Wireless charger by bedside. Consistent hot water for showers. When we first arrived. Didnt feel welcoming until they knew we we checking in. Also didnt get much information about the surrounding area. Not until our 3rd day we asked and were provided pamphlets. Parking was difficult with having a baby with a stroller though. Laundry/linen wasnt changed for entire 4 day stay.
- Luca (5/5): Zeer teleurgesteld - De bedden. De locatie. Je kon alles van buiten horen. Het was super gehorig. Bij het inchecken werden we opgewacht met een bellende medewerker (best normaal) maar hij had zijn voet tegen de muur en leek erg on geĂŻnteresseerd. Parkeren was ook Ă©Ă©n grote ramp. Voor de deur is er bijna geen parkeerplek waardoor je moet parkeren tegenover het hotel boven op de parkeergarage (terwijl je wel het volledige parkeer geld moet betalen) Housekeeping was ook niet optimaal. We verbleven er 3 nachten (0x is het vuil of de handdoeken vervangen) we moesten zelf naar de lobby gaan met onze vieze handdoeken om ze om te ruilen voor schone. Kamer Bij binnenkomst hing er een zeer muffe geur uit eindeloos hebben we die weg kunnen krijgen met onze eigen parfum te spuiten en de airco aan te zetten.

- Janetsa (9/5): Hiccups are bound to happen, but overall our stay turned out okay. - Had fun using the pancake machine. Would have liked scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, but overall it was good. Our room was okay, but I didnât like having to reach for the bathroom tissue. I really hated to hear how the situation with our granddaughtersâ two (2) unclean rooms was handled. We had used our credit card to pay for their room, and I feel a credit to our card would be nice to receive since they ended up cleaning their room themselves. Better communication with the client is necessary. If a room needs to be changed, please have it truly cleaned before moving the client to another room that was also unclean. Itâs the client who needs to be satisfied and staffâs perception of clean may differ from the client.
- Robin (10/5): Awesome - The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and the location was great. I requested that we needed tissues (all gone) and paper towels (almost gone) in the room. They did a very quick sweep of the room. There was no mat for the bathroom floor, only clean towels and I had to put the plastic liner on the large garbage can under the sink. The dirty wash rag which I used was not replaced.

It's very convenient. - The front desk was unbelievable, so friendly and accommodating we didn't think they would find a room for us, but we are on the side where we heard the train and it was very annoying. They accommodated us immediately recommended a local restaurant we even brought flyers over from the restaurant everybody was so nice Josephine in the kitchen was top-notch always with a smile on her face. - Zaida (10/5): Great place! - Very clean and comfortable! I like that you need your room key to use the elevator. It is a great safety measure. I was charged $10 parking even though I didn't end up parking there overnight.
- Suzette (10/5): - I believe she was the desk manager the day I checked in, she came out in the rain at what seemed like a time where she was off to assist me with unloading my car. This was extremely helpful and I greatly appreciated it as I was traveling with my special needs son. Amenities were amazing. I will definitely be staying here when ever Iâm in town

- Julie (10/5): - Stayed here 1 night before catching a flight out. Nice property. The room and lobby were new and very clean. I did have a room on the 1st floor that faced the road. There is a public transportation train that runs on that road every so often so if you are not a sound sleeper, you may prefer a floor facing opposite the road (assuming it's quieter on that side).

Our room faced the road, Central Ave., and was on the second floor. There is a light rail car that runs in the middle of Central Ave. often and throughout the night that is very noisy. If we were to stay here again, we'd pick a room opposite of the road side or maybe a couple more floors up. That noise was really the only negative to our stay.

The breakfast was delicious at the hotel and comfortable seating to catch up on work before the day. Loved the laundry room, workout room, and rooftop pool with shaded pergolas. Room worked perfect with 3 adult kids- great hotel!

Parking lot is small but thereâs a garage across the street where they allow hotel guests to park on the upper level. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from. Loved my stay there and it will be my go-to place to stay when traveling to Phoenix.
- Katherine (8/5): - Staff were awesome and friendly especially Shawn, throughout the stay. Clean w kitchen dishwasher etc. Beds were very comfortable and AC was nice and cool. Property is located next to a small college, public gym and retail area so a bit of noise. Good for business travelers. However very limited parking. Overflow parking for guests is on the roof area of an adjacent parking garage, only accessible via stairs. It felt unsafe during hours of darkness going to and from parking garage.

- Lisa (10/5): - We had the best stay! The staff was the best group of people! The friendliest and most accommodating hotel I have been to in quite some time. The hotel was VERY CLEAN....every time I turned around there was someone cleaning something :). Beds were so comfortable too. Breakfast was decent.. workout room was great. Played pool with my kids. Laundry room was okay... issues with one of the dryers but nothing that would cause me to second guess staying there again. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT... felt like home away from home!

- Andre (2/5): Bad Hotel Desk Staff - The desk staff at this hotel was terrible. I was driving in from Los Angeles to move my son into his college dorm for his freshman year. I called them and told them that I wouldn't be getting in until the second day (of a two-day stay) but I didn't mind paying for the first night anyway. They said it would be OK but when I got there they had canceled my reservation and labeled it a "no show." It was a terrible beginning to what was supposed to be a fantastic experience of moving my son into the dorms. I ended up finding another room at the Courtyard Marriott. They were great.

- Bahta (10/5): - This hotel is perfect for everything, for me. The food was wonderful the rooms are so clean and beds are so comfortable, my family really liked the hotel that is why I booked there again. They staff so friendly. No worries about Transportation all is there th train the buses.

- Elizabeth (2/5): - Please please please get rid of Virginia at the front desk! She was so horrible upon check in. Zero politeness or just simple human courtesy! Canât even greet guests after I asked if she was okay.

- Alexia (10/5): - I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe and welcoming environment. The staff was nice, the room was very clean, the rooftop pool and views were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. 10/10 recommend!

- Judd (8/5): Nice place, great people! - Everything about the stay was great except for two things: 1. They charge for parking. This is new for hotels. My recommendation is either work into the price or make it very clear (not in some third tier info). There is no need for hotels to charge for parking. 2. The food was good but not would be nice to have a different fruit option in the morning. Mixed fruit bowl, etc. All this being said, we will be staying there again two weeks.
