• Hassaan (10/5): Great value for money - The price is excellent, and the host was very accommodating (had to check in late in the night due to train delay). The apartment has a nice view and there's a desk to work from, there's also a shared kitchen, however the room I booked had a private bathroom which I wanted. Overall, great value for money. Just the stairs leading up could be looked at, as they felt slightly spongey and a bit scary.
• Ka Ling (8/5): Great stay which is convenient - location is convenience, easy reach to town by underground, also the living room, kitchen is huge with all facilities, room is clean. Staff is nice. Toilet is clean too. Many restaurant shops nearby it is in the highest floor, if you are holding large luggage which you need to walk all the way stair up. The sound proofing not that great.

• Patrick (4/5): Low effort but sort of cheap-ish stay - Nice modern apartment in places On a busy road, not greatly soundproofed. Builders working outside. Loud guests came in late, tried to get into my room so must have been drunk. Didn't feel like the safest place I'd ever stayed. Room - like many previous guests have mentioned - was unbearably hot. No way to fix it, so windows had to stay open along with fans on - increased road noise then, obviously. A veneer of a bathroom, as handles fell off and were taped on, no toiletries, towel fell apart after one use.

Invece, l'host ha avuto il coraggio di scriverci per disdire alle 00:30 del mattino del giorno stesso della partenza, lasciandoci a piedi poche ore prima del check-in. Si sono dimostrati totalmente inaffidabili. Gestione caotica: prima dichiarano il tutto esaurito in 19 proprietà, poi offrono soluzioni alternative in zone totalmente diverse senza fornire foto o garanzie. Un comportamento del genere rovina le vacanze delle persone. Statene alla larga se non volete trovarvi senza un tetto nel cuore della notte.
• Angélique (5/5): Appartement confortable près de la city mais mal insonorisé. - Les photos sont conformes. La literie est bonne et l'eau de la douche bien chaude. L'espace cuisine/salle à manger/salon est très agréable. Tout d'abord le propriétaire nous a informé la veille par mail qu'on serait logé ailleurs. A l'heure ou l'on devait récupérer l'appartement à la nouvelle adresse, on nous a demandé d'aller récupérer les clés à l'agence commerciale à 1km d'ou nous étions sans nous dire qu'il s'agissait des clés du FT6 (appartement initial), bref l'organisation et la communication ne furent pas engageants. Les stores à lamelles de la chambre ne sont pas occultants ce qui est dérangeant la nuit, sans oublier le bruit de la rue. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et pas de possibilité de diminuer le chauffage. pas de torchon dans la cuisine, ni de pastilles L-V et nous avons dû nous laver 2 verres et 2 tasses derrière les occupants précédents.

• Jenny (10/5): Big room and beautiful views - Great communication with the host before during and after booking. Big beautiful room with incredible views of the city. The shared lounge, kitchen and balcony was all lovely and we felt very at home here. We booked the King Suite with its own bathroom, and large windows to enjoy the view, would highly recommend and would stay here again. Great location for exploring and there is a Tesco and McDonald’s right next to it. Many thanks
• Monique (7/5): - De lokatie was goed 10 minuten lopen van whitchapel station waardoor veel snel te bereizen was. Het was een ruim appartement met een gedeelde leefruimte en balkon. De drukte van de zeer levendige wijk was voor mij een tegenvaller. De nachtrust was daardoor een stuk minder. Het onderhoud van het appartement kan beter.

• barbara (7/5): 3 nuits dans le Penthouse (chambre 6-3) - La chambre (avec salle de bain privative) est spacieuse et confortable. L'appartement est très propre et tout équipé. Hussain est sympathique et disponible. L'emplacement est très pratique. La rue est assez bruyante, si vous y êtes sensibles, prenez des bouchons d'oreilles. Des rideaux dans la chambre seraient une bonne amélioration.
• Jessica (2/5): Früher ausgecheckt - Die Lage war ok. Extrem heruntergekommenes Treppenhaus. Mit Schimmel, Löcher in den Wänden und benutze Taschentüchern auf dem Boden des Treppenhauses. Das Apartment war sehr staubig und man hat sich nicht wohl gefühlt.
• Manuela (6/5): Für den Preis ist es in Ordnung dennoch würde ich eher etwas anderes bevorzugen. - Direkt neben dem Apartment gibt es einen Tesco, McDonalds und Subway. Selbst spät am Abend kann man noch etwas zum Essen ergattern. Mithilfe von Schlüsselkästen ist es auch Möglich spät Abends bzw Nachts noch einzuchecken. Die Dusche im Superiorzimmer ist Verstopft und deshalb musste man sich beim Duschen sehr stark beeilen damit das Wasser nicht das Zimmer flutet. Das schloss für den Eingang zum Apartment selber konnte zudem nicht abgeschlossen werden. In der Gegend ist es zu dem rund um die Uhr laut da dort Einsatzwägen ohne Ende Waren

