The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated given my short stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable rest. Despite my brief visit, I had a chance to enjoy some of the hotel amenities, which were well-maintained. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the main attractions in the city. As an international guest, I especially appreciated the staff’s fluency in English and their willingness to assist with any queries I had. The restaurant on-site offered a good range of food options, making dining easy and delightful. Overall, I found this hotel to be a great choice for travelers spending just a short time in India. I would gladly stay here again on future trips.

• Mariia (10/5): The best hotel service in India - I've been travelling around India for several months now, and this hotel is undoubtedly one of the best I've stayed in. Firstly, the staff speak excellent English. Secondly, every member of the team goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable — for instance, they helped me catch my bus to Delhi. Thirdly, the value for money is outstanding: the rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and the location is extremely convenient. It was also the only hotel in India where the owner reached out to me first to provide the address and confirm my arrival time. All in all, a solid 10 out of 10!

Loved their behavior and hospitality also the infrastructure was mind blowing. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. The receptionist raj and every other staff was very brilliant in their job and I was amazed with their hospitality I felt like home and my family too enjoyed very much. I will surely recommend it highly and will come again here.

Hotel is Neat and clean Although fresh Food restaurant is adjacent to hotel but it starts after 9:30 . At least morning tea should be available after 7 am

• Sourabh (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.
