• Agustina (7/5): Buena ubicación. Tener en cuenta: escaleras angostas y empinadas. - Buena ubicación. Tiene Lavarropas y lavavajillas. Las toallas y ropa de cama estaban limpias. Buena comunicación y atención por parte de Niccolo. Internet funciona perfecto. El departamento es amplio para dos personas. Son tres pisos por escalera angosta y empinada. No es recomendable con valijas pesadas o voluminosas. Muy baja presión de agua y la temperatura irregular. La ducha no es confortable. El palier del edificio estaba muy sucio.
• Marco (6/5): Tutto ok con qualche suggerimento utile - Posizione, qualità/prezzo Nel complesso tutto bene, quando siamo arrivati c'era forte odore di fumo, probabilmente degli ospiti precedenti. Consigliamo di sistemare il parapetto della scala che porta al bagno in quanto traballante.

• Francesco (7/5): - La posizione era molto buona. L'ambiente molto confortevole, con luci soffuse. La casa è dotata di molti strumenti e accessori, soprattutto per la cucina. Il riscaldamento dei caloriferi era comandato dalla casa affianco, un grande problema! Anche i condizionatori non funzionavano a dovere. Il bagno è rivedibile, tra il sifone che non funziona alla grande e il rubinetto del bidet, che è adatto più ad un lavandino.

Nous étions pressé de rentrer. - L’emplacement central Literie du canapé inconfortable, Fenêtre cassée (réparée après), Très bruyant, mal insonorisés, Chiens qui aboient dans l’immeuble, Pas de couette seulement des couettes tricotées qui ne chauffent pas Nid à moustiques (des dizaines chaque soir), Pas de pression dans la douche et pire le matin de notre départ plus d’eau dans la douche, Rideau de douche à changer, Il a plu dans l’appartement ( à plusieurs endroits du plafond . On a dû mettre des casseroles partout ainsi que des serviettes. Combles aménagées en appartement. Attention les escaliers sont exigus et haut. Cela ne convient pas aux enfants en bas âge. On a jamais vu les propriétaires du logement. On ne peut pas communiquer avec eux le soir car le bureau est fermé.
• Nino (10/5): - The apartment is perfectly located, just a short walk from the city center and all major attractions. Niccolò, the host, was exceptionally attentive and kind. I would highly recommend both the apartment and the host to anyone visiting the area.

• Milivoje Stojanovic (10/5): Great location and clean! - Cute authentic appartment close to main city center and main sights! Great hose, ease to check in.. We found parking 700m far away and pay per hour (3eur per hour)... It will be easier to hay keys for downstairs door, not to bothering to owner with remote opening 🙂

• Nahuel788 (8/5): Beautiful and charming place in Firenze - Good location in Firenze, Beautiful neighbourhood and near from historic center. Bathroom, a little bit tiny shower

• Ahmed (8/5): Very good - the place is spacious and inviting the place was on the 4th floor where there is no elevators and the stairs are so narrow. Also the water runs out very quickly when taking a shower
• Maria (8/5): Nice stay! - Good location, really useful kitchenette with washing machine. The shower, and take into consideration that you get there with really inclined stairs.
• Pooja (7/5): Good - The host was very responsive to all our questions. Good place and well equipped. Tricky stairs. I assume because it is an old house. The cleaning guy arrived after we had checked in. Not really a complaint but it would have been good if we were pre informed about his arrival.
• Nikolaos (8/5): Nice and comfy stay - Everything was nice and comfort and we had very good communication with the owner The only minors were the stairs as it is in the 3 floor and no elevator , the height in some places inside were low so you have to watch out ur head and the head of the shower which needs replacement as no water pressure at all (on compare with the the rest of the house) so found it hard to take even a simple shower But those were only few minors and all the overall impression was very good
• Valerie (8/5): Very good - The flat is very cute, full of light, very well located with a supermarket 1mn away. Close to the main attractions, in a quiet street. The bed was very comfortable. It would be great to have bedside table lights in the bedroom. The lighting in the bedroom is a bit too strong for reading in the evening.