• Jordi (8/5): - La zona está bien comunicada con autobús a 5 min y metro a 15 min andando. El apartamento esta muy completo y no falta de nada! La zona por la noche deja un poco que desear pero al estar en una calle bastante grande no creo que realmente resulte peligrosa. Las habitaciones y suelo son como una hoja de papel y se escucha todos los pasos, también cuando la gente abre y cierra puertas es ruidoso.

Struttura sporchissima, situazione paradossale in quanto l’appartamento è nuovo ma totalmente lasciato andare: scale per accedervi maleodoranti, piene di mosche e muffa alle pareti. Sul letto abbiamo trovato cuscini sporchi, capelli, wc sporco e doccia ingorgata con peli che risalivano dallo scarico. Per asciugarsi, avevamo a disposizione solamente un asciugamano per le mani: sarebbe stato gradito un asciugamano grande per il corpo. La stanza era eccessivamente calda, senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura. Non ho inoltre apprezzato il conoscere solo un’ora prima dell’orario presunto del check-in, per me che sono una persona molto organizzata, è risultato un po’ esagerato.

• Ina (7/5): Preisleistung ist gut. - Preisleistung vollkommen ok. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet. Das Personal hat bei Fragen zügig geantwortet und konnte die Fragen/Mängel beheben. An einem Abend hat das Warmwasser nicht funktioniert und per Videocall konnten wir gemeinsam das Problem beheben. Der Wohnbereich ist geräumig und die Küche hat eine einfache Grundausstattung die völlig ausreichend ist. Es gibt im Wohnbereich zwei Balkone einen zur Straße und einen zum Hinterhof. Das Zimmer mit eigenen Bad ist zur Straßenseite, dementsprechend lauter kann es Nachts sein, das ist aber kein Grund es negativ zu bewerten die Information kann vor einer Buchung anhand der Lage erkannt werden. Die beiden Zimmer die das Gemeinschaftsbad nutzen gehen zum Hinterhof raus. Zur nächsten Busstation sind es 5min und zur nächsten U-Bahnstation sind es 15min zu Fuß. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Im großen und Ganzen ist die Wohnung völlig ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in London. Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und das nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken. Viele bemängeln die Hausflur zur Wohnung, aber dem kann ich nicht zustimmen natürlich ist er nicht schön aber es ist ein Hausflur der seinen Zweck erfüllt. Nicht gefallen haben mir die Polstermöbel(Bett,Sofa), vor allem aber die Teppiche im Wohnbereich und die Vorleger in den Badezimmern, diese sind für eine Gästewohnung mit vielen wechselnden Gästen zu unhygienisch und überflüssig. Die Grundsauberkeit war gegeben nur sollten regelmäßig auch mal die Türrahmen, Fenster auch gereinigt werden. Bei der Anreise sollte man die Gäste drauf hinweisen das Sie das Licht auch ausschalten müssen , denn es war immer irgendwo Dauerlicht an. Auch die Eingangstür zur Wohnung war nie abgeschlossen von den anderen Gästen. Zuerst haben wir das auch nicht hinbekommen, aber wir haben das Problem hinterfragt und man muss die Türklinke nach oben drücken und kann dann schließen, das ist ehr untypisch aber auf Nachfrage wurde uns das mitgeteilt und es hat funktioniert.

