Guest Reviews
- Joe (4/5): The potential for a beautiful stay is there, with a lot more attention to detail and regular, thorough cleaning. - Shower was good. The entire flat was tired and unclean. One wine glass, old unmatched towels, zero hand soap, shampoo or body wash (Joseph did deliver hand soap and body wash in the evening).
- McEwen (4/5): Thank goodness for the company, because the accommodation was awful - Proximity to city centre
Kitchen fairly well equipped Dirty towel (marks looked like faeces)
Several broken lights, one of which looked like it had been burnt out
Insufficient bedding in smaller room
TV in larger bedroom not working
Misleading information about parking, followed by poor communication from landlord
Poor quality lock on main door, which actually caused key to snap (see photos)
Sitting room window didn’t close properly
Random disconnected washing machine in sitting room
Communal staircase and hallway dirty and neglected
- kennedy (10/5): Good value for money , I stayed for 2nights -19th - 21st October 2025. I would definitely stay again . - The property was neat and tidy , easy to locate , I stayed with my family and friends . The host was friendly and willing to assist whenever we call . Lovely place The door is a jam lock , once locked myself out , but the host was really helpful to provide me with a spare key .
- Chris (6/5): Adequate. Not fabulous - The beds were comfortable. The host was helpful when I rang him. The entrance was dirty. The table to eat at was hardly big enough for 2 plates. The area was not pleasant. The flat was dated. There was no welcome pack - just a list of rules. It was freezing and took ages to work out how to switch on the heating. - no guide. The upstairs neighbours were noisy. Clocks not working and Christmas napkins and cushions out?

- Jim (5/5): Passable -
- Gary (7/5): This is a budget/cheap accommodation striving for a mid-price. Needs the deepest of deep cleans. - The flat isn't clean - the oven is particularly dirty, a few lightbulbs are out, smoke detector in the living room was on the floor, living room had a broken appliance in it, floors were dirty, mattress had stains visible through the sheets, cheap as chips pillows, kitchen kickboard blew over in the wind, bedroom door didn't hold closed with the bedroom window open.
- Marie (8/5): Very good - All good Nothing to note
- Sophia (7/5): Good -
- Mitchell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rolando (10/5): Great stay. Will come back again for our next travel - Its clean and easy access There’s a bit of smell at the 2nd room near the Ka toilet

- Darren (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was a perfect size had everything you needed for a visit lovely and clean.
- Valentin (10/5): Great - Clean and quiet
- Cristina (8/5): Very good -
- Pawel (6/5): The host should be much clearer about parking etc but ok overall👍 - Location near to the city centre. Pretty clean. Quiet street. Easy access to shops, beach and main roads out of Aberdeen. 1. Paid parking for up to 3 hours unless you have a resident’s permit. May cost you over £12 per day and you have to move the car to avoid parking tickets, the host claimed the parking costs £3 per day! Not true.
1. The host asked if we (or him if we’re not in) could let broadband engineers in, I said yes. Instead, the host’s partner with 3 small children turned up while we (family of four) were in! She expected us to let them stay in the apartment with us for up to 3 hours promising “not to touch our stuff if we want to go to the beach”! I said we weren’t comfortable with it as it was crowded and we PAID for the whole week. They left shortly after (H’s partner clearly unhappy with me) but the whole event left us quite displeased.
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional - Felt like home to home had everything that was needed, clean beds, clean towels.
- Rajneesh (5/5): Passable -
