- Adrian (9/5): Nice rooms, comfy and spotlessly clean, central location, good value. - Room very comfy, well fitted and spacious. Spotless.
Nice Bar well stocked but never got time to enjoy a pint.
Outside seating.
Good location, walking distance from supermarkets, other places to eat. no kitchen available, no breakfast and a bit noisy but minor stuff, it is an excellent place to stay.

- Kevin (10/5): Great hosts and great rooms- what a brilliant pub - The hosts Emma& John were fantastic, check in was so easy and the rooms are really well equipped, the decor is great and we were made very welcome.
- Surgenor (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and the facilities were great. The rooms were tastfully decorated and the bed was so comfy - great nights sleep. The location was ideal as only a short walk into the centre with parking.
- Brian (10/5): - Comfy bed and cheap drinks
- Stuart (9/5): -
- Gary (9/5): Very welcoming owners who were very helpful while providing excellent accomodation - Well laid out room with extra facilities, I was very tired but in my opinion, the most comfortable bed and bedding for a sound sleep as good as it gets in my experience and I have booked accomodation for work for decades Nothing not to like in my opinion, my fault I booked a Monday to stay when the pub is closed!
- Andrew (10/5): - Absolutely brilliant. Everything top notch and amazing people. Will definitely be staying again every time I'm in Pembroke.

Microwave and fridge! Brilliant.

- Anja (9/5): Lovely room!! Slept so well. - Luxurious room. Super mattress . Convenient for harbour. Kind owner. Helpful about dropping off luggage before check-in. Would definitely stay there again. Fridge in room :-)
Large Tesco’s and other shops nearby.
- Pope (8/5): -
- Phoebe (10/5): Had a lovely stay here. Would definitely recommend. - The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not a complaint but the only thing the room didn’t have was a full length mirror.
- Maria Luz (10/5): -
- Juna (10/5): - Moderne Ausstattung, schöne Zimmer, leckeres Essen im dazugehörigen Pub, supernettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
- Kerrie (10/5): - From the moment we entered the welshmans arms we were treated with exceptional friendless by the owners and staff, they were super friendly and went above and beyond to explain everything and the food was amazing all homemade & fresh. By 10.30pm it was quiet outside the rooms even with a beer garden downstairs which made a lovely relaxing quiet night. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spotless, there was even a little glass bottle of milk in the fridge for teas and coffees including a microwave and tv in the room. The Welshman's Arms exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be staying again when travelling through wales.
- leanne (10/5): - Spotless. Fantastic and friendly pub

- Patricia (9/5): - Proximity to Pembroke Dock and shops. Fridge and microwave in room. Fantastic! Nothing to dislike really. A clean, comfortable overnight stop for the ferry.
- Irish_biker (8/5): A convenient location. - The staff are accommodating and friendly, and the proximity to the docks is very convenient. The room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. Nothing to add.
- Clive (8/5): - No coffee plunger
- Jane (10/5): - Everything was perfect. food in the restaurant was outstanding
- Ros (10/5): Great place to stay - My husband, sister-in-law and I travelled to Pembroke Dock for a family funeral and chose to stay here as it had good reviews and was in the right location. We were not disappointed. Beautiful well appointed rooms (with TV, fridge and microwave). The shower room had soft towels and the necessary toiletries for those of us who forgot to pack our own. Unfortunately we had another engagement so couldn't take advantage of the evening meal, but the menu looked enticing and the prices reasonable. The outside is unprepossessing but the decor in the rooms is tasteful and smart.
- Odile (10/5): - Top
- Barbara (4/5): I would never stay there again. - The room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a fridge and microwave. Room was on a main road so couldn't open the window because of traffic noise and it was very hot. I thought I had booked a room with breakfast which they don't provide. When querying I was told people should read the descriptions properly. Although there was a microwave there was no cutlery or plates available. I had to go and buy some. The bathroom had an electric shower but had no idea (and wasn't told) how to switch it on so went without as there was no-one around to ask.
- Julia (10/5): A little gem. So glad we've found this place. - Room only. No rushing down for a breakfast. Had a lazy morning. Fridge in room to store milk and a yoghurt for breakfast. Just perfect. Tesco, McDonalds, KFC and a superb Indian just a minute away. Pub does food on Wednesday Friday Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch. Friendly owner who made us feel very welcome. We will certainly be back. Nothing to dislike.
- Linda (6/5): The rooms are fine but bring ear plugs - The rooms had what we needed and were spacious. As the rooms are above a local pub, I expected some noise during pub opening hours but was not prepared for loud shouting, shrieking and arguments right outside my room in the hours before closing time. I thought it would be peaceful after the pub closed, but loud conversations continued inside the pub, directly below my room until 1.45am. So I got very little sleep and was exhausted for my drive home.
As I left early in the morning I left a note for the owner with my key saying I was upset about the noise. I thought he might contact me but he obviously didn’t feel the need to. Says it all really.
- Julie (8/5): -
- Dana (8/5): - Distance close enough to get to skomer island, friendly man who owned the place . Unfortunately they don't do breakfast and not enough on menu for me to eat there ,
- Charles (7/5): - Our host was welcoming, our room was very clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. There was a fridge and microwave in the room which was a surprise. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept very well. Very limited options for food which explains the presence of fridge and microwave in the room. This fact was not made clear at the time of booking. There was no breakfast option at all.
- Christina (8/5): - God seng, rent, stort rom med tekoker og kjøleskap.
- mark (9/5): Decent room, good size, very comfortable bed - Really nice rooms, very comfortable bed
- Raymond (10/5): -
- Martina (8/5): -
- Adam (9/5): -
- Ford (9/5): - Room was beautiful, bathroom was a good size. Good hosts not far from the docks /train station Only issue we has was some noise rather late on the first night of our stay, but we are a young couple so we expected that,
- Tara (10/5): Spacious modern accommodation with great homemade food and lovely hosts. - Lovely, spacious en-suite room. Recently renovated and spotlessly clean, it even had a little fridge and microwave. There’s in sure parking too. I also really recommend eating there, the food is all home made and really good value. You can also ask for any modifications as it’s made to order. The hosts were really great, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back There was nothing we didn’t like. We had everything we needed at a great price.