The place is very nice, well taken care of, very comfortable bed and it has all the facilities you need. The stuff was not really friendly also it had strict restrictions but overall a very nice place and definitely would consider coming back.
• Ramon (9/5): Buen piso para pasar unos dias - Buena ubicación, 20 minutos andando de Tower bridge y con 2 bocas de metro a menos de 10, minutos. El piso está bastante nuevo, limpio y tiene de todo. Las zonas comunes están muy bien. La habitación está muy bien aunque la cama es muy blanda. El check in es un poco caótico. No recibimos instrucciones de que hacer al llegar a la direccion, no hay ningún cartel en la puerta y tuvimos que llamar por teléfono. Vinieron a darnos las llaves y un par de instrucciones pero nada más, se agradecería que te acompañasen a verlo por si hay problemas. Las camas son muy blandas El váter compartido depende de quién te toque es un fastidio, pero esto ya lo sabíamos.

Bastante amplio y limpio. Bastante mal insonorizado, teniendo en cuenta que Commercial Rd. siempre está transitada, el descanso es difícil. Sin lugar a duda, una lástima.

• Sina (8/5): - Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt drei Zimmer und ein Gemeinschafts-Bad. Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine große Küche mit Esstisch. Das Treppenhaus ist wirklich sehr abschreckend! Unsauber und runtergekommen. Das Appartement könnte auch hygienischer sein. Es gibt im Zimmer Textilmöbel, die alte Flecken haben. An einem Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser.

Needs done cosmetic attention to Bering it up to scr - Once I got inside, the lounge and reception area were spacious and looked clean and new. The en-suite bedroom was big with ample storage The shower room was also fairly large. The bed was comfortable. I found the keys difficult to get in and out of locks. A short person would have difficulty. The kitchen looked new and in good condition. A few things missing , but could be easily rectified, ie tea towels. The bedroom blinds need to provide privacy , which they don’t at present. The bathroom needs careful checking to maintain absolute cleanliness for each new guest. Sanitaryware needs checking and bring a plug . Some more photos of the apartment would have been more helpful . Main door of building difficult to close without a key , if you have dropped your keys in Dropbox inside.
• P (6/5): Gedeeld appartement dat stoffig en vies is. De smerige trappen oplopen was niet fijn. - Culturele wijk Het was stoffig en vies. Daarnaast viel het trappen lopen tegen. Handdoek was halverwege de week opeens meegenomen en niet vervangen voor een ander.

• David (6/5): Bien para corta estancia pero mejorable en algunos aspectos - Bien comunicado con bus, habitación y baño amplios (la que tiene baño privado). Cama cómoda. El proceso de checkin se tiene que mejorar, no estaban para recibirnos y el chico que nos atendió nos tuvo rato esperando antes de darnos las llaves, las tuvo que conseguir. Le faltaba limpieza en general.

• Lya (2/5): Be prepared for cold showers. - As a concept of an apartment with separate rooms it makes sense and proximity to east London is fine. Sending me several emails and WhatsApp before I even start travelling is not professional. Asking me to send my id photo on WhatsApp is borderline criminal. If I hear anything happening with my information, I know whom to name to the police! As for the stay itself: looks beautiful but is not fulfilling the basic needs. I stayed at crappier places and all of them managed to provide the most important stuff: hot water for shower and a comfortable bed! Also if you want us to lock all these doors make sure the damn locks work!!

• Markus (7/5): - Großer Wohn-Essbereich und schmale Terrasse mit Blick auf die Skyline. Die City ist verhältnismäßig gut erreichbar (Buslinie direkt vor der Tür). Supermarkt, direkt gegenüber. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war verhältnismäßig schlecht. Wer sich Essen zubereiten wollte, dem hat einiges gefehlt. Bitte beachten, dass Küche und Wohnraum sich von drei Parteien geteilt werden.
• Karen (7/5): - Comfortable bed, nice pillows and a very good shower. No air conditioning and although fans were provided the room was still uncomfotably hot. Windows need better blinds and bedside tables would be a good addition.
• Nunu (7/5): Okay but not good - The apartment and bedroom are quite clean. We appreciated the effort that was put in housekeeping. Even the communal bathroom was clean, although the shower head needs changing. The general space is large and feels good to have access to a home while traveling. In the end everything went well but communication with the property ahead of arrival wasn't the best. A couple of times they wrote back and said they'd check my email and write back, and then disappeared. It was discomforting. The apartment is on the last floor and during this heatwave it felt like a boiler room. I understand this heat isn't common in London but I am sure in any sunny weather that apartment will get boiling. They need to install IC. The area is dodgy, nothing interesting. I didn't research it well before going. We needed easy access to Stansted airport and for that Whitechapel is good. Otherwise I wouldn't choose it. The apartment is on the third floor and then there's another flight of stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. Climbing those narrow stairs with a suitcase is quite hard. The price is quite low, so I guess it's a fair trade.

