• WAN NAJMI MUNIRAH BINTI (1/5): Real bad experience - nothing. cuma at least ada peti ais je. dua2 bilik berbau lama. pemandangan tak menarik. sbb dah bayar full, tak bagi cancel yg lagi 2 hari. kalau nak tukar bilik lagi selesa, kena add utk upgrade bilik. kami cari hotel lain. sengaja check out next day, tgok2 bilik tu air aircond bocor. time check out pulak bg resit dgn kunci untuk minta balik deposit, yg di tangan diorg hilang, so lama pulak kena tunggu. overall tak paham mcm mana hotel ni dapat 4 bintang.

• MI (5/5): Wat je betaald is niet wat je krijgt - Hotel personeel Hotel is heel oud en roest overal zelf bij de badkamer glas en toilet, wastafel is verstopt, handdoeken zij erg slecht en oud.

• Reza (5/5): Good spot but not the best - The location. Close to Paskal Hyper Square. Easy walking. Can find the delicious Tahu Priangan nearby at the Paskal. Also easy to transport to Setiabudi area of Bandung and also close to Bandung Railway Station. Free parking Shower, room amenities, linen, general cleanliness. We don't really find comfort during our 2 nights stay. We skip our breakfast and use the room only for sleep.

• Charles (4/5): Ancien hôtel qui mérite d'être rénové - Le personnel. Les chambres ne sont pas propres. Nous avons du changer 2 fois de chambres car les fenêtres ne fermaient pas et donc la pluie s'infiltrait dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bof.

• Yvonne (8/5): Luxe hotel in centrum - Luxe hotel met ruime kamer gelegen in het centrum Het matige ontbijt die je krijgt inplaats van een doorlopend buffet door te weinig bezoekers voor het hotel. Het viel tegen dat je een gepaste ontbijt krijgt.

• Helmut (3/5): - Personal ist freundlich, allerdings spricht man kein Englisch, aber man tut so als hätte man alles verstanden. Es war wohl vor 30 Jahren ein top hotel, heute die letzte absteige Zimmer stinken nach Rauch uhralter Teppich sehr dreckig Einrichtung seit zig Jahren nichts repariert, die Toilette ist eher ein Darkroom.

• Denis (8/5): Goed voor een tussen stopt nachtje - Vlakbij het trein station van Kota Bandung. Het tijd om het hotel te renoveren gordijn was kappot en sommige ram kan het niet goed dicht i.v.m veiligheid van het kinderen en het magische zweer voelt

Room was certainly not 4 star as reported. Stay in a non smoking room with what looked like cigarette burns in the carpet. Internet was patchy
