• Gohar (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist at the front desk. The location is perfect, very close to the Santa Cruz neighborhood, one of the most beautiful areas in Seville, full of charming streets and excellent restaurants. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Seville Cathedral and the Alcázar, two of the city's most famous attractions. The hotel also offers good accessibility facilities for guests with reduced mobility, which is a great advantage. I am very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.10/10 Everything was good 👍

Il personale è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, anche nel suggerire ristoranti tipici dove poter mangiare. La camera era molto spaziosa, sempre pulita e in ordine; c'è l'ascensore e il montascale fuori nel caso di persone diversamente abili.
• Michael (9/5): Ideally located and helpful and friendly Nayra. - We were greeted by Nayra and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She showed us on the map all the main attractions of the city and where would be great places to eat and drink. I cannot commend her enough for her help on our city break. The room was clean and tidy. Ideally located for walks in to the city. Not much. We thought it was perfect for the 2 night stay to explore Seville

I did not have breakfast, but I did not want to; I prefer to eat outside. Hotel is very close to the city centre but at the same time is very quiet. That was probably the cleaniest hotel I have ever stayed at. Super nice staff. Everything was excellent.

• Noelia (10/5): Noche romántica en Sevilla - La atención del personal al llegar. La habitación estaba muy limpia, era muy luminosa y contaba con bastante espacio. El colchón era un poco duro y me faltaron almohadas. Menos mal que mi marido encontró mi botón, me rellenó como un xuxo y dormí como una reina.

Las habitaciones del hotel están muy bien, prácticamente nuevas. También está muy bien situado. No tuvimos que coger transporte público para ninguno de los sitios que visitamos. Me gustó todo

• Marta Rosa (10/5): Excelente - La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso del centro histórico pero en una zona muy transitable y amplia. Me sorprendió muy positivamente, dado que mi habitación daba al exterior, la excelente insonorización dado que la avenida cercana es una zona de bastante circulación, El personal muy amable y eficiente, hubo un problema con el pago anticipado y pusieron todas las facilidades para solucionarlo. Mi calificación corresponde a su categoría y en ella destaca y mucho. Habitación amplia y cómoda. No tiene una recepción física 24h, lo que para mí no es problema, pero en todo caso las facilidades, sencillez de sistema y horarios de la recepción física creo lo compensan perfectamente.

• Alibek (8/5): Overall, a good stay with a convenient location, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and amenities - We had a large and spacious room overlooking the road, but the windows blocked the noise very well. The location was convenient — right on the edge of the city center and within walking distance of restaurants serving breakfast and the train station. We arrived late and the reception was closed, but we received clear and detailed instructions on how to access the room. There was also drinking water provided, though only once at the beginning of the stay. The floors were not cleaned very well — our socks became dirty very quickly, and there were no disposable slippers in the room. The bathroom was spacious, but there were no shelves in the shower, so all personal toiletries had to be placed on the floor. An extra blanket and a shoehorn would also be nice additions. The worst part, however, was the number of mosquitoes. We had a hard time finding a mosquito repellent device nearby that could be plugged into an outlet. I think the hotel is probably aware of the mosquito issue and could do more to address it.

• maria (9/5): excellent - j'ai été agréablement surprise par le fait d'avoir une suite composée de deux chambres séparées, alors que je n'avais reservé qu'une chambre pour ma fille et moi-même . le check out est à 11h 00 , j'ai demandé à la responsable d'avoir 15 à 60 minutes de plus , elle a refusé bien que je ne sois arrivée pour mon premier jour que vers 23h30. elle aurait pu faire cette gentillesse.

La stanza non era sufficientemente pulita al mio arrivo: erano presenti residui di sporco riconducibili probabilmente agli ospiti precedenti. Un aspetto che ha reso il soggiorno meno piacevole e che dovrebbe essere curato con maggiore attenzione.

• Masoomeh (9/5): Good location and convenient stay. - The hotel is small and newly renovated. It was located conveniently and close to main train station and the main places to visit. It’s almost on the main road but it’s quiet inside, bus stop and supermarket is just 2 min away. The bed waa comfortable, especially with extra pillows provided. Very nice and helpful staff as well. Would stay there again. I think the price of hotels in Seville are generally expensive for what you get.

• alessandra (7/5): - Posizione molto buona. è pulito e il receptionist maschio molto gentile. Non è ben insonorizzato e anche se ero al terzo piano, sentivo tutto quello che si diceva in reception. Inoltre quando hanno pulito la mia camera, hanno lasciato la aria condizionata accesa a 16 gradi e quando sono tornata la sera in camera si congelava. ho dormito al freddo perché non è stato possibile riscaldare la camera. La reception c'è solo fino alle ore 18:00

• Qianyi (9/5): 非常满意 - 房间舒适且有空调，设施完善。令我印象深刻的一点是由于感冒我通常将近下午才出门，再挂上希望打扫的牌子。晚上回到房间发现被清洁过，并且拖在地上的长数据线会帮我缠在台灯上避免拖地，非常细节。入住很方便，同样房间格局和地理位置都适合独身旅行。 前台上班时间比较短，但是独立check in/out也很方便，不是很大的问题。

• Traveller182838 (9/5): Very happy with my stay - I did a lot of research when booking this hotel because I needed a good "base" in Seville and it was perfect. It was very close to the center and sights and yet just outside the touristic hype, in a more modern neighborhood with supermarkets and caffees nearby. Also, the Santa Justa train station is quite nearby so very handy if you are taking day trips from Seville. Room is more on the modest side, but everything inside was quite new including the whole bathroom, bed was comfy and they even have a kettle (definitely worth 3 stars). Staff is very welcoming and the cleanliness was amongst the best I ever had a chance to experience. Thank you for that. Hard to complain here. If there is one thing to be aware of is that some rooms are facing inner patio and are quite dark also during the day. You are facing windows of other rooms on the opposing side, but this is not that close so you can't feel like someone can easily see into your room. I didn't really mind any of this as I wasn't in the room during the day anyways and the only thing that was important to me is that you can always get fresh air when you open a window.

L'host è stata super gentile e disponibile: ci ha dato tutte le informazioni e aiuti di cui avevamo bisogno. Letto super comodo. Nel complesso super consigliato Se si riuscisse ad agevolare il parcheggio sarebbe un surplus.

• Julia (8/5): - Lage perfekt um alles Wichtige in Sevilla zu erkunden. Ich fand die Randlage zur Altstadt super, weil es doch bisschen ruhiger ist und man trotzdem gleich mittendrin ist. Gerade zur Semana Santa, wo ja doch in der Altstadt immer viele Straßen für die Umzüge gesperrt sind, war ich froh draußen aus dem Trubel zu sein und mich doch jederzeit reinstürzen zu können nach Bedarf. Zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig und modern, Ausstattung gut. Ich würde wieder kommen.

• Sandrina (9/5): Um hotel acolhedor e bem localizado - A localização, as janelas com bom isolamento térmico e acústico, o facto de termos ficado numa mini suite, com mais privacidade do que qualquer quarto standard, o conforto do colchão e das almofadas, a limpeza dos quartos após sairmos do hotel e a simpatia das rececionistas. O preço/noite que achei elevado para a tipologia do hotel, sem pequeno-almoço incluído.
