• Kamal Nabil (10/5): Still Got the Blues… but This Stay Hit All the Right Notes 😍 - Mary was an exceptional host whose dedication to ensuring a great experience truly stood out. While I had read many glowing reviews from previous guests, experiencing her hospitality firsthand was something uniquely special. From the warm welcome upon my arrival, through the entirety of my stay, and all the way until my departure, she consistently went above and beyond to make my time in the apartment comfortable and memorable.🌷 The overall experience was great, I would recommend to have a hard pillow in the future for guests who like it hard, however Mary brought to me a semi hard pillows the next day when I told it her about the pillow which shows her care and kind hospitality.

• Oren (10/5): We had a great overall experience - The apartment has a very cool design centered around music, which gives it a unique and welcoming vibe. Everything was spotless — very clean and tidy. The host was amazing: extremely helpful, kind, and proactive. She even let us know in advance about a taxi strike and went out of her way to help us find parking when we arrived late in the evening. The neighborhood is filled with graffiti, including anti-Israel messages on buildings and even inside some restaurants and cafés. For this reason, we feel it may be less recommended for Israeli visitors.

Exarchia is a big surprise, a place full of music, cafes, restaurants and nice young people. City center is within a pleasant 20 minutes walk. None.

• Deborah (9/5): Superb - Property is well located, in a trendy progressive part of the city. Many cafes, wine bars and eateries in the surrounding streets. Great amenities and comfortable apartment. Mary the host was so warm and friendly and made us immediately feel at home.

The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with a warm and cozy atmosphere, and located in a great area, making it easy to explore the city. Marry is an amazing host—she was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available for anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens! Personally, I prefer sleeping with a fully enclosed blanket cover on both sides, rather than just a sheet between me and the blanket (is it called a duvet cover?). That would be my only suggestion for an affordable upgrade to make this place truly perfect.

• Fruzsina (10/5): Exceptional - I definitely recommend this accomodation, it was much better than I expected. The host, Mary was extremely kind and flexible, she showed us everything in the flat. It felt like home. Unfortunately we could stay only one night, but we definitely return in the near future. The location was great, there are many bar, restaurants close to that flat, but the house is really quiet during the night.

• Kyle (10/5): Perfect apartment with fun theme - Extremely nice apartment in my favorite neighborhood in Athens (I stayed in a few and Exarchia had the best non touristy restaurants and fun grungy yet safe vibe). The host has gone above and beyond on decor, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine. Bed was very comfortable. One of the nicest apartments I've tried on this site, for a good price as well. Very minor things, but the couch is not super comfortable, can hear the front door close in the living room, and just a suggestion, would have liked a speaker system given the music theme 😀

It is a bit far from the center but easily reachable by metro (10 min walk to the stop). By walk, about 25-30 min. The pillows were a bit unconfortable to me but not to my partner.

Going to the Plaka and Parthenon is a very nice walk, going through Omonia, the central market place with all kinds of shops. The archeological museum is 5min walking. There are several subway stations nearby: Omonia subway is 10min connecting with line 3 from/to the airport, Syntagma is approx 20 min walking, Victoria is 15min, with very good food shops (bakery, etc). There are several very good restaurants just around the flat. And the area is overall really quiet, the flat is very quiet and cal, and we have slept very well. Nothing
• Marian (10/5): Chic Athens central apartment - Greek hospitality is among the best in the world, and this property does not disappoint. From the outstanding interior design to the location and the free amnestys,not to mention the warm welcome you are received by the wonderful host, everything is on a different scale of hospitality. I wish all the places were like that. Very nice job done with the place. Upon arrival, the host offers you all the information you will ever need. If you like to walk,all the tourist attractions are roughly 25 minutes away,and I highly recommend walking. You get to enjoy the architecture of the town,the daily lives of the locals ,and the amazing scenerys. If you are lazy or have trouble walking,don't worry, the apartment is on the ground floor, and there are plenty of nearby busses and metro to get you to wherever you want. And you can always order a taxi , it is fairly cheap. Bonus points, you get the comfort of your own home,with everything that you will ever need for your staying in one of the most historical cities in the world. You will definitely want to stay more 😇 There is nothing to not like at this property.

Great location near archeologocal museum and next to lovely cafe/bar for breakfast. Although the location is great for the archeological museum and the area has lovely cafes, up the hill it is a little run down.

• Fanny (10/5): Really lovely and homely - I really liked my stay at "Still go the blues". First of all, the host is a really friendly and helpful lady. She was waiting for us to give us the keys and offered her advice when we asked her about visiting certain places during our trip. The flat itself was very clean and quiet and we liked how easy it was to reach the city centre. The national museum was also literally across the street. We also enjoyed the nightlife near the flat as there are a number of pubs and bars close by. There was a piano and a guitar too and my boyfriend enjoyed playing both when it was raining and we couldn't go out. It really felt like home I recommend it 100%. It's not really important but don't forget to bring an adaptor if you require one. There wasn't one in the flat but Mary offered to help us find where we can buy it.
