Sandra (2/5): The stay was disappointing due to poor communication, lack of coordination, and unprofessional service. - Clean and spacious. We were very disappointed with the service and communication. The staff asked us what time we would arrive, but on the last day we were suddenly told we couldn’t enter earlier because the place was being cleaned. Despite arriving exactly on time, no one was there to meet us — the property was empty, and the staff was late to give us the keys. The whole experience felt disorganised. I received around 10 repeated, generic messages about check-out, which added to the confusion. Even basic information like the Wi-Fi password I had to request myself. Overall, poor communication and lack of coordination made our stay feel frustrating and unprofessional.
