Patrycja (6/5): Wspaniały widok, mimo wad - Widok na morze i możliwość zjedzenia posiłku na tarasie to ogromne zalety tego obiektu. Plus za wspaniałą bazę wypadową -blisko do Tropei. Niedaleko morze . Apartament jest usytuowany w bujnej i przepieknej roślinności . Dzieci mogły swobodnie się poruszać. Brama do obiektu zamykana na pilota Apartament wyposażony ubogo. Jedna rolka papieru na cały pobyt. W miesiacu Maju kiedy jeszcze noce są chłodne musieliśmy ogrzewać apartament gdyż nie było zwykłej pościeli (jedynie narzutki i koce pod którymi nam I dzieciom było po prostu zimno). Bliskość torów sprawiała że każdego ranka budził nas pociąg (nie wspominając już o nocnych jazdach ) .Gniazdko elektryczne w łazience - nie dało rady tam podłączyć suszarki, przez co trzeba było suszyć włosy w kuchni..
Justyna (9/5): Polecam ze względu na widok 😊 - Apartament z widokiem na morze. Na piętrze . Było zimno ale to był początek kwietnia. Klimatyzacja nie dawała początkowo rady ogrzać, ale Pan Domenico uprzejmy , grzeczny i pomocny -dbał o swoich Gościńska mógł, zorganizował mały nagrzewacze powietrza i dodatkowe koce. Apartament nie jest najnowszy . Kilka rzeczy można by wymienić na nowe ( w tym garnki ), ale ogólne wrażenie jest naprawdę w porządku .

Anna (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita, kousíček do centra vesničky a k pláži, i když pláž nepatří k nejkrásnějším v okolí. Nádherná zahrada, spousta kouzelných zákoutí, skvělé vyžití pro děti. Parádní terasa s velmi pohodlným posezením. Velmi milý pan domácí. Některé vybavení-vybavení kuchyně, okenice-by potřebovalo trochu opravit, vyměnit, doplnit.

Nous avons été accueillis par l hôte qui a pris le temps de nous présenter les lieux et s'est montré disponible par message. L"appartement est situé dans un petit village de pêcheurs. C'est super ! Je recommande !
Andras (8/5): Hatalmas terasz, szép kilátás, de holtszezonban nem ajánlom, minden csak autóval megközelíthető. - A szállás legfőbb előnye és hátránya is egyben az elhelyezkedése. Egy meredek domb tetején helyezkedik el egy lakóparkban. Nagy előnye a hatalmas terasz és a kilátás innen a tengerre. Holtszezonban (április eleje) sajnos nem ideális: sem étterem, sem bolt nincs nyitva, a legközelebbi élelmiszerbolt 10-15 km. Ugyanakkor nagyon közel vannak ennek a vidéknek a legfontosabb látnivalói, mint Tropea vagy Pizzo, így a fentiek figyelembe vételével kiinduló bázisnak jól hasznáható. Felszereltség nagyon minimális, még WC papírból sem volt elég, konyhai alap hozzávalókról nem is beszélve. A berendezés kicsit már kopottas, régies, bár ez minket nem zavart. Nem szeretjük a pazarlást. Holt szezonban pár napra csak fentartásokkal ajánlom (lásd. fentebb bővebben). Nyáron sem ajánlanám pl. kisgyerekes családoknak, mert a falu strandja a meredek domboldal miatt gyalog nehezen megközelíthető. Nem pár napos átutazóknak van kialakítva, hanem heti turnusokra, amikor majdnem mindent hozol magaddal.

Casa totalmente ristrutturata ,con mobili nuovi . Unica pecca bagno vecchiotto ,un adeguamento al resto della casa andrebbe fatto non per estetica ma per una maggior funzionalità .
nunzio (9/5): Bella esperienza - Luogo molto tranquillo e riservato; immerso nel verde, con molti spazi aperti sia privati che comuni; una vista mozzafiato appena fuori la finestra e interni molto freschi. Posizione un po' scomoda: mare vicino ma con un percorso impervio da fare a piedi a causa dell'assenza di parcheggi in prossimità del mare. Elettrodomestici un po' deboli, soprattutto il frigorifero e lavatrice in comune (non specificato)
Giovanni (7/5): TUTTO BENE CON QUALCHE SFUMATURA - I mini appartamenti sono immersi in un grande spazio verde, indicato per chi vuole evadere un po dalla confusione. Ideale anche per la nostra cagnolina che ha gradito gli ampi spazi per correre Il signor Domenico (Mimmo) è stato molto cortese, disponibile, alla mano e garbato, ci ha dato degl' ottimi consigli e dei graditi omaggi. Ha sicuramente recuperato qualche piccola falla iniziale. Grazie Mimmo Siamo arrivati di domenica, avevo concordato con la signora che gestisce le prenotazioni la possibilità di fare chech in alle 11 (scritto sull'app) ma non è stato cosi perché l'appartamento non era pronto . La signora completamente assente al telefono, non ha risposto a nessuna nostra chiamata

Daniel (8/5): Very good - We had a wonderful stay at this house! The view from the terrace was beautiful, which we enjoyed every day. Although the equipment inside was not as exceptional, the air conditioning was very helpful in the high temperatures. Additionally, the close proximity to the beach was a major plus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it for a beachside vacation! The house equipment was quite poor
Nicki (7/5): Great view, lacking in other - Location, Maria very helpful trying to sort inadequacies of accommo out for us, as much as possible. Grounds were good as was secure parking through automatic gates. The kitchen was not equipped well to cook a simple meal or even breakfast. The size & layout didn't help & yes we know these buildings are old but it really is time to upgrade the shabby interior. Would not be suitable for 4 persons- as no living space other than deck & had to come inside at dusk as bugs started to bite. Kitchen table was against the wall & only had 2 chairs & only room for 2 chairs. No kettle to make tea, coffee cups consisted of 4 extra small espresso cups. Bathroom had nowhere to put toilet bags etc. The plugs in bathroom & kitchen leaked, impossible to have shave or do dishes. TV was in 2nd bedroom & told we could move to other bedroom- don't know where this was supposed to sit. Bed was very hard with no decent mattress protectors or pillow protectors. We had upstairs southern unit. No condiments provided, usually most offer tea , coffee, jams, milk etc but nothing on offer here. No ice tray, annoying again. A lot of this could be fixed easily if there was a will. Kitchen wall needs to be bashed out & kitchen living area made.
