• Giuseppe (8/5): Nel complesso esperienza stra consigliata se disposti ad adattarsi. - Appartamento dotato di quasi tutto , situato in una posizione strategica sia per visitare New York da pendolari sia per visitare il New Jersey. Per andare a New York considerare il costo del treno PATH andata e ritorno a testa sono 6 dollari ( 3+3 ) che moltiplicati per più giorni e per più persone è un attimo che l'importo salga. Però dall'appartamento alla stazione di Jersey City ( una delle fermate più grandi e servite del Path ) si impiegano 10 minuti di numero a piedi e una volta preso il treno e scesi a una delle fermate di Manhattan sei già nel vivo di New York. Appartamento piccolo ma dotato delle cose basilari senza lussi o pretese. Letto matrimoniale ok . Divani trasformabili in letto ma senza troppe pretese e biancheria da letto ( parlo dei divani ) approssimativa . Ho patito che non c'è stato un contatto visivo con i proprietari o chi per essi per la consegna delle chiavi e presa visione di come veniva riconsegnato l'immobile. Però a dire il vero non ho avuto problemi ne in andata ne al momento della riconsegna. Tutto in totale autonomia, quindi ribadisco solo per una mia preferenza avrei preferito avere uno scambio fisico vis a vis con chi mi avrebbe consegnato e ripreso le chiavi. Inoltre l'appartamento si trova al primo piano quasi piano terra ( comodissimo ) ma ha le finestre della cucina e della camera da letto che danno in un passaggio retrostante. Il problema è che in camera da letto c'è una specie di tendina che ripara da sguardi indiscreti ma è mezza rotta e non copre tutta la visuale quindi tocca cambiarsi a luce spenta e dove si è coperti dalla tendina per un po' di privacy. In cucina la situazione peggiora drasticamente perché non c'è proprio una tenda quindi di giorno se qualcuno si attacca alla finestra per guardarti in casa lo vedi ; di sera ( e noi praticamente ci abbiamo mangiato prevalentemente solo di sera ) con la luce accesa internamente, e fuori buoi , non hai la più pallida idea se c'è qualcuno che ti sta guardando o no. Non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema a riguardo ma la sensazione è stata assai sgradevole. Passando alle chiavi ho trovato molto scomodo averne a disposizione solo una copia e seppur avendone richiesta un altra ci è stato detto che non ne esiste un'altra; quindi se si vuole uscire in tempi e persone diverse da casa e rientrare non tutti assieme ( più indipendenza se si è in più persone ) non si può perché la chiave è solo una. Questo l'ho trovato molto limitante. Per non parlare se si dovesse perdere quella singola ed unica chiave..... I contatti avvengono solo via mail o via telefono però come ripeto non posso dire di non avere ricevuto l'adeguata assistenza o di aver avuto reali problemi.

• Jarah (5/5): It was ok - Location, close to New York 1) When we first enter the property , it’s soooo hot (feels like we’re in a sauna). We needed to open the windows otherwise it’s suffocatingly hot inside. The two heater (radiator) are turned all the way up. The handle/knob is hot to touch (use caution) 2) Ceiling fan in bedroom is thick with dust Not good if you have dust allergies Irritated my nose 3) Hot water handle/knob in the shower can get very hot, need to use hand towel to turn it off, however the water is good (easy on skin and hair), as long as it is properly mixed (it can get super hot!, use caution) 4) Can’t sleep well at night because of the noises coming from people banging doors at night, and plus there is a “thugging” sound coming from the bathroom from time to time 5) there are some cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen 6) all kitchen pots and pans are non-stick/teflon coated

• Ahmed (8/5): Nice stay in Jersey City near PATH - 15min walk to PATH station which takes you to Manhattan in about 30mins. Has all kitchen equipment you might need The apartment was a bit small, would be challenging for a four-person stay.

• Shashikala (7/5): We hebben een fijne tijd gehad bij Charming 1BR Apartment Near NYC - De accommodatie was heel goed voor 5 sterren waard. Communicatie met de gastheer was goed. De accommodatie had alles wat je nodig heb. De airco maakte veel herrie. Voor een gezin was het niet de gunstige locatie. Ongeveer 15 min lopen naar Journal Square. Er rijden geen bussen. Wij hebben geen goed onderzoek gedaan en hadden snel een appartement nodig. De hal is gehorig. Je hoort de mensen als zij praten of de kinderen.
• Vladimir (8/5): Convenient. - This Apt is conveniently located close to PATH enabling a quick ride to Manhattan. Communication with the owner was clear and straightforward. You can get late checkout or earlier checkin at additional price. Goof price to money ratio: I recommend this apt. Not much to say. Maybe noisy internal doors in the apt.
• subodh (8/5): - Facility was very good. Barring few items in kitchen. Few utensils like pressure Cookeror rice cooker would have been helpful. Flooring in kitchen and bathroom including bath tub. Water shower & taps needs to be reconditioned or replaced. A.C.. takes time to cool down. And kitchen is very hot. Proper exhaust in kitchen and bathroom required. Carpet in hall or drawing room needs of superior quality. All these changes will make it from very good to Excellent.
• Mourad (6/5): séjour assez bien - -proximité avec new york et très bien desservi . -bon emplacement avec beaucoup de magasins , restaurant ect .. a proximité - pas de bruit extérieur , très calme -propre ( mis à part l’odeur désagréable à l’entrée) -ventilation de la chambre à coucher se déclenche que lorsque la lumière est allumé -odeur un peu désagréable à l’entrée de l’appartement -impossibilité de cuisiner ! Alarme retentissante qui se déclenche à la première minute de cuisson . -un lave linge aurait été préférable . Ces avis ne sont pas dans le but de dénigrer mais d’améliorer les conditions de l’appartement , bien à vous 😊.

• Sarah (9/5): Nice place to stay. - The location is great .. near to transportation & easy access to Manhattan.. it's fully equipped.. you don't need to bring thing .easy check in & out.. owner very responsive. neighborhood is safe. Everything was nice& reasonable for money.
• Mart (6/5): Pleasant - Two rooms to sleep in. Well equipped kitchen. Fast internet. Good communication with owner about easy self check-in etc No washing machine. Too early check out at 10 AM. No parking despite being away from centre. Building OK but no real view from windows. Sofa not very comfy for sleeping.
• Gina (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a clean, warm, well equipped apartment. Short walk from PATH trains - Very well equipped apartment and nicely laid out. Good fridge, cooker and shower. Sofas large enough for 4 people. Very warm. Located in a quiet area just a 5-10 minute walk to PATH trains along a well lit main road. Two mini supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Very responsive host. Would definitely recommend. This is not a criticism of the apartment or host. It's just to say if you are a group of 4 then the light sleepers would be better off in the bedroom as you can hear the plumbing when sleeping on the sofa beds in the lounge. It is in an older apartment block so these noises happen

• Bailey (9/5): Great location, great local spots - overall would recommend. - The facilities were great! Both the beds were comfortable, Tv worked perfectly, kitchen was great and handy. The only downside is there was not any space to store our clothes, in a closet or dresser - so we had to live out our suitcases. However, despite this it was still a perfect stay.
