- Raoel (8/5): Centraal, schoon en functioneel appartement - Goede ligging in een prachtige wijk. Metro om de hoek. Zeer schoon! klein maar functioneel. 2 slaapkamertjes en een keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Klein zitje waar wij ontbeten. Handdoeken en sponsjes etc aanwezig. Veel zaken aanwezig zoals föhn, strijkijzer etc. Prijs kwaliteit is prima! Contact met host was snel! Voor 4 volwassen wat krap, maar dat is niet zo gek in New York. Je kan met 3 personen aan het tafeltje zitten en 4de zit er naast. Waterkoker en broodrooster deden het niet. Wel gemeld maar niet tijdens ons verblijf op gelost.

- Miguel (7/5): Decent flat in a nice and quiet area - The flat is as advertised, simple, small, in a nice area, very quiet but also dark My mistake but I did not check there was no sofa, sitting room in the flat, it is not advert so nothing to complaint. Other things could be improved: no frying pan at all? Knives that did not cut at all, etc

We had some trouble getting our Uk phones to ring the agent to let us in, but managed by finding a helpful local. Apartment was compact, clean and well located in a nice area. Great shower. The window onto the fire exit didn’t open which worried us. One bed had a sheet that was too small.

- Ian (9/5): Perfect reasonably priced (for NYC) apartment for a family base to explore Manhattan. - The apartment was compact and functional, but had all that you would need, two bedrooms, one with huge TV for the kids to chill out with in the evenings. Excellent access to the Q train (4 stops to Time Sq and Broadway shows) and the green line was around the corner. Short walk to Central Park and Natural History Museum was across the park. Lots of Pizza, Coffee, burgers, bagels in the immediate area and small supermarket down the street. For our trip we just needed a place to sleep while we explored as a family and it was perfect for this purpose. Plumbing was a little noisy.

- Simon (8/5): A 2 br on the upper east side of NYC. - Location is excellent. Near subway and museums. Also food shopping nearby. It gave better value and more privacy than a double hotel room.kitchen is a plus. Beds were fine. An elevator would be helpful. The staircase is worn and not easy to navigate. The building is old and plumbing is not the best.

- Helga (8/5): We had a great time in this cosy apartment! - Very convenient location, near two metro lines. Quiet and safe area with enough restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have an own kitchen. Good hot shower and quick wifi. The finishing of some items (for example with the installation of the kitchen and the painting) could have been more accurate.
