La info de horario de recepción no está modificada ni en Booking ni en el propio hotel.La cama de matrimonio tenía rotas varias baldas del somier y el colchón estaba muy muy hundido.. el apartamento olía como a cocina de restaurante chino mezclado con cañería

Es handelte sich um ein modernes Gebäude in Meeresnähe, dessen regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Im Badezimmer war der Wasserdruck niedrig, was beim Duschen erhebliche Probleme verursachte. Der Duschbereich war rostig und musste von uns selbst gereinigt werden. Hinter den Küchenschränken hatte sich Schimmel gebildet, und das Küchengeschirr war unsauber.

Wir hatten in unserem ersten Apartment einen kleinen Defekt, haben direkt ein anderes, noch schöneres Apartment bekommen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ich würde es wieder buchen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Eloïse (5/5): Hôtel convenable pour une nuit étape, pas pour une semaine - Hôtel bien placé en plein centre ville de Durres, peu cher, la climatisation fonctionnait très bien malgré des températures extrêmes (plus de 40 degrés), personnel agréable Hôtel bruyant en permanence, jour comme nuit, des familles laissent leurs portes ouvertes pour communiquer à travers les chambres en criant … et ce dès 6 ou 7h du matin. La chambre est minuscule, et les équipements moyens. Nous avions 2 lits simples rapprochés en guise de lit double, et l’un des deux lits penchait énormément vers le sol. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement (ou était programmée comme ça) : impossible de tirer la chasse d’eau l’après midi et la nuit (dès 20-21h et jusqu’à 8-9h). La fenêtre donnait sur un mur, situé à 2m ce qui nous donnait encore plus l’impression d’être enfermés. Enfin, les mauvaises odeurs sont très présentes autour de l’hôtel (égouts et décharge publique juste à côté)

Durante tutta la notte c’ erano ospiti maleducati che continuavano tranquillamente a far rumore, e non ho avuto un sonno proprio dei migliori. There was not a microwave oven, which we really missed. When we arrived, the smell was awful, that came from the bathroom. We had a small balcony, but there was not enough place on it, and it had a awful view. It was disappointing.

Viktor (8/5): Overall, a pleasant stay with just a small issue at reception. - I really enjoyed my stay at Belix Hotel. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and two of the receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, one of the girls at reception seemed distracted and not very attentive, which slightly affected the overall experience. Still, overall a good stay and great value for the price. During our stay, we interacted with three girls at the reception. Two of them were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions — their attitude really made a positive impression. However, the third receptionist seemed very distracted and uninterested in helping. It felt like she wasn’t really present or focused on her job, which was disappointing compared to the great service from the other staff.

Matis (10/5): - Très bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont très confortables et modernes. Possibilité de laver son linge. Douches propres et agréables. Et un balcon. Espace sous la porte d’entrée de la chambre. Un lit qui grince légèrement.
Maria (7/5): Very good! - Alojamento remodelado, muito acolhedor, staff simpático. Estacionamento privado e seguro. Perto da praia. Zona desagradável: a rua que acede à rua do hotel não tem luz à noite.

Doga (3/5): - The bed sheets were dirty. They were kind enough to change our room but there was a dead bug in the bed and some hairs in the other room as well. There is a general problem of hygiene. Water kept on running out. Overall it was a problematic place even tough the staff was kind. We also didn't like the parking area as it was like a construction site. We were afraid that the car's wheels would be damaged.

Ahmad Fawad (7/5): Het was ok ✅ - De jonge dame avhter de bali zeer behulpzaam We hadden voor 4 personen geboekt dan verwacht je ook 4 bedden nou er was dus een 2 persons bed en bankstel daar me moesten we maar doen vond niet echt leuk helaas maja

Mohamed (7/5): - Lit confortable, chambre spacieuses de meme pour le balcon (petit bémol pour le vis a vis par contre) La pression du jet d'eau dans la douche et du robinet était vraiment catastrophique malheureusement mais tout le reste impeccable.