• Luca (9/5): Perfect base for a trip in London - The place is very nice, tidy and clean and in an amazing position to visit london with underground and buses stopping by quite close. Also the neighbourhood is nice with mac donald's just few meters away and a lot of nice cafès to start the day properly. Lots of asian food as welll if you are into it. Not that I didn't like it but be aware of the stairs to reach the flat (3rd floor, no elevator). I have read in other reviews that there were issues with hot water, we didn't have any!

• Simona (9/5): Convenient apartment. Felt like home. - Location is quite convenient, you’re a 15 mins walk away from Tower Bridge and right on a bus route that will take you in the city center. Key drop off was smooth through a key box. Staff is helpful and kind. The apartment is really beautiful, clean and well kept, two rooms share a bathroom while the suite has an ensuite private bathroom. We were in the suite and loved it there. A bedside table would be perfect. I had to go through check in identification again even though I had previously checked in (both through WhatsApp and email, as specified in their message)

• Xinmei (7/5): Good location, helpful staff, but over cleanliness can be improved - staffs were helpful and allowed us to check in in advance. location is very good and you can see the financial center from the balcony. also love the common area where you can really feel like home. there was no hot water in the morning for three days in a row, which is really annoying if you wanna get ready for the day with a shower. cleanliness can be improved in our opinion because you can see clear stains on the nightstands and carpet

Once you enter the property everything its pretty clean and tidy. The thermostat was always maximum hot, to the point we got headaches because of the heat

The host answered quickly to our questions and was always friendly. The building may look unclean from the street, but is the opposite inside. The area was busy and felt safe also for female travellers.

No Hot water came from the shower, new blinds need to be fitted, as there is an issue with all the blinds, as light from outside is still able to seep though.

• Sharon (7/5): Comfy and great for a short stay - Clean and comfortable and very clean, water pressure had dropped and host dealt with promptly and quickly and was responsive. Fab kitchen everything you needed and comfy bed very modern and nicely finished. Road noise and lots of stairs! Apt was very hit at night and you needed wi does open really and the en-suite king room is road facing and very noisy at night is all and blinds in bedroom were damaged and didn’t draw properly.
• Martin (9/5): Wonderfully surprised about how great this place is. Bit sad I had to write one negative point - Room and shared area are fabulous. Roomy shared lounge and kitchen Lovely balcony. The shower sucks. Its how I imagine the water flow of a shower after the oceans have dried up.
• Emily (10/5): Wow! - The property is amazing value and felt very luxurious, like we had our own holiday penthouse. We stayed in the queen and king suites, both were great but the king suite in particular was so lovely and spacious. Other guests we ran into were nice and we had the downstairs kitchen and lounge area almost to ourselves. Great views and beautifully kept inside, staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. We loved this place so much we extended our stay several times, it really felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near London, this place has it all!

• Emma (7/5): Very convenient location, large apartment - Very clean and modern rooms. Convenient for Aldgate. Host was very easy to contact and have good instructions. Lights from the road, blinds are insufficient. No hot water in shower. Felt a little unsafe as I arrived during the evening as a solo female. I would prefer to have been met, I think.

• Zane (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely penthouse on top floor. Very nicely done up inside. Nice kitchen which i did use and very comfy and fully figured room. Shared bathroom. Host was very proactive and helpful. You have a nice view of the city from the kitchen. Great comfort. I was only there for one night but no hot water in shared bathroom. your mileage may vary. Not suitable for people who require disabled access as there are many stairs to climb.
• Georgia (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in central london! - Location good, really quiet even though all rooms were filled that evening. Don't over allocate too many guests to one bathroom so didn't have to wait to used anything. Great value for money!