- Gareth (10/5): Home from Home, fantastic stay - Fantastic welcome, amazing room, clean, spacious, 1st class. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Having to leave
- Patric (10/5): - The room is beautifully renovated and designed. Plenty of space. The pub is friendly and the weekend menu of Tapas really worth trying.
- Emma Jones12 (10/5): Definitely a great place - The owner John, was extremely helpful and showed me my room,
The room was lovely and spacious , everything was clean and in full working order
Kettle fast boiling
Microwave and fridge
Lovely comfortable bed
Big TV and free Internet
Lovely shower
Parking at back of the public house
Given my own keys to the room and back door of the pub
The pub is open from 5.00pm.during Mon to Thursday so you can .come and go as you please
Open all day Fri to Sun
No fuss at all just make sure you close the gate
. Nothing, it was all great
The only thing to remember is that this is a public house, and the pub is open until closing. During the summer evenings, the beer garden is used by customers, so expect some noise
It didn't bother me in the slightest
- Thomas Gerard (10/5): - Stayed for one night before ferry bar lovely the owners very nice food excellent would stay again
- gill (10/5): Very welcoming Welshman's Arms. - John was very welcoming and friendly, as were the other staff. The room and ensuite were very clean.
I loved the decor and furnishings and the bed was comfortable. All in all a great stay. I would love to go back. I can't find any faults.
- Sabrina (10/5): - SO HAPPY to have found this place. Great hospitality from the very available and kind hosts John and Emma! I stayed one night and ate twice at their structure.
I've been travelling in Wales for 10days and had I known them before I would have definitely stay longer!
Very satisfied with the whole experience: the room was very nice, tidy and welcoming; John was a super attentive host and Emma's food was just amazing.
Their menu offers great options that are not what you would usually find in other places, plus everything was prepared fresh (even their sauces!) and you can really taste it!!
Thanks again John and Emma :) Nothing, everything was really great!
- Christine (8/5): Cosy, clean, well appointed room with friendly hosts. Really enjoyed our stay - Great little pub within walking distance to everything you would need. Cafes, restaurants (7 Spices was great) The High st, waterfront!
Room was spacious, well appointed, clean, nice ensuite. We left our window open one night and cigarette smoke wafted into our room from the outside seating area. Our fault, shouldn’t have had the window open.
- Dan (10/5): - Lovely staff, lovely locals. The room was clean and modern. I didn't eat during my stay, but the food looked and smelled exceptional. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
- Rudresh (9/5): -
- Carl (9/5): Well maintained rooms and great location for Pembrokeshire - Rooms are well maintained and the owners are very friendly. It’s well-located for trips around Pembrokeshire and close to some nice places to eat. It’s great value for money. Parking out back is useful. Nothing major.
- Russell (8/5): -
- Molly (9/5): -
- Minyan Selena (7/5): Everything great but the noise - the rooms are clean, well equipped, very comfy bed, very clean, easy to get to free parking it's so so so so so loud. we were there on the weekend, and the pub downstairs did NOT close at 11pm. It went on to after 1!
- Lorraine (7/5): Lovely place to stop over for the night only down side it was above a pub and you could here all the noise below but it - Cheap and very comfortable staff were great
- Patricia (1/5): Awful and expensive. - The room was lovely freshly refurbed, that was it. Could not get access until 5pm, shown to our room which was very nice, freshly refurbished. We were then informed that there was a pool tournament taking place and that it would be noisy until 11.30pm.
The loud music was awful people were coming and going all the while. It did not quieten down until 1am!!
When we went down in the morning there was nobody there, no breakfast just a deserted pub.
