• Sue (8/5): On the whole it was a lovely place to stay and I would stay again - The breakfasts were great, the staff were incredibly helpful. They have a spa which they charge for , plunge pool, sauna etc. This should be free for guests, and think through how they might manage that. I liked the bed, very comfortable, the courtyard and location. It had beautiful artwork. There was rust at the bottom of the sink and shower, needs updating. Proper coffee in the rooms would be lovely. As I said a fee for the spa facilities.

No shelf for personal toiletries in the shower and not one English Channel on the TV. No milk for tea, very few teabags and not even a coffee in the room.

L’ accès à la Terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, l’escalier est trop raide, ceci est du à un faux calcul entre la hauteur et la largeur des marches, de plus lorsque nous descendons l’escalier il faut faire attention de ne pas se taper la tête. Mes propos sont plutôt un conseil pour l’établissement, afin qu’il trouve une meilleure solution.

Did not recieve the room i had booked which was supposed to be a cool underground cave room. The room they put me in was a bland lifeless room with no character. I was upset so They switched me to a different room and that one had bugs in it , no AC and the terrace door literally looks like it going to fall off the hinges at any minute. Paid 55 euros per person for spa experience and that was sub par and then we were supposed to have 30 minutes in relaxation room and instead they sent us to our room for a bottle of $10 prosecco and some lays potato chips. Total trash. No breakfast offered to us and overall worst hotel of our whole vacation.

• Jorge (7/5): Não valeu o preço... - Gostámos do facto de o hotel ser moderno e relativamente recente em vários aspetos, além de ter uma localização relativamente próxima do centro de Palermo. O conceito do spa também é interessante e diferente do habitual, já que foi construído num antigo bunker da Segunda Guerra Mundial, o que lhe dá um ambiente bastante distinto. Apesar de o hotel não ter estacionamento privado, foi relativamente fácil encontrar estacionamento na rua nas proximidades. Além disso, o sistema de acesso autónomo ao hotel durante a noite através de códigos e cartão do quarto pode ser prático para alguns hóspedes. O principal ponto negativo foi a sensação de que o hotel está bastante sobrevalorizado para o preço praticado. Sendo a estadia mais cara da viagem, com um custo superior a 600€ por três noites, as expectativas eram muito elevadas, mas a experiência ficou bastante aquém. O spa foi uma das maiores desilusões, tanto pelo custo adicional elevado como pela experiência em si, já que o espaço era escuro, tinha algum cheiro a humidade/mofo e a piscina interior era pequena. Além disso, a informação sobre os “90 minutos de spa” não era clara, porque na prática apenas cerca de 60 minutos correspondiam à utilização efetiva das instalações. O quarto também não correspondeu ao esperado para o valor pago, sendo relativamente pequeno e apresentando alguns sinais de falta de manutenção, sobretudo na casa de banho, onde existiam marcas de mofo no chuveiro. O isolamento acústico era muito fraco, especialmente por o quarto ficar por cima da receção, tornando possível ouvir facilmente conversas e movimento logo pela manhã. Também não percebemos porque nos foi atribuído aquele quarto em específico, tendo em conta que o hotel não estava cheio. Outro aspeto negativo é o facto de a receção não funcionar 24 horas, o que poderá ser inconveniente para alguns hóspedes. A ausência de estacionamento privado também acaba por ser uma limitação, e a zona envolvente não nos pareceu particularmente agradável ou segura durante a noite. Por fim, o pequeno-almoço foi provavelmente o ponto mais fraco de toda a estadia, com uma oferta muito limitada, repetitiva e claramente abaixo do esperado para o preço do hotel. No geral, as fotografias e a apresentação criam expectativas muito superiores à experiência real, sobretudo quando existem alternativas semelhantes na mesma zona por preços bastante mais baixos.

• Susan (9/5): Lovely hotel in a renovated Palazzo. - Very attractive hotel in a wonderful central location. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. Very good gym free for guests. We liked the peaceful central courtyard. We stayed 10 nights and we were pleasantly surprised to be presented with a nice cold bottle of very dry Prosecco on our last evening. The cooked options at breakfast sit around for a long time. The eggs become congealed. Otherwise the breakfast is fine but not outstanding. Our ground floor room was comfortable but we didn't like the lack of a door to the almost open plan bathroom. The spa is expensive.