• Michael (9/5): Super HOSTS and hospitality in spacious apt in Florence! - this was the last leg of our 3+ week european trip and the superhosts were the BEST!! Super accommodating to meet our needs. they were great. the APT was in a fun part of the city but not in the middle of all the madness - but close enough to walk to city center at any time I didn't love how the bedroom was on a differernt floor than the bath - but it was fine

• Khalil (4/5): Will do the job if you need somewhere just to sleep, but if you can find somewhere else, then I’d suggest go there inste - Looks decent, has a kitchen, spacious, Massimo was very kind and helpful throughout, and helped us take our suitcase all the way to the top floor. Where do I start? Hotel is a half hour walk from main square, tried taking a bus once but it didn’t turn up. Apartment is on the third floor with no lift. If you have a lot of luggage, good luck! When we arrived, the bed sheets had not been put on. We were told they would be put on by the time we arrived in the afternoon. We came back after 17:00pm and they still hadn’t been put on. Finally someone came to put them on. The room hadn’t been cleaned well. There was dirt and toenail clippings on the floor. Bathroom had red ants all over (coming from the window I assume). Some were even in the bedroom. We cleaned them ourselves. The water pressure in the shower was manageable at best, and abysmal at worst. Barely any water if you shower when other people in the apartment or building are using the tap. Water leaks from the top of the stairs down to the bedroom entrance, especially after having a shower. So good luck getting into the bedroom without getting wet. The kitchen cupboard door fell off and nearly hit me in the head. At least they got that fixed quickly. The washer dryer washed our clothes but for some reason we couldn’t get it to dry the clothes, so we ended up with a bunch of wet laundry that started to smell damp. No bedside tables.
• Lois (6/5): Less than expected. - I liked the location in the Oltrarno area. It wasn’t clean or ready when promised. Actually wasn’t cleaned until 2.5-3 hours after it was supposed to be. I had been awake for more than 24 hours and had to wait for clean sheets and towels plus clean apartment. The manager said he would refund my cleaning fee but never gave me the extra 10€ he said he would. Very very basic amenities. Sparse and not cozy. Actual hole in the wall of the bathroom.
• Kealey (8/5): Good choice for short stay - Airy apartment. Easy to work coffee machine. Clean white towels and fresh linen. Nice pillows. Easy to walk distance from town. Close to mini mart for basic shopping needs. Bedroom lights started flashing at 6.35am like an alarm had been set. Startled me. Maybe an oversight of owners. Just needs looking into.

• Courtney (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, only 20-30 mins from the main area for tourism attractions (but also removed enough from the area that you can enjoy some peace and quiet).
• Nguyen (10/5): Big Bang for the Money - Loved the most? The host and the services he provided. Most of all, he was kind and very was attentive to my needs. I had an unpleasant experience in Paris and desperately needed a place to sleep. Nicco understood the situation and granted an early check-in. Lock box and European keys can be an issue; however, Nicco met me in person. Loved this personal touch. Apartment is immaculate and spacious, with lots of natural sun light. Quantity of bathroom supplies such as towels, and toilet papers are an abundance. Quality of towels and bed sheets are superb. nothing
• Katrine (8/5): Very good - The apartment was located in a good area. If you turn on many things (stove, air conditioning and TV together) the power will go out and you’ll need to leave the apartment to turn it on again.

Very nice helpful host that met us at the apartment and gave very useful information and tips for enjoying florence especially eating in the restaurants around Santo spirito Wasn't a problem for us but there are a lot of steps up to the apartment so something to be aware of for anyone with mobility problems
• Florencia (9/5): Superb - The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, very comfy, well-equipped and right in the city centre of Florence, within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and everything else that is a must-see. The host was super friendly and nice to allow an earlier check-in. I would stay again there if I was to come back to Florence, This wasn't a problem to me but it's worth noticing that the apartment is on a third floor without a lift, so older people and/or with reduced mobility may find it tricky. Again, it was not a problem for us but it's something worth mentioning.