We left, could not face a second night.
- Richard (8/5): -
- Reno (9/5): - Friendly host, clean & tidy room. No hand soap in bathroom.
- Helen (8/5): -
- michael (6/5): Think twice about staying there in winter time - Reception:- very laid back 6/10. Room cleanliness & decor 10/10. Ensuit & shower:- modern very neat 10/10 The room heating. Room was comfortable warm when arrived and was told could be adjusted by radiator taps. Returned from having a meal at about 21.30 room was very cold. Asked owner about it and was informed thermostate was controlled by him in the bar area and he had turned it down. Did turn up the temperature when asked but not an ideal situation. In the morning got out of bed to a very cold room again. All the above was not helped by the fact that the window in the ensuit was warped in some way and would not close properly and a gale was blowing through it.
- Lee (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Everything. Stayed in a couple of places down there whilst working but this is by far the best and will definitely be using this place in future. Nothing
- Michelle (9/5): Comfy & great location for our overnight stat - We stayed overnight, as we had booked a meal at The Paternoster Farm House. The pub was a perfect overnight spot for this. Our newly redecorated room with en-suite shower was very boutique with a VERY comfy bed. The rooms are currently being redecorated so there was a bit of renovation going on but this did not affect our stay. The rooms are above the pub, so we enjoyed a little night cap & chat with John (the owner) on our return from our amazing meal. Would definitely book again if we were in the area. Perfect stop off if you needed to stay somewhere before catching the ferry (docks just down the road).
- Karlina G (10/5): Friendly, lovely owners. - This was the most friendliest pub we have ever experienced, the owners of this property couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so welcome.
The room was also newly decorated to a very high spec and great decor. Nothing, we were made to feel like extended family, and would love to come back.
- Graeme (10/5): Enjoyed my night in the room - The room was lovely Nothing
- Malcolm (9/5): Did exactly what it said on the tin! - The whole place appeared to have recently been renovated, and was very contemporary, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Free parking as well.
- Huw (9/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - Easy to find, helpful staff, easy to talk to, impeccably clean, rooms very swish. Hotel provided everything we needed and more. Will Defo be staying again. May get to try the highly recommended roast next time. Will.rwcommend to friends Should have booked another night
- Nicola (10/5): - Lovely room, comfortable bed. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Fresh milk in fridge for your teas and coffee a nice touch. We will be back. N/A
- David (9/5): -
- Roberto (9/5): - Room was clean, park is just few steps from the building.
- Hollie (9/5): Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend. - Lovely owner, very friendly, helpful and informative. Gave us lots of information including places to visit, good restaurants, transport information.
Great location 5 mins walk to the nearest supermarket and less than 10 mins from the train station.
Food and drinks options were good and very reasonably priced. The room was comfortable, well decorated and had a fridge, kettle and microwave. The bed was a bit small for 2 of us but not bad for just a couple of nights. There was hand sanitiser in the bathroom instead of soap.
- Alun (8/5): Good decor, good facilities - No breakfast Nothing
- ISURU (8/5): -
- Isabella (9/5): Our Welshman's arms staying - Precisi e puntuali, cortesi, la camera corrispondeva pienamente alle promesse. Staff molto gentile. Pulizia eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

- Lorna (8/5): Lovely stay - The owners were very friendly and went above and beyond to help out. Perfect hosts.
The room was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you needed.
The location was fantastic 😀
