• Maximilian (8/5): - Alles in allem gut mit super Lage und Parkhaus in der Nähe. In unserem Kellerzimmer liefen sämtliche Abwasserleitungen des Hauses durch. Man hat jeden Tropfen Wasser gehörtvder da durch gedonnert ist. Ohrenstöpsel sind ein absoluter Muss in diesem Zimmer. Der Fußboden war auch um ein paar Grad geneigt.

• aymen (5/5): Pas super confortable et mal gérer par le personnel - Oui mais très froid et mal gérer Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontés à un changement de chambre de dernière minute imposé par la personne responsable. Ce contretemps a immédiatement engendré d'importantes complications et nous a privés d'accès à une chambre pendant plusieurs heures, à un moment très tardif de la nuit. Épuisés par la route, cette attente fut particulièrement difficile. De plus, la chambre finalement attribuée était inconfortable : il y faisait très froid, car les fenêtres laissaient clairement passer l'air extérieur. Cette succession de désagréments a transformé notre séjour en une expérience très compliquée et extrêmement décevante.

• Alison (1/5): Absolutely awful and scary.we felt like contact info the police to discuss the audacity to rent this unit Also there wa - Location We stayed in B2. I think it may be the worse unit as I saw inside 33. We could not find a piece of flat floor to stand on. The bathroom was barely shoulder width. Everything sloped by about six inches. Chairs sloped backwards the table sloped so item slid. There was not tea towel or dish cloth for basic hygiene purposes. The microwave would not open properly as the bench sloped upwards. Everything inside the place was falling apart. We had an outside door. The number of rats in the back yard were numerous. Also on the night of rubbish collection the Cortes street entrance had many rats crawling the street and front garden area. Really scary.

• Cristina (4/5): Disappointing - The only good thing about this apartment is the location, it is close to the city center. The room does not look like in the pictures. It is in the basement and very dark. I booked for 5 nights and during the entire stay no one came to clean or change the towels. The floor is literally slanted! Everything feels like a makeshift setup.

• Debi (3/5): Pleasant - Great location I had a basement apt. It was crudely construction. Whenever water was used in the building, extremely loud water pipes came alive. Very close to my head. It was unbelievable how loud this was. The bathroom was extremely tiny. Very hard to relax
• Madison (5/5): If it weren’t for the location, this place would be at 0 stars. - The property from the outside is very nice. It’s in a perfect location to downtown and can walk just about anywhere. The property is not what it is portrayed to be and the room did not come as shown on the pictures of the booking. There was no bed frame or nightstands. They should mention that it is in the basement with no central air and with it being cold out, the only thing for a heater is the mobile air conditioner that only works occasionally. The bathroom/shower is so small you can’t get ready or shower properly. Our power went out for a few hours as we were trying to get ready for dinner ( luckily they had someone come fix it ).
• Emma (1/5): Rat in the room - A rat tore open some snacks in our suitcase and left debris in it. It may well have happened whilst we were asleep in the room. We complained to the room manager and they were not helpful. We found further evidence of pest control in and outside the property. The managers are now ignoring requests from booking.com’s customer service to discuss a refund.
• Kelly (7/5): Excellent location and value for a budget stay. - Excellent location The property was listed looking more plush than it actually was. Shown with a headboard, no headboard, no coffee cup to use with the coffee maker, very low lighting in the bathroom, extremely small bathroom. Additionally, the apartment was located on the basement level. Due to the location in the building you could hear all of the water flowing within the pipes when others above were using the toilet / shower.
• Jovana (4/5): Disappointing - I rented this accommodation in Boston for a weekend and was deeply disappointed. First, it was never mentioned anywhere in the listing that the unit was actually in the basement. This is crucial information that should have been disclosed. To make matters worse, there were rats outside, likely due to the garbage bins nearby, which is totally normal, but that’s exactly why I would never have rented a basement unit had it been mentioned. Additionally, water pipes ran through the room, and every time someone in another unit used water, the noise was incredibly loud and disruptive. I could have anticipated this issue if the listing had stated that the unit was in the basement. The shower cabin was so small that I literally kicked the walls every time I moved. It was uncomfortable and impractical. There was only one photo of the restroom, and it didn’t show the shower at all. The sink was so small that every time I washed my face, water would spill onto the floor. I understand that the bathroom is small, but I don’t appreciate that this wasn’t reflected in the photos. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good, making it easy to get around the city. However, these aspects don’t outweigh the misleading information about the space. The photos on the listing presented the accommodation completely differently, and I feel misled. I hope the owner updates the listing to accurately reflect the conditions. Future guests deserve to know the truth and the real state of the space before booking.
