James (10/5): Exceptional - The owners was good people. No one bothered me there if I needed anything I just had to ask..good property owners. There's nowhere comfortable to sit n just watch tv. it's rather on the bed or on a metal framed 2 seater chair. Other than that it's ok
James (8/5): Very good - I didn't have any trouble. Noone bothers me. The people upstairs was noisy always hear then banging on floor. But otherwise was ok. The price is little high for what you get. Needs something different to sit on like a regular loveseat
Wislande (3/5): Poor - There was no heat other than a small space heater when it was freezing outside. It took a couple days for it to be fixed. All day Saturday there was clanging and banging to fix the furnace issue.
