center but not in the thick of it that it's noisy or heavy footfall. You also get much more for your money. The beds are fantastically comfy, probably the best in a long time - firm and have a good give. Rooms and all windows are double-glazed and have external shutters for a good night's sleep. We were comfortable with the place and enjoyed our 3-night stay very much. Nothing to complain about the place, our host, or our stay. Everything was perfect. IF I was being picky, a small amount of milk could have been in the fridge to make that 1st tea/coffee when we checked in before we figured out where supermarkets were, considering the host kindly provided a good selection of coffees and teas.

• Camelia (10/5): Excelent apartment! - The apartment is very nice, has all the necessary equipment and is excellently positioned in relation to the historical and touristic center of the city. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the living room is an excellent meeting place (but it also has an extendable couch that can be used for sleeping), and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a stay. The host was extremely kind, giving us many interesting and useful details about visiting Verona and its surroundings, but also about restaurants and bars. Check-in and check-out were easy and without problems. The location is in 10-minute easy walk to Piazza Bra (Verona Arena) and is in a well-kept building with easy access.

• Fadel (10/5): fantastic - We came across this accommodation on booking.com and what a gem of a find. pier could not have been more friendly and professional both before we arrived and during our stay , there are recommendations for restaurants, snacks & coffee in the kitchen, alle mura di Verona it is in a fantastic location only a couple of minutes walk to Juliettes balcony and the river, 10 mins walk to the colosseum for the opera. Lovely apartment, highly comfortable beds and pillows, absolutely spotless and decorated lovely. I would have no hesitation recommending this residence and I would definitely look to return if back in Verona. nothing
• Claudiu (10/5): Big, clean apartment with a great host! - Big 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartment located minutes from the main attractions in Verona. Very clean. Parking with a good rate - 10euro per day, is 10 minutes from the apartment. Pier is a great host! He will help with good recommendations of poi and restaurants in Verona.
• Laura (10/5): We had a great time - The apartment is big, clean and situated very close to the city center and all the landmarks. Pier was a really friendly and helpful host. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Would certainly stay here again. The first night was a little bit cold, but this was quickly fixed :)

Excellent location (just about 10min to the Arena), small grocery store next door. Even though it is located in the center, it is very quiet. Parking (paid, 10EUR/day) about 200m. Friendly and helpful host. I definitely recommend staying here.