• Caroline (8/5): Un havre de calme au milieu de l'animation palermitaine! - Emplacement exceptionnel au cœur du centre historique, dans un havre de paix ( cour intérieure) , alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de bruit et d'animation juste en sortant de l'hôtel. Proximité immédiate de sites à voir et de restaurants. Facilité d'accès avec la navette aéroport de Palerme jusqu'à la Via Roma, à quelques minutes à pied. Très pratique. Un bon petit déjeuner sur terrasse couverte avec vue agréable et au calme.

Il est dommage que certains mets du petit-déjeuner soient du tout-venant (confitures en petites barquettes par exemple).

Das wunderschöne Gebäude. Die Frühstückstaum Lage und Optik steht im Gegensatz zur sehr schönen Gestaltung des Hotels. Frühstück war aber prima!

• Esther (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage und schönes, renoviertes historisches Gebäude mit moderner Einrichtung. Unser Zimmer war groß und die Glasscheibe zum Bad ist mittlerweile teilweise verdeckt für mehr Privatsphäre. Das Personal beim Empfang und beim Frühstück war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Aus dem Abfluss der Dusche kam ein unangenehmer Geruch. Die Einrichtung weist recht deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Das Frühstück ist recht einfach und wirkt qualitativ nicht besonders hochwertig. Für den Übernachtungspreis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Ett otroligt lugn 50meter in i en gränd och bort från shopping och restauranggatan, bra frukost med härlig vy. Frukost värdinnan var väldigt trevlig. Glasfönstren från toaletten/badrummet till rummet i rum 2, inte alltid så trevligt:) (verkade dock inte vara på det sätt i alla rum) och även lätt att ordna till tänker jag med lite frostfolie

• Alfred (9/5): - Schönes Gebäude. Hervorragende Lage. Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone. Bitte daher die Parkhinweisecdes Hotels unbedingt beachten. Die Glaswandabtrennung zwischen Bad/WC und Zimmer mag wahrscheinlich nicht jeder.

Frühstücksraum mit Blick über die Stadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Angegliederte Restaurants sind zu empfehlen . Leckere Pizzeria ! Eigentlich nur dass meine beiden Söhne im Erdgeschoss untergebracht waren und wir in der dritten Etage.

• Nuria (5/5): Muy mejorable - Está muy céntrico ubicado pero inaccesible en coche, taxi etc No me gustó la cafetería del hotel, es una zona techada, muy descuidada y nada acorde al resto del hotel. El desayuno muy pobre, la cafetera realmente sucia, así como los cubiertos, vajilla y manteles: viejos, oxidados y todo de pésima calidad. Las habitaciones están bien pero es terrible que el baño no tenga puerta y deje que olores, ruidos etc penetren en la habitación por no hablar de la falta de intimidad.

Praktycznie w samym centrum a jednak trochę z boku dzięki temu że wchodzi się w wąską uliczkę od tej głównej ,więc.hałas uliczny nie dochodzi . Od samego wejścia przywitały nas przesympatyczne, uśmiechnięte i pomocne Panie. W pokoju i łazience czysto, przytulnie . W pokoju czekał na nas talerz owoców, co było bardzo miłym akcentem. Bardzo też dziękuję za dostosowanie się do mojej diety. . Specjalnie dla mnie przyniesiono bezglutenowe arancini, rogalika i drobne ciastka - to było bardzo miłe ❤️. Ponadto na śniadaniu pieczywo, jajecznica ,kiełbaski, owoce, awokado. Dodatkowym atutem byl robiony na bieżąco na zamówienie sok pomarańczowy. Jeśli kiedyś wrócę do Palermo, to na pewno do tego hotelu. Nie było takiej rzeczy .

• Lydia (8/5): Passt! - Eine Unterbringung in einem gut hergerichteten und modern ausgestatteten "alten Gemäuer": atmosphärisch beeindruckend! Unser Zimmer war - sehr zu unserer Freude - mit einem kleinen Sortiment an Teebeuteln und einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Frühstücksraum mit Dachterrasse bot eine wunderbare Sicht über die Dächer der Stadt. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Altstadt - mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen: Viele Ziele sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts ist es - zumindest am Wochenende - ziemlich lange ziemlich laut. Die Fotos auf der Website von booking.com haben die Situation - zumindest in unserem Zimmer - nicht realistisch wiedergegeben. Insgesamt war es sehr beengt. Überdies waren die Betten für einen Gast mit einer Körperlänge von 1,90 m zu kurz.
