• Omar6575 (8/5): ممتاز كخيار اقتصادي في رمضان - ممتاز جدا كخيار في رمضان في محبس الجن، موقعه ممتاز مقابل الباصات مباشرة. الفندق لا زال نظيف وأثاثه جديد. المصاعد قليلة ولكنها سريعة نوعا ما. التكييف ممتاز. الغرفة واسعة. طلبت تغيير الغرفة لإشكالية في احد الأفياش وكل مرة يتم المماطلة ولم يتم التغيير ابدا.

• Mahmoud (10/5): Erwartungen übertroffen und schnelles und freundliches Personal - Die Lage war ganz gut. Wir waren dort zum ersten Mal, da die Unterkunft noch nicht viele Bewertungen hatte, aber alles war mega gut! Personal war rund um die Uhr verfügbar und könnte das Zimmer rund um die Uhr putzen. Erreichbarkeit des Personals war auch top! Das Zimmer und die Toilette waren sauber und vor allem modern. Immer wieder gerne! Es gibt ein Knopf im Zimmer um das Zimmer putzen zu lassen. Es reicht nicht wenn man darauf drückt. Man muss Bescheid geben.

• Ibrahim (5/5): Okay - Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Lage der Unterkunft, da alles gut erreichbar war. Außerdem war es sehr praktisch, dass wir später auschecken durften. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preislich Top 👌 Es gibt nur drei Aufzüge, von denen nur zwei funktioniert haben, und diese waren sehr langsam. Außerdem waren viele Gruppen im Hotel, wodurch es oft voll und unruhig war. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht richtig sauber, besonders das Badezimmer. Ich war schon zweimal zuvor in diesem Hotel und war immer zufrieden, aber diesmal hat sich die Qualität verschlechtert

• Muhammad Shah Nawaz (7/5): A big thanks to Mr Hani at the reception very helpful. Easy access to haram via bus shuttle. - Budget friendly The property needs to add 1more light in the shower. Having carpet on the floor in the room is very unhygienic, as the carpet attracts dust and harbors bacteria. I would recommend using marble.

• بدريه الاحمري (7/5): كانت اياام جميله وممتعه وراح اعيدها كثير ان شاء الله - الفندق قريب من الحرم الباصات متواجده على مدار 24 ساعه الشباب في الاستقبال ممتازين الاخ عبدالله والباقين مااعرف اساميهم ولاكنهم كانو قمه في الاخلاق والتعامل الحسن وكانو واجهه جميله للفندق ، الله يسعدهم ويرزقهم النظافه لم تكن جيده

• Mayan (1/5): My stay this time was extremely uncomfortable—the hotel was dirty, access to the Haram was difficult, and unlike my prev - Some of the staff was polite. The front desk staff was polite and functional. The facility was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom, which appeared not to have been cleaned at all. The room was not properly prepared, and no adequate cleaning was done during my stay, making it very uncomfortable. The hallway also had a strong cigarette smell, particularly on my floor, which was unpleasant. Additionally, access to the Haram has become very difficult and inconvenient compared to before. Overall, my experience was poor due to the lack of cleanliness, unpleasant environment, and difficult access.
